The internet was spotty, and the beds are very old and need to be updated.

Great place for a weekend getaway. A car is a must to enjoy the spurring areas.
Super nice staff, great apartment, we had everything we needed.

Pool was a big hit with the kids. Used it every day. Needed a car to get to shops/village.

Great place. Stayed here about 7 years ago and was still satisfied. Spacious rooms with kitchenette, terrace and lovely views. Secured parking and Location is very close to any amenities you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. I prefer the apart'hotel format over the conventional hotels, so I will certainly consider staying here again when I am in the area.

Provence is wonderful and my family and I enjoyed our stay at the Country Club.

We booked this facility due to the unavailability of all neighbor hotels, knowing it is golf club. We like the room, which is clean, spacious, and have a private walkout. Cookware available as well.
We have experienced many difficulties staying there. The place is difficult to find, hiding along a narrow road and without any sign on the major interactions.
Both check-in and check-out were problematic. Check-in was slow, and there was no parking spot for people with car before check-in. All the parking spots next to the registration office were taken by the golfers. The only open a couple of hours in morning and in late afternoon, so you have to be there during those specific periods. Check-out was also inconvenient. Checkout time was 10 AM, and the office only open after 9. There is no speed check-out like you can do at hotel. You have to wait for someone at the registration to return the stuff (linens, towel, etc). They also sent someone to check the room at check-out.
The room is also less equipped. There are only two chairs in the room, a very small table. You have to pay for the linens and towel. Although cookware provided, nothing for cleaning, like dishwasher detergent, paper towel, etc, like you will normally find at a resort. No shampoo, facial soap in bathroom either.
The on-site restaurant is very pricey.
No internet!!!
Overall, it doesn't worth the price.

We had to put our own sheets on the beds, there was no soap, no shampoo, and only one roll of toilet paper provided for two nights. The TV's were unplugged and disconnected from the wall. There was no one at the reception the entire time we were there (February).... During a windstorm, the shutters latches were broken and the slamming of the shutters kept us up ALL NIGHT. Terrible. Please consider this an apartment where it's ok if you bring all your own amenities. Should not be considered a "hotel"

A really great place to stay if you want to explore Provence. It is easy to get to and the staff were friendly. It best to stay September time when the rates are reduced but the weather is still great!

Really good accomodation , spacious and comfortable with balcony , but showing signs of wear and tear. No BBC news channel, only CNBC business news ,just what you need on a break from work ! the other news channels in French,German and Dutch. A few of the staff (not all)appear to have been trained at Fawlty Towers. On the day of departure you return your bed linen and towels to reception !

I stayed for five nights in March 2009. The appartment is on the mmiddle of the provence Country Club golf course and acess is by coded electronic gates. The flat consisted of a bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with galley kitchen, a small toilet and separate shower/bath room. The flat overlooked the golf course and was five minutes drive from the small town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Staff were helpful and pleasant. However one should be aware that unless you provide your own linen, then you rent it frojm reception. Likewise cleaning. At the end of your stay you need to buy our own cleaning materials and clean the flat thoroughly, or pay Euro 56 for staff to do it.
The flat is likely to be privately owned and managed by Eurogroup. So you will be given an inventory. Check it carefully and also check that appliances, fans and lights work. Because you will be asked to give a credit card against discrepancies when you leave. Treat it like acar hire and you will do fine.
Location - there are lots to see and do. We liked walking, and it is possible to walk to the picturesque village of fountain dl la Vacleuse in half an hour along the canal near the entrance. Sorgue town has hundreds of antique shops and you have to hunt for affordable dining. But the supermarket is huge and the kitchen more than ample.
would use this place again.

This hotel was acceptable but the staff were not friendly and were somewhat condescending. When they change the gate code to enter the property, we were left outside since noone had provided us with the new code and at 10pm the front desk was closed. I had to ask a resident who was walking his dog for the new code. Everything had a surcharge: sheets, towels, cleaning products, TV, internet. Even though we had "rented" the towel packages, we were left without dish towels to dry our dishes.

comfortable appartment and nice location. Found it bad to have to pay for towels and sheets and then to have to take the dirty linen back to the reception.

Lovely location excellent views and 5 mins drive from Isle Sur Sorgue, which is a gem of a town with lots of cafe's, bars and restaurants. Will definately be back. Accomodation is first class, but make sure you have access to a car.

The complex is adaptable to couples, families , elderly ,sporting people ......all types. It is very clean , safe , friendly and surrounded by great views.

Good value for money, lovely location but you need a car to get to the nearest town for supermarkets (there's no shop on site) or evening entertainment. Don't forget to pre-order your towels and sheets if required as they aren't included.

Provence Country Club is set in a very good location midway beteween L'isle Su La Sorgue and Fontain De Vacluse (and so long as you use these towns as points of reference it is easy to find). Avignon is also only about 45 mins away. The accomodation is set on a gated community on the golf course with good views. The golf course was in excellent condition, not too busy (in June 2007)and with fast greens. The green fees were very reasonable. The club restaurant offered good food and views of the course. The swimming pool is quite big and very clean.

Very nice facility and good location. Had difficulty finding since unfamiliar with French road signs. Once found, it was easy to travel around. Wish they had towels and sheets provided in rooms. Did not know we had to ask for them. First night slept on beds without sheets since office closed when discovered they not on beds. Had to pay extra for them. Golf course and pool seemed nice but did not use since traveling around in area.

Highly recommended [for those with a car]. Make sure to visit the town Fontaine de Vaucluse.
