Fabulous stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Nice hotel (not luxury). Great location, where you can walk to the restaurants and bars.
Very good rooftop restaurant with great food and view and service.
Rooms are small - but fine.
Breakfast is fine.
The sunbathing area is ugly - and the sunbeds are terrible. You can’t choose your own sunbeds, you are appointed to the same every day - even though there are so many vacant … you can’t choose them. We travelled four people together and were split up - we couldn’t have beds next to each other. We paid 3 euros a day per towel… I’ve never experienced that in a hotel. Really lousy service by the bathing area.
All in all - a fine ok hotel, where the rooftop restaurant was excellent - the rest fine - the bathing area not good.

Excellent service

The breakfast is a buffet with 1 person serving all items. You can’t serve your own cereal, you can’t pick your own hard boiled eggs, you can’t pick your own pastry! It’s all very covid like and very frustrating in 2024 not to mention unnecessary.

Beautiful stay in a clean and modern room with view of the ocean. Beach club is nice. Not much English spoken. Definitely a great location for walking around town. I would definitely go back.

We loved our stay at La Caletta. We booked it last minute to fill a few days in a wider trip to Tuscany. We wanted a tranquil waterfront location and this delivered. Beautiful outlook, nice comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. The outdoor breakfast area was wonderful.

Excellent staff but no porters. Great sea view. Outdoor facilities excellent. Parking and breakfast included. Easy walk to charming centro with amazing restaurants. Negatives: room tiny; bathroom even smaller. No porters. No elevator. Very remote and hard to find if you are driving. All in all, positives far outweighed negatives and we loved our stay.

The only issue with the hotel was the restaurant at the terrace, the food was really bad, servers had no idea about the menu, was a complete mess, its is rare to eat bad in Italy, but don't take the risk at the hotel resturant, there are too many options aroung. Breakfast was good no complaints.

Very nice hotel with its own beach. Beautiful view from the rooms and the restaurant/bar terrace. Small, but efficient rooms and clean. Good service from the staff, and very good drinks and local wine.

Amazing location to enjoy beach and walk to town. I will take advantage of dive shop on site next time. Breakfast was not self service so a bit unfamiliar approach but still enjoyable. This place is worth the extra drive through town to enjoy being on the water

Place is a bot dated, but staff is very nice, very accommodating. Nice breakfast, very clean room. Right on the water. Waves put you into a nice relaxing sleep.

Great hotel literally by the sea. Porto Stefano is a nice place to hang for a few days and enjoy fresh seafood and the scenic view of the Mediterranean.

We stayed for two nights, and had a fine time. All rooms have a view towards the sea. The staff is friendly and helpfull, and the location close to the marina was perfect.

nice hotel, great view of the ocean, walkable to village attractions, breakfast was good.

Excellent location, super cute town, nice resort beach facility. Room was small, but worked OK for the three of us. Older but acceptable condition. But there's no denying the room smelled bad. Sewer smell or something rotting from the water right outside the window? We'd get used to it after being in the room, but go out and come back and have to re-acclimate to it. It's a shame, because everything else was just so nice. The shower was really small also, but Americans are used to bigger everything. Air conditioner and wi-fi worked fine.

The hotel, while likely built in the 1960s, is immaculately maintained and in a great location. The service was outstanding and the selections at breakfast included local specialties including fresh honeycomb, tumeric bread, many local meats and cheeses, as well as outstanding homemade cakes, pastries,. made to order cappuccino and espressos and fresh squeezed juices. The well appointed comfortable rooms all overlook the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is in a limited traffic zone with abundant parking in a lot at the end of the street near the beach which is safe and convenient. The town of Porto Santo Stefano is walkable with many attractions and restaurants. The hotel has a small beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas free for hotel patrons. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Monte Argentario.

Good wee hotel. Not sure they should have taken the booking as they were in the middle of a full refurb. However, everyone was pleasant and the room was fine.

Stayed for two days after flying into Rome. Very sleepy little village (we arrived just after summer season) which was perfect for us. A couple days of sun and relaxing. Plenty of restaurants nearby and if possible I would suggest having a car. It makes getting around much easier.Hotel was very nice. Not super modern but appropriate for the price. Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive as well as ready to help. Wifi was reliable and the bathrooms were great. If youre looking for and American hotel this is not it, but it is very common for an Italian hotel and we would stay again because of the location/staff/price combination.

Ok....for a few nights, few locals can converse in English . Food of average quality, wifi system very annoying every few hours require resigning with a difficult password.

Great spot, easy parking, sea view room couldnt fault. Breakfast not the most exciting bit thats continental. One member of staff was exceptional he had great English and couldnt do enough to help. One member of female staff who could have been the manager though was in fact rude and thats not just a language barrier.

The service is friendly and efficient, and the hotel has a private beach and very nice ocean views. However, the bathrooms are old and not well maintained.
