The property is gorgeous, the food is good. Unfortunately the front desk staff needs a lot of work. They double charged parking on my bill as well as my travel companion's bill when we only had 1 car between both of us. Trying to contact the hotel and get a response now is impossible. Also the morning of my departure, I had coordinated a breakfast to take with me. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not ready and the front desk had no clue about it even though I arranged this the prior day with the front desk. Additionally, when the driver showed up to pick me up, I was sitting in the lobby working on my laptop. Instead of the front desk attendants at 7 AM notifying me, they did nothing. I had to go up to the desk 10 minutes later and ask where my driver was to then find out the driver had already arrived. The lobby was so dead you could hear a pin drop. The fact that these girls assumed I knew the driver was there while I was working in the corner is insanity. For all of these reasons, this hotel is beautiful, but not a well run ship.

This is where you stay when you need to recharge surrounded by nature, an ocean breeze and in an impeccably luxurious setting in the French Riviera. I have literally no complaints here. None.

One of the best places at the coast!

Beautiful seaside setting with a warm and friendly staff

Fantastic location, view is amazing. The food was the real downside, not a lot of choices and some dishes were actually not good at all.

loved the eco-natural salt water pool, loved being on the ground floor, where we could get up in the morning and walk from our terrace to the ocean for a morning swim and not have to go in an elevator. nice pool side menu. very friendly staff...all around lovely experience

Overall a lovely hotel and experience - but expected a five star property and was disappointed on that front. If it were a four star property, I would have felt the rating better reflected the experience.

Hotel and location is beautiful. Clean rooms and great view.
Unfortunately the level of service doesn’t meet the expectations of a five star hotel at that price point. Every single food order during our four days got messed up. Wrong items, missed out on allergies. Had to triple check everything to avoid an allergic reaction. Same for both restaurant, Cabana and the reception. There is an obvious language barrier, but also lack of willingness to understand.
If you are looking for a five star riviera experience there are plenty of other options to choose from.

The hotel is very nice with a wonderful view on the sea! The service should be definitely be improved!
We stayed there for 4 nights and for 3 times the room was not clean properly!
The first time the housekeeping completely forgot to clean the bath.
The other 2 times no water was put in the room!
We also discovered a candy left by previous guests just below the bed.
For a 5 star hotel it is unacceptable!
Moreover also the restaurant service should be improved.
On the opposite, the concierge and the reception were very helpful!

This was our second stay and it’s one of our favourite hotels ever. The service is great and attentive. Everything was very clean and they paid very close attention to stick to any COVID rules.

The coolest hotel we have ever stayed in. This is perfection! Once you get past the awesome renovation of an iconic hotel, on one of the most spectacular bays of the Côte d’Azur, you are only starting to have fun. The staff are amazing - they have the perfect mix of cool, funky, personal and attentive service. It is not faux - it is genuine. Valet, Front Desk, Bar Staff, Waiters, Housekeeping - & let’s not forget the Chefs, we’re all incredible. We read some of the negative comments on Tripadvisor & could not agree with any of them. All we saw was every single guest enjoying themselves & being looked after. The chill factor here is contagious! This hotel doesn’t need selling - it sells itself. You cannot stop taking photos of that iconic pool. Room service was incredible.

Room, view and facilities were great! Reception on arrival were lovely and made things super quick and easy. Restaurant food was very nice, breakfast was great. Highly recommended! Would definitely go back

The hotel's design is brilliant and timeless, like a set from a Wes Anderson film, down to the smallest details. The location is charming if you're looking to spend most of your time at the hotel and relax. There isn't much to do around it within walking distance. Would definitely recommend booking a room with Sea view. The room/bed was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a perfect setup. The restaurant La Terrasse is a must try, the food and experience were amazing. The Spa was good but we've had better. Overall we definitely recommend this hotel, especially for couples and would stay there again.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful view.

The location is beautiful. The management is not on point at all. Prices are overrated. 50 euro’s for a bottle of martini Brut is just scandalous. the quality of the dishes is not always the same from the downstairs restaurant. Breakfast is good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Les Roches Rouges! A beautiful hotel with great service. We will definitely come back!

We came during the last week of the season and although the town was shutting down, the Hotel was perfect. Service was great, and the views fantastic. Not that we needed it, but there are no TV’s in the room; but it helps you unplug! Good WiFi, average massage in the spa; but we’d go back for sure !

This hotel was amazing. A gorgeous view of the Mediterranean. The staff was impeccable. Enjoyed every minute of our visit.

The hotel was gorgeous and the pools were amazing! I loved the design elements everywhere! I want my next house to have that vibe! The beds were so comfy and sheets were amazing! The free breakfast was a wonderful bonus! If you have a car you can venture out for dinner one night!

Fantastic location with beautiful views and close enough to Cannes and St Trop for afternoon trips. The rooms were just right - simple but with all amenities and above all with a beautiful view and a lovely terrace. Very helpful staff - always eager to help and very obliging . Fantastic sea water infinity pool with a superb view. Generally a great stay apart from a few niggles - the food and drinks at la Plage Restaurant was underwhelming and in our opinion over priced - that could also be said for La Terrasse. On our trip because we drove from the U.K. we stopped over at a number of Michelin starred restaurants in both the Côte d’Azur as well as Bourgogne area and the Menu Gourmand at most averaged 75 Euros for (in our opinion) better food, as opposed to 95 at La Terrasse. Also we found that despite the best efforts of the hotel to introduce movie night, live music nights the atmosphere was somewhat lacking - not sure why...

This hotel is simply amazing. Everything was perfect, from the room to breakfast to meals. Everything. Every detail was well thought out and just beautiful.

Fantastic hotel, amazing top view of the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony, excellent service, incredible breakfast! Simply class!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The two pools are spectacular, particularly the the natural pool. The breakfast is also great with lots of fresh fruit and pastries.
The staff are really friendly and helpful-although I think sometimes they didn’t know whose table they were serving at breakfast as we ended up giving up on getting coffee one morning.
We had a room with a sea view and it was really worth it, the view is spectacular. The room is not massive but it’s quite well designed so feels roomy and is very stylish. We really liked the fact the loo was separate to the shower area and main room. Good shower pressure too! We’d definitely return if we came back to the area.

Perhaps one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. Amazing.
4.0
Beautiful views, most of the staff were great, catered for gluten and dairy intolerances but would have received 5* if the staff remembered to tell their main restaurant about our intolerances, instead we had to find a different restaurant on the last night because they only do a set menu at la terasse. But overall it is a gorgeous hotel. Would recommend.
2.0
Great hotel with a wonderful view and natural pool. The team is really taking care of their customers.
However wifi was not always working during our stay.
The restaurant was good but I would have appreciate a little more choices and diversity in the menu. It didn't change during 5 days.
Room was bit small and we were struggling with our suitcases.
2.0
The hotel was new, modern, and comfort. I would recommend anyone who wants nice view of the ocean and poolside. Though the room (suite) was not ready by 4:00pm and we had to wait for a while, other things were incredibly amazing.
2.5
Loved every minute.
