The location of the hotel is great.. Just a few minutes walk from the ferry and bus terminal. It is easy to get there even carrying luggage. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and clean, recently renovated. Breakfast was great... Big variety of pastry, charcuterie, eggs, fruites...

No lift provided on the street level and we walked up about 20 steps with two big suitcases and one small suitcase. Some hair found out on the floor nearby curtain, it seems like housekeeping not clean up properly. At 10 am, we asked for hotel to booked a car from Amalfi to Napoli on our last day check out. A lady, no idea is a boss or staff? She said that she will book for us once confirmation is ok then WhatsApp us. However, no reply after 3 hours then we booked through another transportation provider. While we returned to hotel around 1 pm, she bumped into us and confirmed booking was made. Again, we booked though another one. She was angry to us and it wasn’t our fault because she didn’t reply and WhatsApp us. Anyway, unpleasant stay in Amalfi this time and hotel is pricy. We are all the way from Australia to here and have a bad feelings this time in Italy.

Loved the location. Being in the city center was so convenient. Just minutes away from everything. Parking was a blessing but being from another country it wasn't explained properly until we arrived so it was confusin to find.

Great stay, hotel is in the central location, just a little walk to the beach and the main square, lots of shops and restaurants, staff is friendly, breakfast is great, very quiet and super clean, everything looks new, like it was just recently renovated. We will definitely stay in the Hotel Amalfi again.

Great place with great staff that were happy to help us with all of our travel needs such as ferry tickets and dinner suggestions. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was wonderful and the fridge stock was included which was also very great. 3 minute walk to the main strip in town, could see the Duomo church from our rooftop where we also shared breakfast every morning. Would stay here every time!

Almalfi hotel was great choice because location was great because when you get off the ferry you can walk to the hotel easy access in and out. We stayed in the first floor and it was great. The only thing didn’t work is the Wifi in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding us to find beaches to visit each day, including Atrani. We were conveniently located in the center of town and could easily run back up the hotel if we needed something. The rooms were very clean and the staff did a great job turning the room over for us each day. They also restocked our water each day which was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a large spread of eggs, bacon, croissants, fruit, salami, bread, pancakes, and more. My daughters enjoyed the Nutella spread on toast the most. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

This is a great location for a stay in amalfi. It's a slight walk from the circle as cars can't go up the road to the hotel entrance.. there are two ways to enter; one that has twenty nine steps and one that has five so choose wisely of you have a lot of luggage! You can walk straight up the street past the duomo. And you will have twenty nine steps to climb with luggage. if you go through the arch to the left you will only have five steps and an incline...

Hotel Amalfi is close to the main square and short walk to ferry’s and transportation, I would recommend it. Breakfast is abundant and worth it as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone

I stayed at Hotel Amalfi July 5 to 8 2024 with my two kids and wife. It is a GREAT location in Amalfi city-village, 2 min walk to piazza, church, restaurants, shops, and 7 min walk to Amalfi ferry port. Breakfast included has lots of varieties that includes cafe, coffee, tea, juices and etc. Ciro and his team are Fantastic! They helped us celebrate our kids vacation birthday and also organized transfer from to Salerno train station for additonal charges. I would stay here again when I return.

Staff is some what lazy and on the very first day we found flee under bedsheet. Upon complain, answer was very unsatisfactory. When we extended our stay and got very nice, clean upscale room. Rest was all excellent.

Beautiful hotel - it's off the main road and personally I liked that because it was quiet. You would pay a lot more for ocean view and if you want that great but I think this hotel offers comfortable convenience and an amazing price that can't be beat. I would stay here again.

Location is right in the heart of the town and there is a multitude of restaurants nearby. Our room was recently renovated as I most of the rooms I believe. Great shower and bathroom and lots of plugs for devices. Breakfast very good as well

The location was perfect. Just off the Main Street so you didn’t deal with noise but also it was so close. They have an elevator which is nice after all the steps in Italy. Spotlessly clean and the staff was very helpful. They helped me get the shuttle to Ravello so I wasn’t stuck waiting in a long line for the bus.

If you’re visiting Amalfi for a short stay I highly recommend this hotel. Great spot to walk and explore and the staff was super friendly. If you drive in, be prepared for a little craziness. The street to the hotel is on a predominantly foot traveled road so at times yoh worry you’re driving in a spot you’re not supposed to be at. Once you get all the people out the way it’s a 5 minute drive to the hotel where they will help car the car onsite. Other than that the spot was great.

The hotel's location is excellent and very close by to all touristic attractions. It was modern, The room was equipped with modern touch lights and lovely decorated with azulejos. The staff was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.
