Good service, staff is customer friendly and interactive. We enjoyed the stay prior to our flight. Took a flight out of Buffalo to Palm Beach the next day so we ended up staying the night prior. Nice hotel for the price, nothing special, but good got a Holiday Inn. Flight with Jet Blue was 1/3 the cost of Air Canada out of Person for the Holidays, would look at this option as an alternative if you agree with the ridiculous fare prices and lack of Quality that Air Canada currently offers..

It was not possible to complete our stay because the manager changed our room type ehe day before ()according to what the desk check in clerk told us). This was due to the hotel being over booked she said. Also it was impossible for her to fix this for us. Therefore I was forced to cancel Our stay after we had already arrived on the property and seek other accommodations.

Checking in was not a good experience. There were hockey teams sitting all over the floor and on the furniture, blocking the way to the front desk, loud, and obnoxious, I could not even hear the receptionist. There were four hockey teams, and they proceeded to be up until two in the morning out in the hallways loud, and very inconsiderate of people trying to sleep. We had a long drive ahead of us to New Hampshire and did not get adequate rest. In the morning we could not eat breakfast at the scheduled 7 o’clock time because the same hockey teams had completely made a mess from the night before that the health had to clean up before they could make the breakfast available to customers. So not only did we not sleep good we had to wait to have any type of breakfast. For the amount of money we paid that was not acceptable. The restaurant help did not get paid extra to clean up the mess and the front desk also had issues having to create new keys, 25 times for these people because they did not bother to , use the key to their room properly. I let the manager aware of this entire situation.

Everything was great, except pool was closed. I chose hotel with pool because my kids were with me and they were extremely disappointed. I asked for partial refund. They said I had to speak to manager. I have had no success reaching the manager.

Definitely the hotel rooms need a major cleaning or remodeling. We stayed on room 209, after we asked to be moved from room 319 that was very close to the elevator and the ice machine that was making a horrible noise. Room 209 seemed okay, but there are so many things that we noticed. The toilet area was dirty, and it look that a deep cleaning was needed. The shower floor was moldy and gross, and the wallpaper was peeling off. The chair and the ottoman were old, and the material was peeling off. The TV did not work, and despite calling the front desk someone was sent to restart the system only after I went downstairs and more than 30 minutes wait.

The room was excellent and very clean. However, breakfast was extremely disappointing. No orange juice, no yogurt, the turkey sausages We’re so tough you could not eat them. The help in the dining area we’re not friendly either.

While the room was clean and comfortable we got little sleep due to very noisy neighbors—letting their kids run wild in the halls, constant noise from their room including middle of the night. We called the front desk at least twice but it’s hard to fix rude and inconsiderate.

This was the worst hotel of a trip of 5 different hotels. This hotel is old and tired. The front desk was fine and the lady preparing the breakfast was really good, but this hotel should be redone before anyone else stays there. Our shower was really weird - dark and super old. And to top it all off, we went to dinner and when we came back we realized someone had been in our room while we were gone because they left their partially drunken soda bottle in there.

I have stayed at many holiday inn express in many cities. This was the worst one. Dirty, rooms really need a deep cleaning. Tub and sink drains back up. The breakfast subpar compared to other holiday inn facilities. The only good thing about this place was the extremely kind employee who worked the breakfast room. She went above and beyond to help us and all guests.

For the price this was very disappointing (we did a trip from Toronto to Washington and THIS was the most expensive place we stayed at!). Disinterested staff at check-in, rambunctious soccer teams having parties in the large rooms on the main floors - lots of kids running around til the wee hours. Room was filthy - unlike most hotels that have their beds on platforms, you could see underneath the beds which had every brand of snack you can imagine underneath - cheesies, nuts, crackers. Obviously the staff has NEVER cleaned underneath the beds (maybe they can't with their standup vacuums?). Quite gross. For the money I expect a cleaner place.

Staff were pleasant Hotel needs updating. Corporate should prioritize this as it is an "airport location hotel" Floors were sticky. Refrigerator in room -freezer hasn't been defrosted in a very long time. Not able to use. Bathroom door would not close. Shower area was small with weird configuration. Tile in shower was nasty. Hampton Inn is right next door Definitely more expensive but worth it
