l had problems with my room (loose noisy ceiling fans, smelly orders) went to front desk twice and no action taken whatsoever. completely ignored my concerns.
Average buffet dining, and cheap well alcohols in the bars and room suits. this was 3rd rate at best for top rate prices. Overall overrated!!!

This place is a collection of multiple properties. I was put in a property that wasn't listed as an option on Hotels.com nor expedia. The pool in the photo wasn't operational. I had to walk a quarter mile to the actual resort to access functioning pools and other amenities. They don't offer enough chair on the beach to accommodate more than 20 people. A joke of an operation if you ask me. I booked an ocean view and the room I got was first a 4th floor with a parking lot view but I changed to the first floor with the SAME VIEW because the sliding door lock was busted. The rooms were condos with no cookware, plates, cups, nor utensils. And worst of all.....they don't provide FACE TOWELS! They only had drying towels and towels to step onto upon exiting the shower. Book at your own risk.

The property is beautiful on the outside but when you go into the rooms everything needs renovating, from the bathroom mirrors to the bedroom furniture…the food is the same every day no variety,it’s advertised as a bilingual resort..everyone speaks Spanish, minimal English and it doesn’t seem as if they’re even interested in making an effort…The alcohol is watered down,..when you go to beach the guys are there with their horses, that’s popping on the beach…then one of the hotel workers attempted to charge me $20 to use a beach chair that was already on the resort property..She claimed it was for customers that were at a particular beach restaurant (which there were none).,..Then they had stray dogs just roaming the resort, they come up while your eating or if your on the beach relaxing!!!,If I could rate it a 0 I would, but the servers where pleasant and it stop right there.

I don’t want to bash the place because the staff were AMAZING however this resort is for people on a budget and or locals from the area. Only reason I came here was because it was the half way point in meeting my long distance family. The Rui next door was a lot nicer and vibe was good.

The check in process was terrible. Half of the property was not available and only had one place to eat. The staff was impatient and unprofessional.
4.0 / 5.0
The staff was amazing, they do need more food options and then the gym was closed during my stay so I did not like that

Been to so many places all around the world never seen anywhere this bad. Totally overrated , totally unprofessional staff, totally inconvenient checking experience. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CUPS TO DRINK WATER IN THEIR ROOMS. As you enter the facility it says “Good Vibes” there is nothing good about this place. The facility could be very good but whoever is managing it have no idea about what is all inclusive hotel is. DO NOT Spend your money in this places. They have much better airbnbs and cheaper hotels with much better quality.

The location is good. The conditions of the rooms is poor. Sliding door lock will not work and using a pin. Doors do not close properly and noise gets in the room. The floor tiles and entire room need deep cleaning and new furniture. Conditions were really run down. Reservations at restaurants is a nightmare and can only be done during breakfast, lunch or dinner. How about ludricous. Will never recommended it.the value is 30% of they charge.

It was just ok. I would say overall it was more of a 2.5 star hotel. Everything was a bit outdated, staff was just ok, check in was not great at all due to reservation mix up. I would only consider staying here if it was a few hundred cheaper off the overall price. Food was just ok too. Has a big potential due to location.

Not so good. The property requires important maintenance improvements, and the attitud of the front desk and staff is not good.
Only the people in restaurants have the kindness and good mood that we spected

Great location, close to some bigger city, food is delicious with plenty of variety if you are not a picky eater, only issue is the wifi in rooms is spotty. AND BEWARE if you are renting a car, go with someone other than Budget who sold me extra insurance cause they were not seeing our expedia booking and then charged me extra for a tire when returned...

Concluding our Panama trip at Playa Blanca, we faced challenges navigating the resort with a surprising lack of English-speaking staff. Dated rooms, limited accessibility, and the absence of coffee makers were notable drawbacks. Despite these issues, the food was plentiful and decent. Attempts to dine at other restaurants were hindered by a reservation only policy. The beach area was well-maintained, but concerns arose about the underweight horse used for rides. The pool deck was clean, but the water seemed cloudy.
First-time at an all-inclusive, this experience has sparked my interest to continue exploring similar resorts.

Rooms were musty smelling and mold on the beds and water damage everywhere in the room the food wasn’t good the resort was packed and the huge pool your only allowed to use a small part which was also super busy huge lines for food someone stole our chairs on the balcony the family rooms are the same size as the other room just with more beds only good thing is the water slides for the kids zoo and arcade were both a joke

They have multiple options for units to stay in. We stayed at the Town Center towers, and we had a lovely view of the logan. A good selction of non resort eateries if you get tired of the resort food.
Overall, relaxing, enjoyable and child friendly.

Food was great, the rooms were pretty clean, aircon working well.
I would suggest a better service at check-in, it took us a long time to get our rooms and once we had the cards/keys they did not work and had to go back to reception 2 times.

This property is extremely old. It should be condemned and remodeled. Booked for 5 days checked out early rooms had mold on the Furniture headboards lamps and the couch. Ate the same thing everyday for lunch and dinner. All of the entertainment was in Spanish nothing in English. Very few staff spoke any English. Carlos and one of the front desk staff members was great and trying to accommodate my stay but had to change rooms three times before settling into a room that was barely suitable to stay in. Looked at a total of seven rooms during my stay all had mold.

Low season and much of the resort was closed, e.g. only the buffet restaurant was open. The food there was not impressive (to be mild). Even though there was limited amount of people, the service in the restaurant was quite slow. No A La Carte etc, those restaurants were all closed.

Really enjoyed our stay. Wouod like the option of an airconditioned restaurant to eat in and breakfast stoos too early and no food options until lunch starts. Shouod have snacks available 24/7 otherwise really enjoyed the rooms and food and service

Dario and Maytel, at the front desks, were fantastic! Especially Dario was very helpful and sweet! Food was good, as well as the pools and the beach. Also, there was a lost of activities and entertainment at this resort! Only inconvenience is that is very far from Ciudad de Panamá Airport (almost 3 hours by taxi). We might come back when the other airport which is like 5 minutes away, start having flights from United States.

I have been to this resort when it first opened many years ago. Everything was new, food was good, people were happy. Today the staff tries to compensate for what they know is a complete disaster. Everything is worn out, broken, in need of paint. Mattresses may as well be bags of coconuts tey are so lumpy. Water is off half the day. Beer dispensers are broken at each bar. Food is obviously saved from one day till the next because nothing is that chewy when first cooked. This place needs serious tlc. Dont come if you can afford better.

Our stay was Not what we expected. The check in staff was Unknowledgable of owners benefits or The Organizations that Make up the Corporation RCI that is Part of the Network of Owners from all over the world. We were charged for being a Couple 😡 and we were both Owners in RCI but At the Time of check in Nobody knew what RCI was. So we paid and Extra 79.00 for being a Couple wasted an hour checking in only to be sent to our Room where the next adventure began. The Elevators had No AC and The ride up to the 5th floor in a Glass box was Tourture with the heat and Sun, next we get to our Room and Theres No cold water in the bathroom sink, No Hand Towels, wash clothes, Not one drinking cup, spoon, or plate in the kitchen area and the AC unit was Not adequate enough to cool the Room off and Keep it cool. So we spent the day outside by the pool and the Bar. And I will say the Restaurant staff was Great 5 stars. And The night out was great. Upon waking up the next morning early because of the Heat and Room temperature causing us to sweat was Ridiculous as We were forced to get up and Go back out and We stayed out the entire day. The outdoor bartender ivan was The best and We enjoyed the day outside by the pool and Beach. I will Not be back even when visiting panama again, ill try someplace else.
