Staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Property could use some updates, but nothing major. Would stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay. I’ll definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay, especially with our dog.

We were there 2 nights, our only complaint was that our room was not cleaned while we were out between 1st and 2nd night, trash did get piled up.

The whole process was great 👍. The staff super friendly 👏
4.1
Clean and quite. Staff very friendly.

I was dissatisfied with the cost of pet friendly…was up charged $70 and the cost of the room was $110…! I argued with them to no avail. Most I have ever paid for a pet charge.

It’s an old older hotel but very well kept up. We were there for a golf tournament and was only using the hotel for sleeping basically and it served it’s purpose. The staff were great.
4.1
It was just OK. It was a hot day and the AC was running, but the room stayed clammy.
4.1
There was no breakfast. There was no housekeeping service on the weekend.

When we arrived for our King Suite (which was booked in June of 2021!), we were told they did not have Kings, then the desk clerk said they did have 3, but they were already taken. She further went on to say there was nothing she could do, that we booked thru a 3-party (Expedia). When we got to our room, it appeared to at one time have a queen bed, but we are pretty sure it was only a full.
The next day, we could not figure out why our room had not been cleaned, and new towels provided. When we asked, they promptly brought us towels, and a different clerk told us that was not the norm, as this was an Extended Stay hotel, and they only cleaned once a week, unless it was requested. NO WHERE in our booking did it state this was an extended stay, it did say cleaning was minimal.... I did not realize that meant we had to request it.
I would NEVER recommend a Candlewood Suite Hotel to anyone.
Very disappointing.

It was VERY CLEAN. Nice and helpful staff. The rooms were equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. And THE BEDS…..well I wanted to bring it home with me. Amazing!!!!

Hotel was subpar. They changed my reservation. The room they put me in had a sleeper sofa that didn’t work and when you got it half way out the mattress was covered in stains. The door on the inside had a hole in it

Stay was really good. Wasn’t there very long, but the stay was comfortable and pleasant. A few dings on the appliances,

The room was very basic. I know you get what you pay for, but it was very noisy with people above and walking in the hall. The doors SLAM when opened. We were there for 2 nights. The air/heat did not work in our room. I mentioned to the desk clerk the second morning. When we can back to our room later that day, the air condition was running on high, but it could not be adjusted up or down so we had to unplug it. No main service to change the bed or bring fresh towels.

It was OK for what I needed.

The front desk staff were helpful at my late check-in and with a specific question I had, although the missing lightbulb I requested to be replaced was never taken care of. This might be a reflection on the housekeeping staff, with whom I was not impressed. They started banging on my door at 8am the morning of my departure, although I was still in bed and hadn't checked out yet (the check out time was 11am). They returned at 10:45 banging again. Seriously!
The hotel is servicable, but is showing wear. Cupboards were dinged and scratched, the toilet was not secure and rocked when I sat down on it, there was mold under the bathroom sink faucet plate which moved a bit as I adjusted the temperature of the water, and not all the drawers pushed in completely flat. The desk chair had way too much play and I felt like I could fall over backwards if I leaned too hard, so I used another chair in the room at the desk. There were also no extra blankets, but plenty of pillows.
However, the kitchen was clean as was the room, and I was a little surprised to find that the hotel was only two star instead of three.
It is a workable place, and I would stay there again because of proximity to a location I needed to commute to, particularly considering the relatively reasonable price.

We booked this Hotel thru Expedia and had our Bank account Debited for the full feeand we had a confirmation of our booking. Late at night when we were nearly at the Hotel after traveling hundreds of miles and for hours we get told by the Hotel that they were full and never had a room for us and we would just have to go to another Hotel. I our opinion handled poorly by the Hotel and by Expedia. Customer Service? LOL!!! Guess the joke was on us. Expedia did tell us that they would refund the money taken from our account in 10 TO 14 DAYS!!!! They took it out immediately on the booking tho!!

Needs a little updating. Overall it was an ok stay.

The location has all the essentials for a business traveler.

Overall we had a good stay, but only because i had built in contingencies for this trip. Creepy people were working the front desk at night. Our handicapped room didn't have towels or washcloths. The dishes in the dishwasher had caked-on food. They DID have kitchen appliances you could borrow. But they advertised 6 people per room when in reality only 4 could fit, so I paid for another room. No housekeeping was offered during our 4 day stay. There is no breakfast but you can buy items from their store to cook/eat. It is a non-smoking facility, but their smoking area is directly under the air intake for the rooms, so we still had to deal with that. The key cards kept failing so every day we would have to go get them re-done. For a budget full suite hotel room for a family visit it was fine. But it IS better suited for a business trip. We will likely return here if we have an overnight trip to Tulsa.

Room was as expected. It was a great experience. I was there on business.

The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel is clean and in a convenient location. I would stay here again.

Needs more space to hangout outback. Didn’t have a pool, basketball court or free breakfast. Huge downfall when you have kids!

After being booted out of my reservation at an extended stay, due to overbooking, I needed to find other accommodations. Since I was a couple of hours outside of Oklahoma, coming from Colorado, I didn’t have time to perform my normal process of researching hotels to determine which would work best for me so I opted to look for a room for one night that had at least eight stars on the site, wasn’t too pricey, and wasn’t far from my ultimate destination in Tulsa.
After seeing I had a Special Price available, I booked a king bed suite for one night.
The property was easy to find and the exterior appearance was clean and welcoming. Check-in with Shauna was painless even with the fickle credit card reader.
Entering the room, I was reminded why I like Candlewood. I have to make sure I check their prices and availability before considering other options when traveling in the future.
The suite has a full kitchen, office space, and sitting room which are separated from the bedroom by a door. There’s a TV in both areas. You can find dishes and basic condiments in the room. They provide full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by J.R. Watkins. It truly is a cozy apartment.
I was slightly disappointed when I realized I didn’t have the king size bed I reserved and planned to speak to front desk about an adjustment on my way out. However, upon waking and viewing the bill left under the door, the price had been adjusted.
Really enjoyed my stay.

Room description stated a sofa bed in room. This was a main reason we booked this location. Upon arrival, there was no sofa bed and we were informed that none of the rooms of this level had sofa beds. We then asked for a roll away(which in the description states are available) we then were informed they could not put one in our room because it was a fire hazard. Hotels.com was a rock star and called the hotel on our behalf. When the hotel would not compensate us at all, hotels.com gave us a $25 coupon towards our next online booking.

The hotel was nice as well as the staff. Only complaint is on Expedia. Got a receipt at check out and I paid more by booking through Expedia than I would have paid by going straight through the hotel. Low price guarantee is false. Check prices with the hotel before booking through Expedia . Was told I would get a refund of the difference by one Expedia rep then the next said sorry about your luck! Buyer beware!

Our room was very clean and spacious. Only drawback was the vampire elephants (people who stayed up late and stomped around) upstairs.
