Charming small hotel walkable to the grand canal and saint mark’s square. Since it is small, the rooms face right out to the street and the walls are thin. For light sleepers like me, you can hear any activity going on outside. The free breakfast was great and the staff is lovely and helpful!

Brilliant stay, staff so helpful and kind. We were able to check in at 12.30pm, we'd only gone to see if we could leave our bags! We had an very early departure and all staff told us to come down for breakfast - they would be setting up but we were welcome to get something before we left. The room was nice and quiet, comfortable bed, fab shower, ample sockets. Really good location, 10 mins to St Mark's and about the same to Rialto Bridge. Great breakfast selection.

I enjoyed a perfect two-night stay at a Hotel da Bruno. The staff were enormoualy helpful before my arrival (with directions) and during my stay The room itself had tonnes of character and charm but also had an exceptionally comfortable bead and great pillows. Bathroom was beautifully appointed as well.

Really nice little family-owned hotel in the middle of Venice. Very nice hotel, always clean, both in room and bathroom. Daily cleaning. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. We will return sometime!

Very Venetian hotel, just what we wanted! Super friendly staff and a lovely authentic breakfast. Perfect location, literally a 2 minute walk from the Rialto and a five minute walk from San Marco, what more do you want?! Mini bar also VERY reasonably priced, always a plus! Would recommend and stay again! Great all round.

Wonderful hotel!! Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Our flight was cancelled and they let us stay an additional night in the same room. Great breakfast with assorted hot/cold selections - and delicious cappuccino! Location is excellent and very convenient to water bus locations. Numerous restaurants, gelato, and pizza locations nearby. Highly recommend this hotel - definitely plan to return on our next trip to Venice!!

Basic room, central location, easy to walk to different locations but the streets are like a rabbit warren. Got lost twice but good old google saved us. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Staff were pleasant and approachable and all spoke English.

Great location. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable. Bathroom was small but had decent shower. Breakfast was just OK. We had to leave early due to an airport workers' strike, but the property wouldn't refund our last night's prepayment.

Hotels never answered messages I sent prior to fleck in, but was friendly once we arrived. Great location but rooms facing the street, and the hardest and most uncomfortable beds and pillows plus non stop hotel and street noises, made it impossible to sleep. Good breakfast. Very expensive for feeling like sleeping on a table with stones under your back. Super tiny bath.

Central location, great for first timers in Venice as it is easy to access many attractions! Room was comfortable despite the fact that we did not get a double bed. Heating was perfect because we visited in winter. Breakfast service was good.

Simply the best hotel I've ever booked - perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, with excellent staff and amazing value for money. I can't fault the building, staff or experience in any way; Hotel da Bruno is perfect. I had a wonderful stay here and would fully recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel in an amazing location. Staff great you with some fresh juice and showed me directly to my room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, I really had no complaints at all. I was lucky enough to be on the top floor which had a sunlight in the bathroom and a lovely wood beamed ceiling. Loved the free breakfast. And the location was wonderful, a short walk to San Marco, even shorted walk to Rialto Bridge and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby

Staff were very friendly and were more than happy to chat to us about things to do and see in Venice, including the special event that was happening while we were there. The room was small and old but was clean and just what you need. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food. It was within distance to the Rialto Bridge and had a super market just down the road.
