The place is quite old and frankly speaking, I do not see the value for money. I have been in 2 stars hotels which can easily beat this one in terms of amenities, room quality and food choice (breakfast).
The staff is indeed very nice and welcoming, no question about that. However, it does not make up for how much the structure itself lets you down.
4 Stars totally undeserved. 2.5 stars would be fair

The rooms are quite nice. The location is nearly 2kms outside of Verona central. The walk is not very pleasant and you need to cross a freeway. However the hotel provides a one way shuttle into Verona which is really great. There is very limited taxis though so coming back at night after dinner or when it’s raining you are still going to have to walk. We still had a lovely stay regardless

Practical neighborhood (23-min walk to the central station) but terrible surroundings. There is nothing around apart from a pizzeria and a very nice huge market (Eataly).
HUGE line to get coffee at breakfast. Only one machine, which sometimes needs maintenance…
Frontdesk Service: terrible and dangerously irresponsible. You must sign up 1h before to get the free shuttle to the center. But they sign up too many people and then force everyone to cram 9 people into a 7-person can. The lobby people and the driver yell hysterically at each other and at us. There arent enough seatbelts for everyone. No one cares. If you complain you are yelled at or they show you contempt.
When you check out and ask them to order you a taxi they refuse to because too many people are already waiting for taxis. The walk to and from the train station is extremely dangerous as it’s a very narrow one for motorcycles, bikes and pedestrians hauling huge bags.
Pros: the housekeeping cleaner was extremely nice and attentive! The breakfast ladies also made an effort.
The shower is often not hit enough.
Wifi is good.

Hotel property is kinda old and smelled a bit. But the breakfast was good

Very nice spacious room. Hotel staff were very good. The hotel is not in a pedestrian friendly area.

This is a 3 star hotel, not 4 star as stated.

Great staff and well maintained rooms with excellent service. Good connectivity. Ample parking space, and shuttle service to downtown, and 15 minutes walk from the central train station.

4 of us (2 adults 3yo and 1yo) had a lovely stay for 2 nights - staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodating of children and gluten free breakfast for husband too

This was my second time at this Fantastic hotel The rooms are clean, the service is excellent and the overall experience was above average. Very easy to recommend.

Was excellent stay. We missed last train from Milan to Venice because plane was almost hour late then problems with boarding platform another delay.
Went to Verona just to be almost to Venice.
Picked hotel randomly. Were pleasantly surprised.

Very pretty hotel looks great, rooms are big and spacious, very clean and a mini bar they fill up as soon as you take something more or less.
Their one HUGE problem for me was once again the beds.
It was just a hard piece of plywood with 2 maddresses spread over making it a makebelif Queen Side bed.
The madrasses went a part all the time and it was just rock hard.
Other then that the hotel looked very fancy.
The Area kind of sucked as well, wasnt really any restaurant or fun things close by, guessing you have to rent a bike somwhere or take cabs.

Breakfast was great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for the free parking, relatively close location to train station, and breakfast, and those were the only positives for this hotel. Very limited options for anything, hospital smell in lobby, and basic front desk service.

Useful, clean and well equipped for business purposes. They offer free breakfast and run a free shuttle service to the city centre. One issue I experienced, however, was the poor insulation of the room door. I could hear pretty much everything happening in the corridor and was woken up at night multiple times.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was very helpful. Free hotel shuttle to city center was a plus. Breakfast was amazing.

Great stay, a little bit outside Verona but the hotel has a free shuttle bus.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent new/renovated rooms. Location is a little far from town (although shuttle is avail) and surrounding area is a bit noisy

Very nice hotel, clean. the people at the front desk are not very friendly, and even rude

Very helpful service. Nice room and bathroom. Breakfast was great, anything you want on the big buffet. Free shuttle bus on application to Verona centre.

The hotel is great, breakfast super, room nice and quiet, FD Correndo very helpful.
Location out of the center but you can reserve shuttle bus to the Arena which is very useful; I found the walk long in the heat & you walk mostly next to a highway, need to be a good walker and wear suitable shoes. Other than that, very nice!

Nice hotel with good rooms and very good service like shuttle service to the city center in the afternoon and return late night after opera in the Arena. Good breakfast. We will be happy to return to this hotel another time

Out stay was great at the hotel. The twin room was very clean and a bit bigger than expected. Continental breakfast was a bonus. As we hired a car, it was very useful to have free parking right in front of the hotel. Parking in the centre of Verona was about 2 euros per hour. If you wish to take the shuttle to the centre of Verona, it is free from the hotel, but costs 3 euros to return to the hotel.

Good service and value for money. Has everything you will need in a clean and quiet environment. Parking is also a big plus! Location is a little further away from centro and not much else around.

Booked this hotel at the last minute when passing through Verona and was incredibly impressed.
Great service. Handy location and perfect if you have a hire car as we did.
Recommended.

Friendly staff, lovely, comfortable rooms with ample AC during a very hot summer. While you could walk to the city center, it was very helpful to have a car to get back and forth.

what a great hotel - just 2kms from the city centre - parking & bus just outside the doors - no need to drive our car into the centre and find parking. Great staff, very helpful - all ready with maps/info for your stay. Nice sized room as we were 3 adults travelling - great washrooms & shower. Breakfast was well organized and plenty to choose from.

Stayed one night for the opera. Shuttle was only return from opera not to opera which was weird.

Our stay at the San Pietro was very pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean. The one issue I had, was I called down four different times to have an iron sent to my room and they could never accommodate us with that. They always had an excuse.

We are doing a road trip through Italy. First time after 2 weeks that the front desk didn't even greeted us. Just asked for passport and gave us the key. The hotel used so much of cheap perfume and the place stinks, not joking, same for the room!!! Was disgusting. The room is beyond outdated, mold in the shower. Breakfast, we waited 15 minutes for somebody to show up so we could have an expresso, guess what!! Nobody arrived and we left without eating because the food was all store bought looking super sad, no fresh breads, fresh fruit was only bananas and hard kiwi. All canned fruits. No option for vegans!!! We went to a coffee shop for breakfast. When we left no goodbyes, well we didn't expect, no hello as well!!! The only good thing there was parking!

The hotel is great, the room was really nice and clean. However, the staff was very unpolite and not really helpful. The hotel overlooks an industrial area and it is very far from the city center, you have to cross a very ugly area before reaching the center. The wifi was basically useless, it was not working at all. The breakfast was nice, very Italian.

Very clean and easy to get to from the train station and also to old downtown
0.8 / 5.0
The staff were almost always friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very good and the rooms are comfortable. I loved Verona, but a downside of this hotel is its location, 1 mile from the historic old town is too far to walk regularly so you need to catch the bus, it goes only every 30 minutes and is usually crowded. The area where the hotel is lacks shopping and good cafes/restaurants.
