Good hotel for people looking stay nearby Atlantis sanya and few other tourist area in Sanya.

Good hotel, located behind rosewood sanya. 5 minutes drive away from Atlantis sanya.

Inside the room just so-so, nothing special.

Nice apartment, no atmosphere

Nice apartment, clean and new appliances.

The atmosphere around it and the facilities outside of the apartment downstairs and the fact that there is no delivery box so everytime the delivery is somewhere else and you have to call to ask where they delivered every time. No restaurants or bars, or coffee places walking distance other then the disappointing Rosewood hotel bar. No clean crib for my baby...

Overall the property value is good and the view from the balcony is excellent.

The view out the windows was phenomenal. The value for the money was also really good. There were restaurants and supermarkets within range of Meituan for deliveries that were not blocked from coming when the covid lockdown happened.

A covid outbreak occurred while I was beginning my stay in this hotel. The staff didn't really know how to help me do some things or give accurate information. It was nearly impossible to leave the property for my flight out of Sanya, even though I had prepared all the required materials in advance. This property isn't part of the hotel. It's a series of apartments above the Rosewood Hotel. The Rosewood Hotel had all its ducks in a line and was proactive with helping guests. Unfortunately checking into this apartment and getting help to understand the outbreak restrictions were tricky. Furthermore, the government issued an order for hotels to reduce the price by up to 50% for guests during this time where we couldn't leave the building. This apartment refused to lower my fee for 5 days because it was part of my original booking. After negotiating with them, they agreed to lower the price by 31% for the subsequent days that I was stuck there and couldn't leave the property. Most of the issues that I had were directly caused by the covid outbreak and wouldn't occur under normal circumstances.

The property was lovely and very nice apartment.

There were no dishes, glasses, silverware. No kitchenware whatsoever. There was also no hand soap. When I asked for dish soap, they said they ran out.

Good for "getaway" option with loved one. Come by car or use taxi.

Personnel was really working hard to serve us well. It is possible to order food delivered from outside - fast and effective. Located near entertainment park for kids. Pets allowed. We had our puppy with us.

1. Hotel name is different depending who you ask, impossible to find unless service guide you even though is one of the tallest building but the building is divided hotel management to several company. This Hotel is at the back side managing 11 floors. Even Chinese translation calls it: 三亚海棠湾梵美海景度假公寓（面朝蜈支洲岛，紧邻梦幻不夜城，离沙滩50米）Sanya Haitang Bay Fanmei Seaview Apartment (Facing Wuzhizhou Island, next to Dream Never Sleeping City, 50 meters from the beach) 2. Swimming pool on the ground floor requires guests to pay to use it 50RMB (personally I never had a case that hotel where we stay charges extra for using the pool) Swimming pool on top floor is totally a "no entry zone" for all who are not guests of the other side of the hotel (fl 12-40) This is good to know as beach is not safe for swimming because of large waves most of the time. 3. Restaurant choices were only 2 - be prepared to pay at least 50$ per ordinary meal 4. Charging station for El. Scooters was not working well which affected our ability to move around the next day. 5. "Sea view studio room" had no sea view. They asked for higher pay to upgrade the room with sea view.

Beautiful Residence, Nice and Spacious rooms.

The location was good. They have some fun packages that can make your trip a memorable one. Food delivery service is available to the hotel any time of the day. The rooms are spacious and clean. You can see the sea from the building. A few mins drive from the surfing area. The recipient is available almost at any time of the day or night.

The free parking is a bit far from the hotel building. But they have enough parking spots if you are willing to pay for them.

Beautiful apartment with excellent view

We liked apartments , they were specious with amazing sea view ! Balcony really great and nice to chill ! We spent one day in aqua park so it was really close to there , just few Km away from our hotel. We used little motorbikes to drive around , they are really cheap and everywhere around Sanya ! So from our location we could go anywhere. Also liked service of stuff , they registered us earlier than usual time and we also left after 12.00 for check out and they didn’t disturb us about it! 10 point for stuff for their assistance and a fast respond whenever we need them! Also sent us all locations that we needed to visit. Overall great stay experience!

The only thing is that beach which is really close to apartments ,you can’t swim because of the waves and the nearest place where is allowed to swim in 7 km away : 20 mins with taxi and around 30 if you drive mini motorbike ! But for visiting Atlantis aqua park it’s perfect location.

Awful!!!

Balcony was decent.

Upon arrival our hotel room had several problems, the fridge did not work and had cockroaches crawling inside, the wifi did not work on the second day, cleaners rudely entered our room at 10am and refused to leave until they’d “finished cleaning” which they did a half-hearted job of. On top of this, the pool photo they use doesn’t actually belong to the hotel and requires additional charges if you wish to swim in it. Staff never apologized for any of the problems we brought up and showed no sympathy. Please do not waste your money here! The staff have no social skills and show little to no respect for customers. There are so many more hotels close to this one that are all much better value for money!

Great Value

The experience is good for the value. The staff were accommodating. Since they are not English speakers, we exchanged WeChat for convenient communication. They were attentive and friendly. The Chinese breakfast was good and cheap for a buffet (¥50). The apartment was clean and serviced daily. The property is attached to a 5 star hotel which made for beautiful scenery and just a few minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of taxis and food delivery nearby.

The bathroom has no ventilation, so it became smelly. There are no fresh vegetable stand nearby, food must be delivered or eat at a hotel/resort. Pictures advertise a pool and terrace but there is a fee for both. One of the beds was very hard.

Surprisingly gorgeous setting that feels more like SE Asia

I was really please with my stay here. Despite being a foreigner and it being the middle of Covid 19 and the Chinese New Year approaching the staff was incredibly helpful and made sure I got checked into my room with a minimum of delay. The staff there were everywhere, in the lobby and in the office, and they were happy to help and give me information. XiaWu in particular answered a hundred questions about the facilities for me. He made my stay much easier. These apartments are sitting on one of the most beautifully landscaped hotels I have ever seen with lush tropical foliage and beautiful swimming pools everywhere. (Note I was disappointed that due to covid booking.com guests are not allowed to use the swimming pools which are the property of the high-end hotel. I hope this will not be the case once the virus is over. ) There are several very nice al fresco restaurants on the property, a little expensive but excellent service in English and amazing ambiance by the pools and fountains. The 13f bar and infinity pool are stunning but off limits to booking guests during covid. My large 2BR apartment was clean and huge with sweeping views of the sea and the mountains. The large balcony was great for reading and having a drink.

There are no dishes for cooking in the kitchen despite having a large nice kitchen and fridge. Just a few cups. The swimming pools are closed to booking.com guests but hopefully that's temporary.
