Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities, room, and buffet/Italian restaurant were ok. Some other restaurants in the area, a nice mall within a 10-15 minute stroll. Located in front of a military camp, in the main town. It’s about a 25-30 minute drive to the famous falls. Pool is not as big compared to the pictures.

Excellent in every aspect. Front desk staff speak excellent English, friendly and informative. Hotel dinning saves us great deal of time looking for outside places to eat after a strenuous full day trip to see the waterfalls. We enjoyed nice Sunday buffet dinner there. The rooms are nice and clean.

Of course, we stayed at Nadai to visit Iguazu. Both the Brazil and Argentine sides. Use of taxi during our stay was our choice of transportation for convenience and is relatively inexpensive compared to the US. We walked when we were around Nadai mostly for food and drinks. The Nadai pool and pool bar was great to relax in after a full day of Iguazu touring.

Loved this Hotel. It was truly beautiful. Very Modern. Staff was exceptional. Lobby was very nice. Restaurant was good. Breakfast had many options. Pool area was beautiful. Had 2 hot tubs. Also had a massage at the spa. Highly recommend.

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel: Our room 303 was good, not the way looks like at the pic but was okay. We had problems with our ar condition for the first 3 days. During the arvo around 2-5pm the AC could not keep up with the outside heat, and our room were hot. I complained 3 times, they sent someone asap to look, who instructed me not to put the AC on 16 degrees, to abound the machine to creat ice. Unfortunately that didn’t help at all on third day I decided complain with the manager, she was lovely and opologise and change our room. I wish that were done asap on first day once I complained. The food were great with nice breakfast option unfortunately we order one chicken sandwich and a tuna sandwich both, the bread were old and crumbled in pieces, definitely not a fresh bread. I put a complain with the waiter and they decided remove from my bill once I paid, at the front desk, the same happened with the chicken breast I ordered and was like rubber. In the end we had a great time, the staff it’s amazing and very very friendly I recommend, unfortunately I was out of lucky but I guess this things happens. So the review it’s good but jo excellent. In the end was a good experience

The staff was friendly, helpful and, importantly for me, most were multilingual. The room was clean and comfortable-especially the firm mattress.The breakfast buffet was superb with great variety.I definitely would book again.

A great hotel with lovely facilities and in a good location in Foz. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs, including preparing a breakfast for us before it opened so we could take for our early flight and free caipirinhas on arrival! Very reasonably priced for what you get so would certainly stay again.

All staff were really friendly, the hotel is clean and has everything we needed. Pool are really nice, could just do with more loungers. Food was really good, breakfast had a good selection. Would stay here again. Only thing I’d change is the hairdryer in the room is only cold air so it took forever to dry my hair.

My wife and I loved everything about the property. The rooms were clean and tidy the breakfasts were plentiful and the evening buffet was tasty and enjoyable. Well situated for our visit to the Iguacu Falls. The purpose of our visit was to celebrate my wife's leap year birthday and the hotel provided a birthday cake as a special surprise and a rendition from the staff and follow diners of Happy Birthday.

Location was great, staff was amazing and very helpful. They had a very nice pool area with an adjacent kids play area so the adults could be in the pool while the kids were busy playing. Also have a good spa which my wife used. Overall was a super nice stay and a great start to our holidays.

This is a NON-Smokers hotel, you cannot smoke a cigarette in any open area even if there’s no other guests around. They will ask you to step out of the hotel facility (basically go to the street) to smoke a cigarette... This was not stated anywhere on their website, only non-smokers room which is basic.

We had a short stay here for two nights. Location is pretty good, room is sufficient and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Gave us a 10% discount for the dinner buffet. Great food too.
