Great rooms. Unfortunately there is no/little bar service, the same staff have to work the restaurant and then serve drinks at the bar. No olives/nuts with drinks in the evening. Reception staff seem a bit bored.

Terrible location. Poor service. Restaurant closes Friday Saturday and Sunday. Never heard of that. Same menu every day. It says soupe of the day, but it should be SOUPE OF THE WEEK, the staff doesn’t make you sign in so they overcharge you for restaurant and bar service. This hotel maybe Ok for overnight group guests

Arriving close to midnight there is one thing you expect from a hotel - a good night sleep. This is what I exactly did not get. But, I am maybe the wrong kind of guest. The hotel is perfect, I am sure, if the best you know is to count cars. This is however not my hobby. Getting a room approx 10m from a great highway towards Madrid is bad, when the room in addition does not have sound proof windows, it seems like trucks are going through the room every 30 sek. throughout the night. I can really not imagine why they give such a room to anyone - well besides those who wants to count cars. The only thing I can imagine I did wrong (to deserve this punishment) was booking through a provider (not directly) meaning as a guest, I am not important to the hotel.

This is a nice hotell and the reception staff is very friendly and helpful. However my door lock did not work and I had to be accompanied to my room every time I needed to get inn. The breakfast was well above average, but the food served for dinner was dismal (and the waitress was impatient and callous). Location wise it not ideal wrt restaurants and shops. Train station is nearby.

Floor around toilet filthy with urine drops not touched by cleaner. No food available on the evening and told no breakfast available. However when we got up to leave some people were enjoying breakfast. Poor show and will not return.

The rooms have a door in between connecting the adjacent rooms. You could hear the occupants clearly. Bathroom in worst state having no shower curtain or chamber. Just an open shower which spalshes the water in whole bathroom. The toilet is placed right next to bathroom heater. So if you are not careful then you are bound to get burnt as its only an inch away. Toiletries are worthless. Laundry is as costly as other hotels but delivered next day. Location is absolute disaster as there is nothing around. My room had a trouble when the lock didnt open I had to sleep in a different room while all my stuff was in other room.

Wait in the bar to be served over 20 minutes so leave without spending any money! Breakfast staff so busy they didn’t get chance to fill up the serving dishes so you wait and wait then go without!

Booked hotel for our visit to Madrid. Although the area hasnt got much to offer there is a train station within a short walk which transported us into Madrid centre. a short drive away is a designer outlet shopping village, across form it is a residential area that had a lot of bars and restaurants, eating at a Mexican restaurant food was excellent. We also ate at a small bar not far from the hotel which sold pizzas - the bar didnt look up-to much but the service and food was excellent. The hotel was good, room clean and comfortable, staff friendly & helpful.

Easy access, superb spacious parking garage. Walk to train station to go into Madrid in 20 minutes. Great breakfast & room service. Superb value. After traveling in Europe for 5 weeks, one of the best values Ive encountered.

Off the freeway and not close to the city. Uncomfortable beds and no blankets or a comforter just a sheet. Cheap for a reason. A strange pipe coming out of the walk. Noises all night from above & outside. We left after one day. Do not stay here.

The hotel is close to the A6, One of the blind was not working, the room had two beds and one studio, but the beds were not comfortable. We only used one room. It has not coffee or tea maker, no iron too. You need you car to go anywhere. one night is ok.

Beautiful marbled spacious hotel 30 minutes from downtown Madrid by train or auto. Very spacious suites with sitting room and marble flooring. Breakfast good and reasonable. Dinner less desirable and expensive. We had bad experience with someone in next moving furniture on marble floors in the middle of the night.

Very helpful staff at reception who were able to speak English and give advice on places to visit and eat. We had a room at the front of the hotel that looked onto the main street. When the windows were open it could be very noisy but when the windows were shut it was fine. Ideal location for visiting Granada.

The hotel is on the side road of a main highway which it makes it very convenient if you are in passing to Madrid. it is impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. They spoke Enghlish which sometimes is hard to find. We arrived late from Sevilla with two children, we were on the other side of Highway and the GPS was not directing us well. We called the hotel and the receptionist was able to figure out where we are and directed us perfectly right to their interior garaje ( free). great treat after we payed from 18 to 35 euro daily for parking in other cities and inside Madrid. The rooms are large for European standard. We upgraded to a suite and a room. They had champain for us in the room which was a great touch after a perfect two weeks trip for Semana Santa in Andaluzia . We eat dinner at their restaurant and it was excellent. One of the best meals we had in Spain!!!!! We would stay here again especially if we come with the kids. We would leave the car and take the train in , 5 min walk to the train 1.8 euro to Madrid from 7 to 11pm I believe. The money spend on parking in Madrid we could spend on souvenirs. The hotel is about 15/20 min by car very easily to the dead center Ptza Mayor underground parking. (2h ab 7 euros)

Hotel was clean, modern and the staff very helpful. Only complaint is that the beds were too firm for a comfortable night's sleep. Great location within walking distance to Renfre train, shopping and restaurants. Free parking and wifi a BIG bonus.
