OK to sleep one night if coming to Myrtle Beach. Located in area that has nothing to offer

Not that it affected my stay but the roof needs repaired, alot of shingles off. It appears that someone just threw down some hardwood laminate flooring in the room then painted it quickly...just a terrible painting job and the wood flooring didn't give you a warm feeling being in the room. Breakfast was lacking at best. The only day we went we sat waiting on sausage patties, which were out, to be restocked for 30 minutes and didn't see anyone come and check.

The hotel itself seems a little dated. Walking in there was a very strong odor-like mold. The room was a standard room, the chair at the desk was dirty where a kid drew all the arms. The curtains had mold on them and looked dirty. The bed was somewhat comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room itself was not worth what we paid for it. Definitely my last time staying at this brand.

I like the indoor swimming pool was really nice and clean and the fact that there's a bowling alley right across walking distance was amazing.

Our quick, overnight stay went well. Clean, quiet property and clean rooms. The morning breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and more was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing I did not like and was unprepared for, was the required $100 deposit for possible damages. Expedia did not make it known, nor did any notification from the hotel. Now I have to wait three days for the $100 to be refunded to my account.

After a horrible experience at a resort on myrtle beach resort we left same day we checked in and came to this hotel. We felt so much more comfortable at this location. friendly staff, clean atmosphere. We were much more pleased here

Extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. We had an unexpected flight delay which didn't allow us to arrive to the area before 1:30AM... being that the hotel information listed on our reservation indicated check-in was only available until 12:00AM, we called to cancel, letting them know we couldn't make it before the cutoff. No one ever said at that point that we could still show up later, only that the decision making manager on refunds wasn't there at that time and we should send an email requesting the refund. Did that only to find out the next day he declined to refund... Customer service goes a long way... if we'd have been offered a late checkin we would've come anyways, but instead paid for a room at a different hotel with 24 hr checkin. I've called multiple times to speak to the manager and he's never on property and won't return my calls... not very professional if you ask me! One thing for sure is I'll never book here again!

Here is an honest review. The staff was wonderful. The room was quite dirty in places. There are very sketchy people staying at the hotel. I was awakened by someone down the hall throwing a garbage bin into someones door yelling to give them their money. It was most likely a p-tute. Not the staffs fault, but it took 20 mins for the cops to come and I could not fall back asleep at 430am. This was last minute so it is what it is. They could easily make this place better. Be very careful.

Privately owned hotel with Radisson name pasted on. They read outloud and make you sign multiple releases for property damage, theft, additional security fees and facilty charge of $10.00 for booking through second party (expedia) websites. Scammers. Feel like you being booked into jail. Place is filthy. Elevator hasnt been wiped down in years. Theres a menu in bathroom for the cost of each item in room? Really? Sketch city. Never staying here again. Radisson should take their name off this one.

The hotel had a musty odor and the rooms were not cleaned properly. Also I noticed they charged my card an extra $110.00 for hotel taxes and some sort of hold fee totally unacceptable. The location looks skeptical with lots of closed businesses surrounding. If I were able to cancel my reservation and get a full refund, I would have checked out last night and drove home. I wouldn't let my dog stay there!!!!

I booked on Expedia and and it said that only 10 dollars was due at the property. When we got there they said it would be an additional 100 dollars and a parking fee. We asked for a refund and they said it was non-refundable although We purchased the Hotel Booking Protection. There was nothing on the site or the receipts about any additional payment, other than the 10 dollars due at the property.

I traveled with wife and little boy. Property is nice and clean. Breakfast was great. The indoor pool's water was a bit cold though.
