I’ve stayed at many hotels, but none have ever matched the exceptional experience I had at Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is a step above the rest. The staff greeted me with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I felt like I was coming home to family. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable.
Every request I had—from arranging personalized excursions to booking taxis—was handled with effortless grace. The concierge team not only anticipated my needs but also provided insider tips and tailored recommendations that made my stay unforgettable. It was as if they were reading my mind, knowing exactly what would make my trip perfect.
In summary, Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme redefines what a five-star experience should be. The combination of impeccable service, a tranquil atmosphere, and unparalleled quality made my stay truly extraordinary. If you’re looking for a hotel where every aspect is taken care of with the utmost care and where you’re treated like a cherished guest, look no further. This place is a gem, and I can’t wait to return!

We loved this property. The staff was incredibly helpful for the many transfers we needed. Booked taxis from airport to ferry. booked the ferry. Booked taxi from ferry to hotel. And then did the reverse for our trip home.
The property itself was gorgeous.
Just wish there was a little more air conditioning. But would not stop a return trip. Highly recommend!

Fabulous hotel on the a great beach.

We liked how peaceful it was and its proximity to the beach. The outdoor pool and indoor spa pool were good. Staff were very polite and were happy to help. We didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as there were so many other cheaper options on the beachfront. Breakfast was ok but simple with limited options of hot and cold food. Many guests seemed to be over 60 with a couple of younger families.

We had a wonderful stay the hotel is simple but very clean and nice. I would suggest a sea view delux room as the balcony is opening to the water and very nice. We were in 101 a very nice room. The restaurant was amazing. The first night we ate here because we were tired and it was the best food we had in our month long trip. Eat at the hotel you won't be disappointed

This is a beautiful beachside resort. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. There were several excursions to choose from, including island tours or ferries to Naples, Prochida, Capri or towns along the Amalfi Coast. It was perfect for a beach weekend. Lots of dining options along the beach which were lovely and romantic.

This hotel is located in Spaiaggio with access to the private beach. It has outdoor warm water pool as well as indoors hydropool. The continental breakfast was lovely. However, lunch and dinner menu lacked variety. Nonetheless, there are plenty of restaurants within the vicinity of the property. Additionally, you can catch a bus or taxi to town where there are even more choices of eating option. Overall, the stay in the hotel was wonderful. I highly recommend it

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was like stepping back in time, into old school Italian charm and elegance. The property is beautiful, the spa is amazing, the location is the best on the Island and the beach with the loungers and umbrellas is gorgeous. The bar staff were incredibly attentive and brought me lovely drinks and snacks down to the beach. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had choices. Dinner was outstanding as well! My room was sparkling clean and decorated with charm - great to have A/C as well. Do not hesitate to stay here. I will be back!!

The hotel staff and concierge service was impeccable. Great location. We were unfortunately disappointed with the spa services so suggest you go elsewhere for that as there are many choices near by.

This is a beautiful resort and although it was built over 30 years ago, it is perfectly maintained. The owners and staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect! The spa is wonderful with the indoor thermal spring f pools and the treatments are very luxurious but reasonably priced. All 4 of us had treatments — facials, massages, Indian oil massage treatments, mani oedicures, and tthr Cleopatra— body scrub, peel and massage! The beach is the best one o. The island and it was easy to get lunch, snacks and even dinner at beach restaurants. The best deal would have been to do the full board which added only $15-20 a day per room. We didn’t do that but we got free breakfast daily and did eAt in the hotel one night for dinner. It was excellent it is somewhat remote which we enjoyed. We stayed on Mauronti Beach the whole time we were there but we could have taken the bus easily around the island. Owners also would arrange transportation and it was cheaper than a cab. My 19 and 23 year old wanted us to book another stay before we left the island. We loved the fact that it’s msinly Italians and Germans on the island. We don’t speak Italian or German but had no trouble communicating!

We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, the staff could not do enough for us, the view across the pool and sea were everything we’d hoped for and we will be back again. The nearby restaurants were abundant, but you must like seafood or it’s quite limited. This is where the Italians holiday themselves, which added to this wonderful experience.

We wanted a good hotel where we could chill out and relax for a week and the Parco Smeraldo exceeded our expectations. We were the only English couple there, the rest of the guests were either Italian or German. All the staff were excellent and would always greet you even if they didn't speak any English. The hotel was easy to get to on public transport and was very clean. We had an inside room which looked into the courtyard but as we spent most days by the pool we didn't miss a balcony. The outdoor pool was superb and warm and the weather was fantastic so we only used the indoor spa pools once. The food and the service was great - we only ate dinner outside the hotel twice as the hotel dinner was better and cheaper than any of the nearby restaurants.

We arrived in the dark on the evening ferry and then woke up on this magical island. To begin with, we went to a different beach-side restaurant every evening and had some lovely meals, enjoying the views of the sea. It was after the tour of the hotel vegetable garden that we decided to try dinner in the hotel and ended up eating there for the rest of our stay! We were seeking a relaxing holiday and loved the warm, naturally-filled outdoor pool and the indoor wellness zone too. There was always space to sit and relax. The hotel is set in a sub-tropical garden which includes a pool of friendly terrapins. The view from our large, side-view balcony was superb. The standard of service and hospitality was very high with special thanks to Domenico for his sensory tour of the Mortella gardens; also to Freddie for the aquarobics lessons. Our hope is to return to Ischia in the future but we have been inspired to take Italian lessons first as our ignorance of the language was embarrassing.

overall pleasant stay, Only issue was for me- communication: level of understanding and different information provided on the same request by different member of staff.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and we had a great stay. The room was clean and adequately sized and furnished. It had a terrence with a see view. The hotel has its private part of the beach for its guests. Two thermal swimming pools. Great SPA and different types of messages. The breakfast was so good and they had the best cappuccino. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. If you want to relax in a nice place on an Italian beach, thats your place. It might not suite travelers who want a share if night life. I look forward to returning back to PST, and would recommend it to all my friends.

This hotel would be amazing in warm, sunny weather - right on the beach. Unfortunately we had bad weather so we explored the rest of the island. The bus stop is 2mins away with regular buses all day long. After a big day of sight-seeing it was great to swim and relax in the hotels thermal pools outside and in the wellness centre.

The hotel was beautiful and was directly on the beach, which was also very beautiful. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and so accommodating, some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The location was a bit remote but the bus stop was right outside the hotel where you can get the bus to the different parts of the island. My husband and I stayed there for the first three days of our honeymoon and it was a perfect start.
