Very helpful reception. Lovely room with balcony and view over the Alps. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for a local sporting event. Everywhere was clean and the service from the staff was great. The restaurant was slightly on the pricier side but was still enjoyable.
4.3
the staffwasmverry friendly
4.3
Nice place to stay
4.3
A well presented hotel in a convenient location - about three minutes walk to Les Bergers ski area. The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant.
The bar area is nice to relax in and the staff are great, especially Alicia.
4.3
Clean, nice bar and restaurant with lovely view. Views from the room were spectacular. Good location. Food on half board option pretty good. Very good breakfast. Disappointed that there was a charge (quite a lot) to use sauna and jacuzzi as chose the hotel for that reason. Not clear when booking.
4.3
The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the facilities are great. Breakfast is 5 star. A few mins walk and you're on the Marmottes 1 chairlift. Ideal.
4.3
Great location, nice modern rooms, helpful and friendly staff
4.3
Good location for ski lifts. Staff very helpful. Will consider again.
4.3
Really nice hotel let down by the spa which is not free for hotel guests, only fits 6 people in at a time and has to be reserved in advance in hour slots. Otherwise the hotel is great - friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice bar / lounge area, really good breakfast, ski hire in the hotel which is only 5 mins walk to the chair lifts.
4.3
Perfect relaxing place. Very friendly team.
4.3
Very helpful reception staff who were full of information, friendly and happy to help and make reservations, etc. Comfortable and spacious hotel with good breakfast and dinner options. Good location for a biking/hiking holiday with plenty of free parking out front and secure & roomy luggage area where they are happy to store your bike
4.3
Service was not very good. They close swimming pool at 19:30 when it is 30 degrees. Staff can’t inform about activities around hotel. We found a walk up the mountain. After we liked to swim but alas.
4.3
It was amazing location, bedroom, breakfast, pool, everything. would definitely go back!
4.3
Single night with family. Services and cleanness was very good, especially during this covid-19 situation.
4.3
Hotel was lovely, the staff were amazing and really helpful! Would definitely return.
4.3
Even though we did not speak French, the staff went out of their way to accommodate and help us. Ski rental shop was in the hotel and rentals were discounted 20%. Complimentary breakfast had a huge variety of food: meats, cheeses, breads, omlettes, crepes, cereals, cold /hot drinks. Only different detail was that the toilet area was separate from the sink and shower area. Beds were extremely comfortable and the view from our room was breathtaking.
4.3
great service, nice room, good ambiance
just need to find a way to de-ice the entrance, can be the source of accident

We booked a two night summer stay at Le Pic Blanc for us and our 2 children, staying in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room was lovely if a little small for the four of us.
We had an issue on the first night with noise from the restuarant area below us due to a wedding which went on until 1am. We complained about this as we had no idea how long it would go on for and it really was pretty loud. The next day we were given an apology and an upgraded room to a family suite. There are only two of these in the hotel and we all agreed that the sleepless night was worth it! The room was amazing and we very nearly stayed another night. Things like this happen and it's a testimony to the hotel's customer service that they acted with such good will.
The hotel itself is fantastic and one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Hopefully we'll be able to visit again next year. I'm sure it's fantastic for skiing but I think probably a bit out of our league in the winter :-(

We stayed here for a couple of days of biking in summer, the rooms are lovely and the service impeccable. Breakfast is great with lots of hot and cold buffet options.
Only downside was the spa - we had a free visit with our booking, which we had to book separately. On arrival it was surprisingly small, and despite apparently a maximum of 6 people at a time there were a good few more than this which made it quite cramped and awkward. Also we didn't have any robes in our room and weren't provided with any when telling the spa staff.
Aside from this we had a great stay.
4.3
Lovely hotel with serviceminded staff. Only downside is the expensive cocktails

4.3
Short but enjoyable stay, comfortable room and beds great selection at breakfast.
4.3
Easy to find, great vires of the mountains, good facilities, friendly staff.
4.3
Fantastic hotel with great views. Very clean and comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the hotel runs a slightly reduced service at end of June which was not highlighted at booking, there were no bar or restaurant facilities. I know that winter is their main season and not sure if these facilities open at all over the summer. That said there are some lovely places to eat and get a drink near by. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again
4.3
Location is very good, only 3 minutes walk to ski area. Room is very nice and clean.
4.3
Well kept and clean , really nice better than expected felt 5*
4.3
Staffs with better English to communicate with. Breakfast is okay, More menu need for Lunch.
4.3
Rooms are fairly small ("chambre familiale" better suited for 2 than 4), front desk staff quite junior, dining area under-staffed & could be cleaner. Food is pretty good. Note that hotel location is practical for access to slopes but 15' walking distance from resort's central area
4.3
Stayed 5 nights to do some skiing. Easy to walk to a couple of lifts. Hotel has a ski hire shop and lockers. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and it was varied and good. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was good and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Not sure we would ski again there but would use this hotel again if we did.
4.3
Lovely breakfast, comfortable room, convenient for the ski lift, warm & dry ski lockers.
Local restaurants are a bit limited. If you want something other than pizza the main restaurant/shopping area is only 15 mins walk.
Hotel does a fixed 3 course menu for €35 per head. We didn’t eat there for dinner but the menu did look ok
4.3
We had a nice stay in Le Pic Blanc. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a room with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was great.
I regret that you have to reserve for the spa and as we arrived everthing was booked out for this day. Guests could be informed in advance...

Well presented rooms, . Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

I have stayed at many hotels as i work in sales & marketing, so my expectation for this hotel was set at a moderate level given the low price we paid. However on arrival the staff were helpful, gracious and courteous, my room was excellent & the bar and restaurant where all nicely decorated and the wine and food delicious. The view from my balcony is stunning. Its not often i think i would like to stop over but this hotel is one i could easily spend a few days & nights in given the comfort level.A great find.
4.3
Staff excellent, hotel close to the slopes, food and room lovely.
4.3
This is a very pleasant and cosy hotel. Very nice restaurant with a proper four-course dinner (so much better than a buffet-style dinner). Swimming pool is nice, but the water was dirty this time (children loved it anyway). Sauna was a bit overcrowded and the jacuzzi was closed. Near to the kid's ski school. Breakfast could be better and the Internet is not the best one, particularly after 4:00 p.m. when everybody is back from skiing.
4.3
Great location, fabulous views, helpful staff, would definitely stay again. Only criticism is that ski lockers are on small side
4.3
Snooty staff, old fashioned. Clean and reasonable comfortable. Certainly doesn't live up to expectation and the cost, but not a bad hotel. I'd still rather sleep in a premier inn.
4.3
Very good hotel, it was a key factor in an excellent holiday overall. Clean hotel, good facilities that were all working, good location only 10mins walk from Huez centre. Breakfast was nice & plentiful buffet, more than sufficient without going over the top. We got a superior room which was big and had breathtaking views. It made waking up a real pleasure and added to the whole holiday.
4.3
Everything about Pic Blanc was great, especially the staff. Close to the lifts, with great rooms. There are other hotels nearby, but Le Pic Blanc felt like home! The only negative was the breakfast provided. Pretty limited, and not well managed. That didn't prevent the best ski vacation ever!
