The staff was pretty friendly. The stay wasn't bad. A few things did not work. I havw stayed at this chain of hotels before and that is why I chose them again. I guess each one is different depending on the location, but it wasn't anything that would keep me from sticking with this chain of hotels.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 hours, 2 of which I spent calling around trying to find another hotel (at 2 in the morning). This hotel is old and falling apart. Housekeeping does as best as they can with keeping it clean; however, when everything is falling apart it's moot. The young lady at the front desk was nice, and tried to accomodate us as best she could. The first room I received reeked of cigarette smoke, which I smelled before I even opened the door. The second room I received smelled musty and old. The carpet was severly stained, to the point I placed a towel down just so I didn't have to look at it. The bathroom was the best part of the room, which doesn't say much when you still have to get in the bed. The air conditioning unit in my sister's room fell half way off the wall. Several of the doors throughout the hotel looked as if they were off the frame. I was overly disappointed, as I've stayed in Hampton Inn properties previously. This was by far the worst, and not because it couldn't be better. This is a super old hotel in a newer area.

Room was rundown. Walls damaged. Paint on the fixtures. Mirror closet door did not close properly. Front desk staff were not very good at there job. Definitely not what i would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

They said housekeeping service was available ONLY upon request and yet a maid entered my room several times during the week unannounced and unrequested.
And there was a couple of days when hot water was not available for showering.

Carpet and upholstered chair in room were visibly dirty. Closet door stayed open because locking mechanism was missing; manager made aware and did nothing. Dirty washcloth left hanging in shower. Front desk evening staff and breakfast service staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff are AMAZING! Nick was the new team member and his trainer was so professional and accommodating! It’s sad to have such a great team and the facility in which they work is far from up to standard! Reno is definitely needed to match the team!

The staff were great. The room was okay. The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it and the room smelled like mildew. The night clerk was very apologetic and offered to move us and gave us clean sheets, but it was late and we didn’t want to move the kids to another room. Everything else seemed clean, the bathroom was spacious.

First room had no hot water, front desk got us in a different room fast. Both rooms in the bathroom there was only small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, water pressure is okay but not so good for thick hair, Breakfast was good.
There was no microwave in the room, did see one by the icemaker.

The front desk worker was very rude to us when checking in. On the trip, we have over 21 families that have booked Rooms in this hotel. The next morning there was not enough food out for breakfast after they were told that it was mostly boys and are all football players. We had to keep asking the kitchen workers for more food. Pooll were horrible horrible, bathtub was nasty with hair in it. there was no toilet paper in the room we had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper.

Property was in a convenient location. A/c was a bit loud but expected. Shower pressure wasn’t so good for 6am but turns out there was a boys & girls basketball team in house and probably were all showering at same time . Otherwise room was clean easy walking places for quick food.

They didnt know what rooms have bathtubs so we had to haul everything to 3 different rooms and finally said the hell with it and just stayed in the kast room they gave us. Tied to ask house keeping which room had tubs but nobody spoke english. Very disappointing as we stay in other hampton inns and they know where tubs are.

No airport shuttle. The reason I booked this property was Expedia showed it offered airport shuttle. It doesn’t.

Bath shower would not turn on properly due to the tub spout mechanism not engaging. Surround the tub was no caulk thus bad cracking. For some reason the sinks cold water overtakes the hot when you turn it on normally so you barely have to adjust the cold to get the correct temp. Coffee pot is the older pour water in and should be upgraded to POD acceptable coffee pot.

The Expedia website stated the double room slept 5 people, when I got there, the room did not sleep that many and the General Manager would not accommodate my family with a comp room, because they stated it wasn't there fault but the 3rd party. I had to pay for another room after already paying for 2-rooms that wasn't what was stated on the site! BAD customer service at the GM level (the women at the front desk were very apologetic)

The website states the room "sleeps 5." However, there were only two beds and no available roll-aways. I'm not sure how 5 people sleep in 2 beds. Also, website stated that they had free airport shuttle which is the main reason it was selected. Upon check-in we were told there is no airport shuttle. Our room had a connector door to the next room and our next door neighbors were having multiple, loud "cheering sessions" at 6am. Thankfully, our grandchild was asleep. It was not a 'maybe we can hear something' situation. It was like they were in our room. To be fair, the breakfast was good but nothing else was up to par for the price.

Upon check-in, Lydia (I think) was an amazing host! She was pleasant and made us feel very welcome. We got to our room and the tv didn't work, so she helped us move to another room, all while being super sweet and didn't act like we were being annoying. ;) The hotel itself needs updating for sure. There were obvious repairs that were done by amateurs. Water stains on the ceiling. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall in our bathroom, etc. Breakfast was better than nothing, but the breakfast attendant was on top of everything. I would not choose to stay again.
