Room was big, clean and well equipped. Big balcony with an amazing view to the sea and mountains. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Pool area was okay, could have been more clean, but overall nice. Location was perfect.

The only good thing about the property is the location. The place is very old (like you’re going back in time to the 90s). The room was not clean at all ( there was a stain on the blanket, molds on the ceiling ). The fridge was not working. And to wrap it up, found cockroach roaming the hallway more than twice. And the smell is not good. I’d recommend finding another accommodation.

Hotel is in a bit of a rundown area.
Poor parking facilities close by.
Easy reception and good service from pleasant and friendly receptionist. One of the three lifts didn’t work and it meant waiting a while. Rooms are large, bed comfortable, clean, decent bathroom. Nice sea view.

The cooked breakfast was cold and poor.

Good location close to the beach. Clean rooms but worn furniture. Meals were very basic, disappointing.

I was visiting a friend in Fuengirola.
The lobby are is good, very spacious and clean. The reception staff very friendly. The Train bar staff also very nice.
The hallway carpets very badly worn on the bedroom floors. The air con in the room was old, very noisy, did not work and pumped out stale air as if it hadn't been serviced for a long time.
In-room facilities not good (no kettle, no water, limited bathroom facilities such as shower gel.
I understand the market that they are aiming at, so maybe I made a wrong choice

Great staff which were really helpful, so close to restaurants bars and shops. As well as beach on your doorstep

Ellos dicen ser hotel 4 estrellas pero les falta mucho para llegas a Ello no tienen plancha para facilitarle al huésped, la barra de la recepción muy descuidada y la barra donde se apoyan los brazos pegostosos

Nice and clean. Good location. The pool was closed unfortunately. Rooms were good but the plaster on the facade was falling apart. Need some repair.

I liked the breakfast and servers. Not enough room in bar

We’ve stayed here many times. Great location and easy for train and bus everywhere. Buffet breakfast is great. Disappointed pool was closed, as weather was lovely for November. Also noisy at night if room is on the entrance side, as pub plays music till 3am! Not every night, but not good to sleep! Staff all extremely helpful and friendly.

I arrived at 2am to hotel. I got a call at 3am that reception did not charge me. They offered to come to my room to do that immediately, but I refused. I was sleeping and woke up for that. They should not understand to not disturb customers that time due their own mistake.

All the staff were friendly I would stay there again

It was very rundown.Threadbear carpets, holes in walls,Walls patched all over hotel. It may have been 4 stars once, certainly not now.2 stars would be generous.Food very poor, always overlooked every day.Worst desert menu I have ever seen, and I have stayed in hotels all over Spain.Staff were not very pleasant (not all but most of them)

location, breakfasts and salads at dinner-time excellent.
charges for wi-fi and electronic safety box in room pricey

The hotel is very dated,it needs a lot of work to update it around the pool is very bad
1.5
The most annoying was late and go to room and spend a lot of time with the safetybox and gave up for going back to the reception for get it fixed and the answer was you must pay for it. I wonder it is not included and why I was not noticed this during check in.
Second it was the fiorst hotel where I need to pay extra for internet - it wasnt included. I feel back in the old time where internet was something for few. Today all expect to have acces for what ever they are doing. here is defently a lot to impriove - just pout in the price form the beginning like the safety box. This seems to be a bad add on businiess model whcih complicate the stay of the guests. In facdt this is was I mostly remember

No AC. No WIFI. Very noisy because had to have window open because no AC

Everything was excellent except on the day of check-out the room service was knocking on my door already at 9:30. WiFi is not free which is odd nowadays. Garage with access from the main elevators is a plus.

very good hotel, the only problem you have to pay for the wifi

I had to pay for WiFi. ——totally unacceptable. Also car park getting expensive

4 Star, this should be downgraded immediatey to a zero star. First of all the car park, so confusing, you have to press a button outside the building before you go in, so we had to back up and then a stranger showed us how it works, same on way out. Second, the check in, although it was pre paid via Hotels.com the receptionist wanted me to forward a confirmation e-mail to them, very odd as I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was the first time I had to do that. Third, the elevator, hallway to room and room was grossly undermaintained, smell of urine and damp on 5th floor to outside pool area too. 4th, bed was like sleeping on concrete, one pillow each too. Fifth, wi-fi is not free and I paid for a token of 5 Euro for 24 hours in lobby. Sixth, I asked receptionsit if I had breakfast included as no confirmation on Hotels, com or from reception on check in, she and her colleague bluntly told me to check with restaurant as they dont know. Personality and cutomer service definitely lacking here. We went out for breakfast instead. We checked out thankfully after one night, glad we didnt book any longer. Outside the pavemnets lined with looky men

Had a good time at the hotel it was a little theatre break and the hotel was very convenient.

Nothing much to say, it was the usual business visit - several times a year for 8 years. I stay at the Las Palmas in winter due to my normal hotel, Las Rampas, being closed during the chillier months. The former is adjacent the promenade / harbour / ocean and is a 15 minutes walk from the railway station, the latter is in town and adjacent the main shopping street and is a 5 minutes walk from the station. The former has little character whilst the latter is full of character.

Last minute booking for one night.
Great views over the marina and close to beach and town.
Plenty of bars and restaurant near by, unfortunately quite a few people selling all sorts of illegal products and services around the area late at night, but otherwise a great location.
My room hadn't been made up on arrival so I was upgraded to a junior suite which was wonderful.
The receptionist was very apologetic and very helpful.
The breakfast was ok, but not really worth paying much extra for as there are plenty of places to eat nearby

The WIFI was expensive and very week
