We had a 3 day stay at the hotel and were met with nothing but pleasant smiles and helpful people. From the moment we came in until we left people have been very accommodating, went out of their way to help us and made us feel like royalties.

Stylish and comfortable. Beautiful building with modern amenities. Small but luxurious spa area. Staff super helpful and friendly. Location perfect, in between square and old town

Staff: 5 stars
Facility: 5 stars
What stands out is that the hotel staff provided excellent, five star service. Front desk, the restaurant(breakfast) accommodated our requests. Room service was also great. The hotel anticipates the things that you will need just what a true 5 star hotel does.
The facility had a classic ambiance, something that I purposefully sought when booking a hotel.
The only regret that my family had was that we could not stay long enough to enjoy the hotel. This hotel is tough to beat in terms of location, and service.

Copernicus is a wonderful quiet boutique at the foot of the Wawel Castle and at the entrance to the old town. It is unique in its effortless combination of old and new charm in architecture, room design and cuisine. Loved staying there!

Had an excellent stay at the Hotel Copernicus! I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning on staying in the Old Town area of Kracow.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous building on a quiet street behind main street. Spacious room, exceptionally clean. Great aircon. Super comfy beds. Roof terrace all to myself! Beautiful pool/spa area with relaxation beds.
The staff were professional, especially the lady on reception who was super friendly!
The best bit…. I forgot to check the safe and left my Rolex in there. After about an hour I returned and they had it in a bag waiting for me! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I had a few VERY MINOR niggles, the main one being, no kettle for tea. They brought one but I had to call every time I needed tea bags or milk as it wasn’t replaced daily, I felt a pest! The jug of milk they provided did not fit in the mini fridge and didn’t stay fresh in the heat. With the lift broken at the time, I’m sure they could have done without running up and down 3 flights of stairs for me if they’d just ensured tea facilities were provided.
Roof terrace was empty of people, staff and facilities. There didn’t seem any way of ordering a drink and in the heat was too uncomfortable to sit up there for long. I did stay an hour (using two chairs as a lounger) but left for a drink rather than hike up and down stairs again 😂
I loved this hotel, I didn’t use the restaurant as I was alone, I don’t eat breakfast and not looking for anything special for dinner. But would def dine there if I return.
I stayed as a solo traveller for 3 nights in July (pre UK school hols). I felt very safe in this hotel.

We had a great time. It was a lovely hotel in a great location between the Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter. The service was terrific. The dinner at the Copernicus restaurant was truly excellent; it deserves a Michelin star. Loved the swimming pool. We were in a beautiful suite with frescos. One thing to forewarn about, though, is that the bed in that room was very period but was a bit challenging to get in/out of as a 60+ year old guest.

Great accommodation and the staff were very attentive. The location is perfect and could not be any closer to the heart of the city, situated in the oldest street in Krakow. I will certainly be back to enjoy more rest and relaxation.

Amazing service, very friendly staff, beautiful building and great location. The spa area is quite small tho and only one tiny sauna. Perfect place if you wanna enjoy 5 star service in a beautiful room and in a super comfortable bed, less so if you are looking for a spa experience.

Beautiful old building full of character so tastefully preserved. Excellent fine dining with the lunch and dinner tasting menus. Lovely small pool and sauna in caverns under the hotel perfect start to the day with a swim and sauna and massage treatment great for tired legs after all those steps in the Salt Mines . Staff warm and welcoming .

The beds and room were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I do wish the room had two things that it didn't have. One, there was no furniture with drawers to put our clothes, and a couch would have been better than 2 chairs. This isn't enough to dissuade me from coming again though. The location is excellent!

We hate to leave poor reviews, but I am getting these reminders from Expedia so for once I decided to do it. Huge shout-out to an excellent staff filled with many friendly faces, helpful and kind people. For the facility's owners - it is time to do something, the hotel needs a serious renovation. For us, it was the horrific bathroom, and the shape of the floor, clearly needing a good scrub and polish. We couldn’t turn on the shower, as the shower faucet was stuck. Old historic buildings need extra care, superior craftsmanship, updated appliances, and constant maintenance. This place could be a gem, but it feels like it is stuck in the 80s For the price we were disappointed. This is not a 5-star hotel. We would say it barely stretches to 4.

This is just a fabulous hotel in all respects, from the prime location in the heart of the old city, to the spacious, comfortable rooms, to the old and classy aesthetic. I love it!
