Loved our time there! Hotel stay was great. Very friendly and accommating staff.
2.5
A great location for an overnight stay on our way back to get the ferry. The hotel is located right on the seafront and had amazing views in a very quiet part of the town. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and the room was spacious and immaculately clean.

Easy free parking close by.
Excellent location.

Staff were exceptional, absolutely recommend this hotel.

This is by far our favourite hotel in Dieppe. The underground parking is great for the busy town. Breakfast is superb, but the Resturant was booked for private parties both nights - I’m not sure you can claim to be 4 star if all you can serve is a sandwich. The bar was also closed during the day. But the location and the staff are great.

Bedroom overlooking front was comfortable the bed has white sheets which I love and is a good size. Shower worked well. View to the beach is unfortunate with an area of scrubland. Location to shops, museum 1942 and restaurants is great. Loved the street market on Saturday. Underground parking needs clear signage as to how to exit to hotel.

Our second stay at this hotel. A great stay...and one where the staff went out of their way to help.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was clean and updated although some mold in the corners of the shower. Beds very comfortable and parking was secure 12 euros per night just a tip very tight area to get in and out of our rented suv barely made it. We had an ocean view there's a vacant lot opposite the hotel so not the greatest but beautiful sunset so we were happy. Breakfast was just ok at 18 euros not really worth it. Lobby is under construction so a little difficult to get in and out looks like it will be ready soon. It was quite warm and air conditioning wasn't working we asked about it nobody ever got back to us at all or did anything but we were only there two nights so we managed but no screens in the window so leaving it open wasn't an option. All in all we would stay there again.

Ground floor was being recarpeted so reception consisted of a single desk moved about as work continued! Disconcerting, but no real problem. Newly renovated room was clean and comfortable (although how some elements would stand up to wear and tear was questionable - white headboard, unsealed basin surround?). Tea and coffee making limited - awful (single use) paper cups and no bottled water provided although advertised. First floor sea view wasn't great due to rough area opposite hotel. Air conditioning seemed limited. Parking under hotel was expensive but useful for peace of mind. Location was good - near castle and a short walk through to the high street, although opposite end to the old quay. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice including scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. And the panoramic view from the top floor was great. Overall though, a pleasant stay for a couple of nights.
2.5
Good location with free municipal parking across the road. Dropping off luggage In front of hotel was impossible because of a commercial promotion occupying the frontage.

Nice friendly staff great location, but the rooms need an urgent facelift...showing their age in style and condition.

A very convenient and well situated modern hotel ideal for a couple of nights stay

Even though the staff at the Hotel didnt speak very much English, they did their best to try. The hotel was very clean and cozy in the lobby. The room was incredibly clean and their breakfast, even though they charged, was incredibly good. I really loved the stay here.
1.5
Great location of hotel, with main street, beach and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Great breakfast from 4th floor restaurant overlooking the sea! Would definitely use again if we are returning to Dieppe.

Had to keep the windows closed as it was a little noisy but overall a very good experience .

Overall very good. 2nd time we have stayed here and we will be back. Would have been nice to have a 2nd chair in the room. Lovely sea view. Resturant food 1st class.

We were looking forward to staying here on the last day of our holiday. What a disappointment.
I could not even describe the design of our room. It was as if they had found a space and somehow fitted a room in it. There was a separate shower but it could not be called private. There was no bathroom as such , the sink being in an open area. There were no bedside tables and no chairs..In fairness when we raised our issues with the desk staff they handled it well. The manager hid in his office and offered a discount of 10%. I asked for 15 and he didn't argue. In hindsight I should have asked for more but we had a ferry to catch. Overall a very disappointing end to our holiday

Hotel well located, very clean, wonderful and helpful staff.
Bed super comfortable and the room is big. Shower pressure super good :)
It was a wonderful stay and would go back without hesitation if I come again.
It is a 10 out of 10

This is a 4 star hotel, however, I have stayed in better 2-3 star hotels. Although it was clean and the staff are friendly, it is overrated and therefore expensive.
The breakfasts are below par and very expensive for what you get.
The restaurant was good, food was tasty and staff were friendly.

Our stay for two nights was ideal for stop on way back to uk as was the hotel. Sadly because of pandemic many of the usual amenities were absent or severely reduced.
For one no baggage carts were available.

Très agréable séjour au Mercure de Dieppe pour un séjour pour le travail, je recommande

Nice location in the city, but also close to the beach, sea-view included♥️
4.0
Nice room layout, comfortable bed, good lighting, good bar, own parking, helpful staff.
Good shower but could have done with a light inside as a little gloomy. And towels were too small and thin.
0.3
Thin walls and rowdy guests make for a poor nights sleep. I would avoid at all costs. Night manager seemed incapable reducing the noise.

Nice place to stay. The rooms were nice and big with great bathroom.
Good underground parking.

Great location! Comfortable beds and nice breakfast with great views.
2.5
Friendly staff, clean facilities, secure car parking.

Air con doesnt work, old stained toilet. Not worth 155 euro a night plus extras. Parking excellent
2.5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was outstanding.
It was very convenient for the ferry back to the uk. Monday is a bad day for sightseeing though as the chateau is closed.
1.5
Staff were excellent. Was disappointed no minibar/fridge & room had two single beds. Found the room layout a bit odd. Plus only a bath, no shower. For what the room provided we could have paid 1/2 the price & gone to a budget hotel.

Parking was an issue. We have a land rover and we couldn't get in to the under ground car park. There was a small car park next to hotel which I assume is for staff but we were not offered this to park and we had to drive around dieppe for a nearby parking area. We eventually found a spot just across the way which was free so it was OK.
2.5
Right on the seafront. Charming and helpful staff. Nice bar and pleasant restaurant with good food. Breakfast typically French and probably not worth the money but the view from the breakfast room is stunning
