We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience.....

Good service and comfort.
Could be better, taking in consideration the 4 stars of the hotel

Good hotel, great location.
3 days spent, great moments!

Unfortunately the room was noisy and cold. I also expected a minibar in the room but there wasn’t one. There is also only one free power outlet for the entire room.
We went to the restaurant in the hotel which was also freezing and I felt a bit overpriced. However, the hotel has a direct park entrance and we could go 30 minutes earlier which was the reason why we stayed there.

Short stay where we used the nice swimming pools before (and after) our dinner at the buffet restaurant. We were quite impressed by the decor of the hotel and recommend it highly. The breakfast almost inside the park was, for being a theme park hotel, particularly enchanting.

Great hotel, in great condition and perfect for the theme park. Food on the pricey side but this is usual for most hotels.

This could have been a disaster as we had a group of badly behaved children in the rooms surrounding ours and, despite various warnings, they insisted on screaming, slamming doors and making as much noise as possible. Luckily the hotel management managed to find us (a family of four) another suite in the neighbouring hotel, Santa Isabel, which was much nicer than our original room and we had a peaceful night's rest.

We stayed 2 night adn really satisfied with thier services.

Hotel had amazing themeing, welcoming staff, and large and comfortable rooms. Free Wi-Fi was fast and much needed as an international traveler. Easy access to rear of Europa Park, or monorail to front if you wish. Parking garage was a great plus.

Nice to be at the resort. Could use the option to experience the last hour in the park on the arrival day at no additional cost. Parking is included:). And we got a room for 4, perfect for small families.

Everything was great. The only problem we had involved the chairs in the room. My husband has medical problems. Often times he cannot sleep in bed and must sleep sitting up in a chair. the only chairs in the room were ladder back chairs, not very comfortable. After the first night, we asked someone at the front desk if we could get an overstuffed chair; but they were unable to find a solution. So, for the second night, we moved a chair from the small seating area outside our room; and then returned it in the morning.

Family trip to europa park. Hotel was average in terms of comfort and quality. Breakfast was below average. Service was good. Location is perfect for the park.

We chose this hotel this year instead of the Bell Rock like last year because we wanted to be the closest to the park and yup we were. The kids were so happy to be one of the first to play, we could take the ride early before the Queue started. The restaurant was great. We could also walk to the restaurants in the other 2 nearby Europa Park hotels cause they re connected. The setting was amazing for kids imagination. Will definitely be back here :-)Thanks for the great time.

Travelling from Basal airport, it was awesome that the shuttle bus from the train station stopped right outside this hotel. It meant we could store the bags there and collect the 3 day park tickets. The hotel is obviously Spanish themed and it really does feel authentic to the previous times I have travelled to Spain. The rooms are in a recently refurbished state and are bliss to stay in. It have the things you expect such as air con, a telly, and such. If you are a British person though, dont expect any tea/coffee making facilities nor expect any English TV channels. These points slightly made me disappointed but I do understand its mainly a German audience that wouldnt want either! The location of the hotel is fantastic as you can walk directly into the Spanish land of the theme park and catch a monorail back to the hotel at the end of the day.Highly recommended by us!

Fabulous park and definitely worth at least two or three visits. Hotel absolutely wonderfully decorated in the style of old Spain- clean and friendly. The bar and restaurants great - but a little restrictive on choice ( only Spanish food ) and closed slightly early at 10- in the real Spain people would only be going out to eat at that time!!
All in all tho a 10/10 for this great resort - kids loved it to pieces.

Nice looking hotel nice lobby and hotel facilities , welcoming staff but room a bit disappointing.. we slept 3 people ,the room a bit small comparing to other 4 star hotels ,room facilities minimal eg. no coffee\tea kits , no minibar no safe .Breakfast wad good .The biggest advantage of the hotel is it being a minute walk from Europa park enterence.

Great room with lots of space and wonderful staff. The hotel is right next to the park so can just walk over. Park is great love the roller coasters.

i loved the room and the cleaning staff, it is so close from the park that it has its own gate to the park with unlimited entry

The hotel inside the park an excellent location.
Very name garden, the room was good with nice view

Great price/quality ratio; excellent food; nice pool. The only complaint we have is the very noisy hallways (tile floors) and the not-so-well sound insulated rooms.

I will not talk about all details .. But the level of hygiene, eating and comfort at this hotel is very low ..
I visited the Italian hotel next door (the Colosseo), it is much better and i would to recommend it for you .

We enjoyed our stay here very much, including the early access to the park, the pool and the access to other resort hotels restaurants.

Since I arrived, I felt that I made the right choice. The place was wonderful, I liked the building. I felt as if I am really in Spain. The staff were welcoming & kind. I was amazed that the check in was quick. Every thing was prepared, they even print our names on the envelops of rooms key cards. The rooms were clean & nicely decorated. The kids liked the beds & the paintings on the walls. The breakfast was fantastic & I rated as 5 stars. There was Europa mouse & other characters waiting for the children to welcome them. The kids were extremely happy. The gate to Europa park is inside the hotel, imagine how convenient it is to go back & forth to your room many times during the day to have rest. I strongly recommend this hotel for families with children & teenagers for leisure trips.

our family of 4 (2 adults+2 kids) stayed in one room for 1 night which was adequate considering the relatively cheap rate. Hotel had great access to Park. Kids had a fabulous time. A la carte food was better than feed the hordes approach at the buffets.

we kwamen vanuit moskou.

we visited with our two girls, aged 11 and 6, who thoroughly enjoyed it. We alternated days between Europa Park and sightseeing in the Black Forest.

Nice hotel, great location. Only problem was the heat..There was no Airconditioning and it was very warm in the room even with the windows open. I would still go back to this hotel, I would just bring a small portable fan next time.

The oldest of Europa park hotels; but well-kept. Service is great. Kids loved it. Lots of fun.
