Staff needs some extensive training around hospitality. Stayed here on August 29th and 30th. Both nights music was playing in lobby and was extremely loud. Bass could be heard upstairs throughout building. That Friday night was excessively loud. Arrived in the early evening and it kept going. When walking down stairs around 9 pm music was blasting. Music shouldn't even be on that loud or at all especially in an airport hotel where people are trying to rest! Volume went down for a bit around 10 and up again around 11 and back down at midnight. Could not rest/sleep until a lot later than planned. It is absolutely ridiculous that a hotel should ever play music that loud in a lobby, especially staff that should be at work. Way overpriced especially when you have to deal with something like that. Next morning, staff, probably manager, speaking so unprofessionally to kitchen staff...almost intimidating staff asking if they had any questions. Slamming kitchen door over and over again. You'd think management would try to prevent that from happening out of consideration for guest rooms down the hall as well as those upstairs. Most everyone working here looked unhappy. Bathroom in room was dirty. Hair all over soap dish in shower. Toilet bowl had ring around it as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Don't waste your money.

The only complaint was they had a food menu available 24/7 but were out of everything but like 4 items. When you are hungry late night and the menu says it's available and nothing is that is not fun. Hangry people do not make for good clients.

Excellent location to stop overnight just off 95. Enjoyed dinner at Sam Snead’s next door. We were traveling to South Florida. Adequate accommodations

The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The conference room was cozy. The computer center was offline due to global Microsoft glich however, your facility had backup system that allowed your Manager to make copies of my presentation for my business report.

Our stay at the Hyatt was excellent. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is great. Room was nice. My Check in problem was with Hotels.com. We had changed dates for check in and were assured all was complete. But upon check in the change had not been made. Many phones calls and lots of wait time, but all was resolved to our satisfaction. Hyatt staff is great. and Hotels.com was helpful.

Got keys to a room that was occupied and walked in on people. The staff did not care and didn’t even apologize. Poor night staff, seemed better in the morning. Hotel was dirty and dingy.

The entire hotel staff was very nice. I would like to point the front desk host, who was there for the weekend. She was extremely helpful. Also the housekeeping staff was great. They spoke to me every day and made sure we were okay. They really kept the hotel and rooms clean.

I slept very good after a long day traveling. The bed and sheets were just right. The water turned hot very fast so I was able to take a much needed shower to relax when I got to the room and just relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Heather. She made me feel right at home. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great Location, The check in process was quick and easy, Great Customer Service, Diamond and James was AWESOME, THE BOTH OF THEM WERE EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY, EXEMPLIFIED GREAT ATTITUDES, AND NEVER ONCE SHOWED NEGATIVE VIBES. OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES!!!!THE breakfast bar was outstanding , don’t change a thing, but I will say add cheese grits to menu as an everyday item. Reasoning, I was there 4 days and only had them for one day, and they was ‘SO GOOD’. WILL ALWAYS STAY HYATT PLACE

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! My husband & I stayed for 3 nights. Service was phenomenal from every employee…seriously the kindest hospitality TEAM I’ve ever witnessed. I write team because whether it was at the reception desk, the housekeeping, maintenance, & dining room/kitchen staff…everyone worked like a team. No matter the time of day everyone was genuinely friendly and ready to help however they could. Breakfast was a little different every day and had a great selection of continental options, juices, & milk. From DIY breakfast burritos, traditional style breakfast items, hot & cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, guacamole, muffins, & breads. Very delicious! Our room was clean & quiet. The beds were very comfortable! 10/10 3-Night Stay! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again when visiting Savannah/Pooler
