It’s exactly what you would expect for an $80 hotel room. Mildew in shower, no towels, stiff beds. But the sheets were clean. It’s right off freeway. I was able to check in at 11pm and be back on road first thing in morning.

Dirty and bad smell. I recleaned room and changed the linen. Grit in bedding. Foyer floor had spill, maybe from breakast? And i checked in at pm. Im not too picky but would I would recommend finding other lodgings! Not worth the savings!

O.K. so this place is a bit behind with it's decore. Rooms are fairly clean. TV, microwave, mini fridge, desk and loveseat type couch are all included! Bare minimum breakfast is offerd. Some bagels (no way to toast them). Pour your own waffles (only hot food your gonna get). And the usual compliment of coffee, milk and OJ.

This is the third time we have stayed at this motel in Roseburg. I realize that this motel is over 50 years old. My wife's mother worked there, so it held a special part for us. First, we had to fight the flies in the room for two days, the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Something new there was no phones in the rooms, we had not noticed the past two times we stayed. Not everyone has cell phones. We needed hangers not one in the room, they gave us 4 hangers, 2 we could use the other two were broke. I could continue but won't. For the price we paid in my opinion the rooms should be in better condition. So, I'm sorry to say that we will not be staying there any more.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Looks terrible and not like picture showcase. When i arrived i went to check in and they said we didn't have a reservation at all. Even with showing a confirmation code they said there was nothing they could do to help. As all 2 bed where booked. I was told they only have 1 bed rooms available right now. That was at a higher cost then my 2 bed reservation. They said i could book the 1 bed instead. I asked if we could get it for the same price as was listed on are booked reservation or at least at a discounted price. I was told there was nothing she could do about it at all. It didnt look like she wanted to help at all. Well i was there i took a peek at there breakfast they served when i checked in and its was also not show as pictured. The area was dirty and limited things avaliable. I wouldn't eat there even if they honored my reservation. So i dont recommend anyone staying here. I ended up book a 2 bed at a motel 6 down the road and it was suprisigly nicer. I recommend if your in a pinch and need a last minute reservation.

This location DESPERATELY needs a renovation. There’s so much wrong with this motel. Shouldn’t charge over 50 with tax. I know the staff is trying their best but it’s so run down.

The property is old and clearly has had some minimal attempts to put lipstick on a pig. There was a picnic table right outside our room that seemed to be the party and gathering place with loud music and drinking until midnight. The "breakfast" choices are abismal. Next time in Roseburg i will spend a few extra dollars to get a decent nights sleep.

I had booked a king room and when i arrived I was given a room with 2 queen beds one of which looked like it had been slept in and there was vomit or something on the bed skirt. The bathroom sink, mirror, tub and toilet was dirty and there were no towels in the room at al, not that I would’ve showered in there.

My room had a picnic table in front of it with a half dozen guys loudly playing music. That could have been fun but I needed to sleep. I booked a room at another place nearby and my request for a refund was refused.

Chec-in was easy. Desk person was friendly. Sheets were clean. Strange holes in the walls. Bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in. Pincher bugs, one on the pillow. Tub was slippery. Outside garbages were overflowing. No one at front desk when we left. Called out several times. Wont let me add photos below.

Although this was a low budget hotel the staff were very kind. The rooms are huge and have all of the amenities. This was a breath of fresh air after staying at the motel 6 in Grants Pass. And it was CHEAPER!

The staff is nice. The room we were in though (1)smelled of strong odor (2)The bathtub is sooo run down, the white enamel peeled off, makes it look dirty that my parents & I didn’t shower at all during this stay (3)Their lobby, especially the area where they lay breakfast, does not look clean. We skipped the food, only grabbed coffee for breakfast.

They took a 100.00 deposit and the Clerk told Me they would not use it and they did now I have To wait and see if it go back the bath Room sucked the toilet was lose you Had to force the water on my wife couldn't even turn it on and when it was it had no pressure this place needs to be shut down I expected a lot more For the price and being A days inn will never stay at another One again

Quiet within the motel complex, but noisy traffic on the freeway. Curtain would not close all the way for privacy. One table light did not work. It was missing a light bulb, plus not near an outlet to plug in. The shower was lukewarm or cold. Comfortable bed and that was most important.

The room was dirty, there were stains on the sofa. Like BIG stains. There was either sex work taking place on property (secure the bag ladies) or a HUGE fight next to my room. I heard throwing, dropping, and yelling in the room next to me while someone’s friend was hanging out of the window of a car talking about money.

The property overall is in need of repair. They had monthly rates for people to live there. The room smelled heavily of smoke and pets. The bed was clean and comfortable. They are at a point where they either need to do a bit of remodel to update or it will go completely downhill.
