Lors du paiement on m’impose de recevoir ma facture par mail, je dois soit faire imprimer celle ci auprès d’un de mes clients ou payer dans un magasin pour imprimer ma facture ! Afin de la fournir à mon employeur. Désormais dans cette établissement c’est comme ça (c’est eux qui me l’on dit) mise en avant que c’est une obligation quand un client demande sa facture C EST LA LOI , de plus le lendemain matin je retourne à l’accueil car il ont compté 2 personnes alors que j’étais seule (info que j’avais bien précisé la veille) et bien sûr 2 taxes de séjour…le monsieur à l’accueil a le culot de me dire que c’est de ma faute car la réservation mentionné 2 personnes… je lui confirme qu’imposer la facture par mail c’est hors loi et en plus c’est eux qui facture et mette ce qu’ils veulent, bref aucunes excuses de leur part le client est fautif …

Extrêmement déçue par ce Campanile. Chambre vestuste même si refaite, un coup de peinture mal réalisé ne veut pas dire rénové d'après moi ! Je déconseille surtout pour le prix, 86 euros dans mon cas.

J'ai passé une grande partie de ma ie dans les hôtels et notamment les campaniles je ne peut donner mon avis pour le restaurant car j"ai manger ailleurs. Poir ce qui est du petit déjeuner j"ai trouvé passable car tardivement le buffet n'était pas réapprovisionné. Sinon c'était ok et la réception super.

Rien à redire arrivée très tardive,le gardien de nuit est très sympathique,nous n'avons même pas attendu,le petit déjeuner parfait avec un accueil agréable,merci à vous ,car venant de Paris cela nous a réconcilié avec les humains....

Il me semblait avoir demandé un lit double (car je fais 2m) et j'ai eu 2 lits jumeaux. J'en sors avec un mal d'épaule... Au dessus de la baignoire, la peinture est très attaquée. Sinon, le personnel est relativement accueillant.

Campanile à vraiment besoin d un nouveau concept . Chambre correct mais sans plus. Repas digne d une cantine pour 22€ !!!!!!! Une salade niçoise et un filet de canette arche cuit et pour dessert une croustade de pomme ou il faut chercher les pommes Les marges doivent être bonnes depuis que les Buffets ( entrées et desserts) ont disparus Et pour terminer un patron qui fait respecter le pass sanitaire mais qui vous parle avec le masque sous le menton

Not very impressed by this hotel. Check in was ok. 2 beers and a water for €20!! We are not in Paris! Room.was musty, dirty, uncleaned surfaces and smelt of urine. We would not recommend staying here and are vwry disspponted

Okay at best. Low price but the room was small, not properly cleaned (hairs in the bathroom from previous guests). The property felt cheap. Free parking was a plus and the main attraction on the last night of a holiday before returning a hire-car.

Very convenient for my journey but the local area was a little lacking in amenities. As it (and the hotel opposite) seemed to be very popular, it was a little noisy at times.

Stayed for four nights because of a family wedding nearby.our rooms were quite small but was very clean and had everything we needed.We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner once and found that to be very good.

The hotel was clean, affordable and the staff was friendly. Couldn't ask for nor expect more. It's located near a highway in the middle of nowhere, so this is not somewhere you would go for a nice weekend - but it was perfectly located for my business trip and would book again when I go back to the area. Bezier and Serignan are just a few minutes away. Keep in mind, you have to have a car, as there is no public transport. Not a problem for me, but don't book this hotel if you arrive by train.

Fit for purpose. Low cost therefore low expectations. Daunting on arrival - smokers outside reception / dining area. Located in a commercial / induatrial area. Car bottomed through entrance gate ! Cleaners had no customer service skills. Basic restaurant - but then what did we pay?
