Great central location. The balcony was super and I enjoyed the view. I also really liked the hotel pool area, it had a nice tropical feel.

Needs to be updated, rooms and hotel in general. Area was our favorite though.

Great stay - the location was fantastic as was the view. Only complaint was the wifi, but that’s not a big deal!

The property was good but a bit outdated

Excellent location on front, nice view of the ocean . Staff very helpful and friendly, as I had to keep rebooking due to family emergency. Rooms a good size. Breakfast buffet good selection.

Best location in town, extraordinary buffet, parking is an issue, always found safe street parking on lower calle Luis Rodriguez Figueroa , 10 min (steep) walk away to avoid 35eur daily pirramideis parking fee

The view from my room was absolutly fantastic. the staff are always freindly and helpful. Possibly one of the best value for money hotels in Puerto de la Cruz.
3.8
Good hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Location was good and everything was on a walking distance.
Only negative thing was a noice which was due the busy street next to the hotel.
3.8
Perfect location. Lovely hotel. Staff very good. Reasonable price. Only slight downside, no tea or coffee facilities in our room

There were many activities provided if interested. The pool area was nice and the balcony views were beautiful!

Overal it was ok; unfortunate the staff did few mistakes and we didn’t get the room on time, beverages are not free - even water !

We stayed here in an emergency because of canceled flight out of TFN. The price was right and the room was acceptable for our purposes (6 hours) although it stank of cigarette smoke and overlooked a dilapidated alley/tennis court. This hotel has a good location but needs a serious update (as does the entire town of Puerto de la Cruz, which seems to be stuck in the Franco-era tourism boom when "Spain was Different").

No shampoo or conditioner no tissues

Pleasant stay in good hotel. Budget rooms fine but no balcony or view but wasn't worked about that. Great position in relation to sea front and lovely pools which we recommend.

Had a sun terrace room on the 11th floor overviewing the ocean. Fantastic!

fantastic hotel near to bars and restaurants lido is across road great breakfast and rooms are good

Took a superior room with balcony which was small, bathroom tiny, decoration long outdated.
I can't imagine what a standard room would look like.
The food in the restaurant was average, the waiters impolite.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Rooms need a bit of cosmetic touch to earn a higher rating. Good location overlooking a bit of lago martianez and near the hub of activity (early sleepers and light sleepers may have some issues). I got a decent price, so I felt it was fair value. If I paid peak season price, I might feel differenty. I did not eat at the restaurant.I stayed at both H10 Tenerife Playa and Catalonia Las Vegas for two days each. So my rating comes from that experience. Catalonia is a decent hotel and I would stay here again. I paid the same price for both hotels and under that circumstance I would choose the H10 for sure as it was one level above in most categories including its view of lago martianez from the room.

although not a luxurious hotel we enjoyed our stay very much. Parking is a long way off but hotel has a great position and we asked for, and got, a room with lovely views. For this type of hotel we found the food good

Ideal position for visiting Puerto and the Loro Parque (train stop is right outside the hotel). Buffet breakfast and evening meal good. Drink prices very reasonable for a hotel. Good hotel for a few nights stay but probably not for the full duration of a holiday.

This' an old remodeled hotel, good location, good price, excellent views.

We opted to stay at the Catalonia as it was quite cheap for a 4* hotel. The staff were pleasant and the hotel clean and tidy. The location is perfect and the view from our sea view room was beautiful. The pool is very cold at all times though even on the hottest of days. The buffet style food was good as you had a lot of choice. For breakfast there were cereals, pastries and English breakfast options (Spanish style though so don't expect what you would get at home.)The evening meals there was a lot of choice, but the menu did stay very similar most nights so we opted to eat out several times as it was getting boring. The other guests seemed to be a lot older than us (many guests were 60+) and we are in our twenties so we sometimes felt a little out of place. Never the less this hotel fitted the bill for a cheap break away in the canaries, if you are expecting 4* opulence maybe you will be a little disappointed, however personally i have never found any hotel in the Spanish countries to be deserving of over a 3* so this hotel is fine. Note: The four star shine was taken off the hotel when we noticed that there was a MacDonalds located directly underneath it.

dont have rooms over the pool disco across road very loud (take some ear plugs ),change rooms after one week ,better on lido side staff at reception very helpful with moving .food average eaten out most nights

I would recommend this hotel to anyone the service is excellent the food selection is out of this world we are not a couple who eats anything and everything so sometimes find it hard to enjoy a meal but the selection of food at this hotel is fantastic there was more choice of breakfast than i have seen in other hotels at evening meal. The maids came in everyday to clean your room and change your beds. the pool area is excellent the gardens are hosed down everyday i couldnt explain how wonderful this hotel is i am so impressed we have already booked again for next year and we only came home 2 days ago.
