Man… all I can say is I’m definitely coming back. This hotel is exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday weekend. The service was incredible and the new remodel was definitely evident. The room was super comfortable and the views were perfect. Location, location, location! This hotel is perfectly located right at a trolley stop and at the foot of Gaslamp Quarter. Walking distance to so much!! Yup we will be back!

Amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Every staff member from the bell hop to the receptionist were extremely welcoming and helpful. I like that there was parking structure across the street for a fraction of the price compared to valet. The coffee shop downstairs made it super convenient to grab something and go.

Conveniently located next to Petco Park Stadium. Homeless people around the hotel area. No closets in the rooms. Double beds were too small for two people. Hot water not hot in the shower. Valet was $65/night! Paper thin walls. Staff were friendly, professional, and responsive.

However, upon checkout, I was informed of additional fees that were not disclosed upfront or explained during my stay. While the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, this experience left a bad impression. Transparent pricing is a basic expectation, and I feel misled. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly outlined all potential charges during booking or check-in to avoid unpleasant surprises. Unfortunately, this issue overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay. This was a business trip, and I was only there for one night, but the check in was smooth, the room was clean, the shower was great, and the view was excellent. I would stay there again, especially because of the location - right next to the convention center, and at the foot of the Gaslamp Quarter. I was very happy with the room.

Loved this hotel! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the view of the bay was beautiful, and it was right next to PetCo Park! Additionally, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. I will now always stay here whenever visiting San Diego.

The hotel was amazing and super close to the venue for the concert we were in San Diego for. We ate at Tortuga and had great food and drinks. The bed and the pillows in the room were a little too soft for our liking but overall the stay was great!

Great hotel! Would absolutely stay here again. Stayed with our dog and everything was clean, quiet, and spacious. Staff was very kind and professional. Great location just steps away from Gaslamp district. Definitely planning a future trip when we can stay for a game/event at Petco park so we can use the convenient bridge!

The walking bridge to PETCO park was fabulous! However, availability at the public parking lot across the street was extremely disappointing. They closed the lot to general public early in the day of a ballgame forcing us to pay the ridiculous price of $65/day to valet park at the hotel.

During my stay at a hotel in downtown San Diego, I found the location to be excellent. The hotel's proximity to the stadium, restaurants, and shops made it very convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall quality of the hotel, especially when compared to other downtown hotels where we've stayed in the past. One significant issue was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, the floor was not properly cleaned, and as a result, my toddler found a pill lying on the floor. We were fortunate to notice it before he could pick it up. Additionally, we encountered problems with the plumbing in the shower. Even though the water temperature could be controlled, there were sudden fluctuations, causing my older son to get burned. Another issue we faced was with the air conditioning. Despite our efforts to adjust it, the room never felt adequately cooled. This was particularly problematic for my little one, who suffers from eczema. The heat exacerbated his condition, resulting in discomfort and a lack of sleep for both of us.

When I think Omni I think high end. Unfortunately I feel the rooms were lacking. Nothing more than a low end Marriott. With that said the staff was amazing. The rooftop pool, awesome. The skywalk to Petco Park was superb. The bathroom sink seem to have a sweet problem when I stayed. It was stinky and the valet at $65 was a little out of control.

Horrible stay but nice staff. We had no hot water in sick or shower. They came to fix and hot water went away again, they could not repair beyond luke warm. Didn’t offer us another room until 8pm the night before we were checking out. Asked for our room to be cleaned never came by until we called and they just brought us towels. Restaurants in hotel not a very good variety of food. Non smoking however cigarette buds on balcony and the room next to us was smoking so we had to close our balcony door. Very disappointing for how much we paid for the rooms
