Disappointing. Picked it it because of 8,2-rating. This is NOT a 8,2-rate! Sink in the bedroom, not in the bathroom. That was a first for me. The toiletpaperholder lacked the pin across, so when you pull, the roll of paper goes all over the place. Why not just replace it? No breakfast offer. The room was clean, so Thank you for that.

This hotel is an older building with lots of character. It is very clean, friendly and quiet. Staff are very helpful and there is parking. Only a few minutes away from the airport. We would go there again

Staff was super friendly and accommodating even when we got there super late at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The area was nice. I walked a block to Starbucks that morning, and it was very nice.

larger than average room, decent desk, actual bright lights, effective A/C, working locks, firm bed, clean surfaces, a nice paint job on walls...this was pretty darn good for the price. there's a two-story glass-roofed enclosed atrium with cute tables for a snack you bring in. Minor critiques include no kleenex (we didnt ask for them, being just a short overnight... might just have been a small oversight) and a spotted shower curtain, but they provided plentiful single-use and multi-use soap/etc toiletries, a plus. With gas on the way to the airport and just 1.5mi to go, this is a winner.

This was excellent value for the price. It was convenient to BART, CalTrain, and local bus service. I exclusively used this hotel for an event being held in San Francisco. It usually took about an hour to get there on public transit and that was great value to avoid driving and parking in SF. The hotel is a little older, but very well kept. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

The place was quiet & peaceful. Close to everything & more affordable than the nearby expensive hotels. Free parking too! Definitely not the newest or sparkliest, but more than sufffficient & clean. No EV charger on site. Also, they have quiet hours posted so it didn't get too loud at bedtime.

I pre-paid for a king size bed, but got put it a full size with a half kitchen and the tv was tiny. Was not happy with the room, but didn't want to complain for another one.

The only complaint is I had to kill a visual cockroach in my 315 room on 9/4/2024. I know the area can’t always be super perfect, I just didn’t think I would have found a Roach in my room. I left it on the floor where I killed it so they saw it was dead. Sorry.

We called at 5pm to let the front desk know that we would be checking in between midnight and 1AM. We got to the room and the room was clean except for the bed and linens were stained and yellow. The towels were dirty. I went to the front desk to ask for clean linens to make up the bed or a new room but the night attendant wouldn't wake up no matter how loud I rang the bell and called for him. I could hear him snoring from the office area. THE APP WON'T LET ME UPLOAD THE PICTURES

Stayed here for our last night in San Francisco. The room was very roomy and clean. Room was updated. Bed was comfy. It was super close to the airport and you can’t beat the price. Parking is included and I believe breakfast was as well but we left to early to enjoy it.

was expecting a basic motel, but it was pretty new and updated and comfortable, and close to airport. parking garage underneath is pretty tight. no breakfast, but theres a keurig in room. good value, would stay again for 1 night.

Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. Our room was overlooking the street so it was a bit noisy and so we ran the fan all night. They should put up more sound-proof windows. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.
