Comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, nice room. Excellent bathroom. Felt more like a 4* hotel. Only thing we didn't like was the coffee. Cappuccino machine coffee horrible and breakfast coffee horrible. Nespresso coffee in the room - why not in the rest of the hotel?

Room faced a car park. Disappointed.

Very attentive, helpful staff. Great location. Comfortable and well appointed facilities.

The Westminster is indisputably the best hotel in Le Touquet.
Since refurbishment it has reached even greater levels than previously.
A particular joy is the young enthusiastic staff who do everything they can to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable
4.3
Hotel good, beds uncomfortable, duvet very high tog, no alternative.

We stayed for 3 nights and this was our first stay since the refurb and reopening. It had not lost its classy feel and still felt special as soon as you walked through the door.
Our room was a sufficient size, including a modern and clean bathroom. The bed was super compfy and the staff were all really friendly and willing to help.
4.3
Very nice except a very very large pre authorisation that 36 hours after check out had not been released which is very inconvenient. Excellent breakfast and location.

Sadly air conditioning did not work in our room at all. It was like a sweat box all night.

Lovely 3 night weekend break. Superb service. Beautiful hotel that has clearly benefited from the recent refurb. Faultless!

Amazing stay, the hotel is in absolutely immaculate condition. Stay were incredibly polite and helpful in every respect. Breakfast buffets was one of the best we've had. Beautiful facilities and rooms. All round amazing experience, no doubt we'll be back!

Really lovely hotel, wish I could have stayed longer! I had never been to Le Touquet before so had no expectations. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the vibrant town, I had a view of the famous lighthouse from my room, and arguably walking distance from the beach (better probably in a car). The room was very comfortable. When I went to the spa for a swim, I thought I should have left a bit more time to enjoy the spa services on offer (Nuxe!). Lovely terrace for drinks (although service could have been much more attentive…). The staff was very nice indeed, the voiturier, concierge, front desk, bellmen, room service etc. I arrived on the 2nd day of a 3-day drive to the UK, and despite my bedraggled state they could not have been nicer. In the end I decided to cancel my dinner reservation in the stuffy and empty restaurant and opted for room service which was very nice (although they could have offered the daily specials from the restaurant in room service). Departure was efficient and easy as I was rushing to get to the train for EuroTunnel.

Classic hotel

The hotel is impressive
Staff a big let down
Especially at breakfast

Hotel renovation is recent and well done. Service was excellent, very friendly staff.
The issue I have is that the rooms are not big at all. We paid for a deluxe room and had a view of a brick wall!! The design element seems to have overtaken the function element. An example, bath room products balanced precariously on the tap fitting because there is no shelf in the shower …
It’s also very expensive, especially when viewed from a price per square foot point of view! On the other hand, it’s well located for the town (but not for the shore)

ok

Since the renovation the hotel was excellent as are the staff . Rooms very clean and comfortable .
Only observation is the bar is expensive

Beautiful hotel. I’ve been to Le Touquet many times and have always wanted to stay here.
The staff were very efficient! Had a really lovely Christmas Vibe. I’m involved in Interior Design and I really love the fabric wall treatment in the bedroom and the distressed gold bathroom ceiling.
Well Done

Lovely room, hotel just been renovated so was spotless everywhere. Great staff.

In the afternoon of the first day my wife found a used cord plaster (ban aid) on the floor underneath the sofa bed. I look further and found something else. This was after the cleaner had been so had been missed previously as well before we arrived. I took two people from reception and showed them. No action taken other than an apology. Also the holes on the shower were blocked and showed this at the same time. For an hotel of this 'standard' I would have expected better. Also on the check-in I was charged a deposit which wasn't explained until I went back and asked. The car park there was no mention that there was a cost involved. Basic communication didn't exist. So in summary overpriced and dirty.

The hotel was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The air conditionion was noisy and made a clunky sound every 15 minutes and we were both asleep and one of the staff came into the room then found we were asleep and woke us up to ask if we needed anything. Maybe a good nights sleep would be what we wanted and not what we got.
4.3
Excellent as always. Just too short a stay!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were nice and the building is trully impressive.
This was by first non golf trip to Le Touquet and i would definitely recommend this hotel for a romantic trip

Just one night stop in Le Touquet and we were very pleased with the room at the Westminster, one that had already been updated. Clean and spacious , comfortable and a good price for what was offered. We are in the town so no other hotel options used. The hotel exceeded our expectations even though it is about to close for a six month makeover. Our only complaint being the 15 euro parking charge which is not mentioned on hotels.com or at check in but is shown in the small print of the hotel website!
4.3
Fantastic hotel, wonderful helpful staff, location perfect for visiting Le Touquet. Good parking but expensive at 15 Euro per night.
4.3
It was a tired looking room although big enough, the sink was blocking and we had to report that. The shower old and you had to step into bath to use it. I do get rather frustrated at having to pay an additional €15 euros a day to to park when you are already spending close to £150 a night without breakfast. I also think that €24 euros for breakfast per person is a lot of money, no cups in room except paper cups which in a hotel that boasts of 4 stars is poor I think. You can cross over the road to the very smart new cafe and get a very good breakfast for €12 which includes orange juice, a croissant, coffee and a chia pudding. when it is refurbished I am sure it will be lovely and of course it sits in a great part of Le Touquet.
4.3
Excellent stay and a hotel that’s got lots of history and class .
4.3
Whole ambience of the place beautiful bedroom and great restaurant
4.3
Lovely stay except disappointed only the buffet open on Wednesday night. Also the gardens were not open to sit in. Our room was basic but good & clean. Bathroom, though large, the bath was very narrow with a shower over it. Screen not big enough so floor got wet and it was quite dangerous to stand & shower (my wife's feet are only size 5! ), as narrow & slippery!
4.3
Lovely old hotel with real character. The staff were fantastic and very friendly.
The hotel is perfectly located ..... the only slightly disappointing feature of my stay at the Westminster was the tired looking bedroom and en-suite.
