I enjoyed my stay but there was concern I had. The total potato bugs I found by heater were 5 in all. They are very tiny and I told the receptionist. They said they would take care of the situation. They asked if I wanted a new room and I had asked for a discount. Mgr. was the only one that could do it. Never heard anymore. Found 4 on Sat 11/9 and 1 today 11/11. Continental breakfast was awesom.. such a variety,

Newer feeling hotel. Really clean rooms, friendly staff and decent continental breakfast.

The room was big and comfy, and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast had more than the usual options. Great coffee and extras. I would stay there again.

Amazing stay!!

This had the potential for a higher rating and maybe we'll be our future stay if it were not for the construction. Some accommodation was made for walking through it.
4.2
Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly.

Great place to stay for a weekend wedding! Only wish there was a closet in the room or somewhere to hang things.
4.2
We arrived around midnight and James and Jasmine made our checkin seamless!
4.2
Our room was newly remodeled. We had everything we needed, And our room was clean. As other reviews have stated there is limited parking close to the hotel entrance.

I came in late last night (8/8/24) just before the storm. The front desk staff was very friendly and most helpful. It was a pleasant stay.
4.2
Nice comfortable room. I like the upgrades they have made. Having a sliding shower door is much better than a curtain. And having more television option other than just regular channels was good. What i did notnlike was that they used tonhave a coffee table and a small table with two chairs in the deluxe suites. My wife and i would play cards at the end of the day but had no place to that this time.
4.2
Not nearly enough parking spaces. We had to leave our car in a bad area50 yards away. Bathroom door squeaked all night long.
4.2
Staff was very pleasant when we checked in. When we got to the room my husband laid on the bed to check it out and it squeaked very loud. He couldn’t roll over without it making noise. Together we figured out where it was making the noise and put a towel under it so we could sleep without hearing it all night long. We figured it was a newer facility since there was obvious signs of construction still going on. I would suggest that the staff check the beds to make sure they are properly installed. Overall we were very pleased though!!

Stay was great, always stay here when we come in town. The remodel was mostly done and looks really good.
4.2
Everyone was friendly. Room was so nice. Beds so comfortable. A good night’s rest.
4.2
Nice and clean hotel but no hot water in the shower. Also a random worker just barged into my room without knocking.
4.2
Everything was perfect except I wish there was a blanket in the room.
4.2
The hotel was under construction..very disruptive. And parking was inadequate.
4.2
Good service, very clean, good rates. No recycling on premises.
4.2
The building itself still had construction going on, but what was finished was very nice.
It was not well lit at night time as the Microtel sign was not on, so hard to find the entrance and the parking lot was dark—had to use my iPhone light to see;
Everything else was wuite good; Dunkin right next door, lots of stuff within walking distance.

The room was neat and clean, affordable, and the concierge was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

This property is under renovation! This should be posted and guests should be warned before booking. The main entrance is closed. There is dust, tools, and construction debris everywhere. There was sawing and other construction noise from the time arrive until after 9PM and the noise started again before 8 AM. Boxes and items moved out of the way for construction are strewn across the lobby and in walkways. The first room I was assigned on the first floor wreaked of smoke and had an industrial fan on the desk running. The desk clerk insisted it was a non smoking room. I had to argue to get a new room. Finally on the second floor where the was less debris but still apparent construction and noise. When the construction is done I am sure it will be nice - in its current state - it should be closed to guests.

Major renovation happening with multiple access limitations. Room fine and clean. TV did not function well and lost signals when AC went on - unpredictable and needs to be corrected...

We checked in to a construction site. The lobby was stripped bare, dust everywhere and the person at the desk told us they were in the middle of redoing the hotel. The room we got was 3 doors off the lobby and the sound of construction was there all day. Paint fumes! dust!!
The TV would turn on, then pixelate so bad you could not watch anything. Complaints were met with "we will call the cable company" and nothing was fixed throughout our stay. Cross this place off our list. NEVER AGAIN! and charged full price for the stay!!!!

In over 64 years of marriage, we have stayed in numerous hotels, some good, some bad. Although we have stayed in this hotel on previous occasions, while visiting family, we have never been in such a disastrous situation in a hotel. Although, the webpage indicated that it was under renovation, we never dreamed that it would be like, total reconstruction. When we checked in, we found a little window in the wall where we could talk to the person behind the desk. In fact, due to the jackhammering, power saw noise and hammering. We had to yell in order to have a conversation with that person. The entryway, lounge check in area and breakfast area were covered with plaster dust, and there were piles of broken tiles throughout. When we express our displeasure to the check clerk she said that there was nothing she could do based on the fact that we had reserved through hotels.com and that the website had indicated renovation underway. We thought it might be just replacing some beds in some of the rooms – not total reconstruction! We asked her to contact her supervisor. She called the district manager also gave us no satisfaction. We had to get to our room by entering through a back door near where the construction workers were going in and out to do their work. The corridor carpet was very dirty. Although, once we got into our room, we found that it was clean and modern, however, every time the air conditioner turned on it sounded like an engine engine, warming up. Seriously.. so muc

Hotel was under renovations but they did not work in evenings so it wasnt a bother.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Perfect location for a one night stay. Right across from St Bonaventure. Good rate. Good selection of breakfast items. Some remodeling going on, but what is done looks great!

Was perfect for our one night stay

The hotel was under renovation and not advised before to make the reservation so it was a lot of dust and noisy

This was our first hotel stay after a particularly terrible trip where we stayed with the Red Rood Inn in Greensburg PA. We were weary travelers on vacation and arrived to this oasis where Jennifer the manager, greeted us with a smile. The Microtel was clean, it seemed brand new and we slept well! No problems with this place!! Hospitality is key.!!

Highly recommend! Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was great. Will definitely stay here again when in the area

TV didn't work.

There was some construction in and around the building. AC unit was very noisy, (sounded like a small jet taking off). Eventually had to shut it off and open the window to let some cooler air in during the night.

The hotel was undergoing renovations.
We had an updated room; however the room was a little small.
No closet to hang clothing ( it had knobs to hang items from the wall.
Air condition unit was very noise.

Close to what we needed and wanted!
