Check in was a breeze, the building itself was clean and smelled nice. Once in the room, the sheet on one of the beds was stained. I got new ones and took care of that. The beds overall were comfy.

There was an engine room problem right next to my 229 room. The noise was sometimes hard to ignore through the night. That should be stopped during the sleeping period so people could sleep.

This is the second time we've stayed here. It is a nice, small property with an indoor pool. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Comfy bed.

We couldn’t trust the security of the area. (don’t book through Expedia/third-party.) Takeaways for us: book directly with the hotel and check out the location in person before paying if possible. If you are looking for a safer feeling area we ended up staying at the Hilton Garden inn. Location seemed significantly more secure though pricier and the parking lot had plenty of trucks and U-Haul trailers which made us feel less of a target to potential bad actors. Our main beef here is that we were traveling cross-country with a pick up truck full of belongings. Booked at this hotel through Expedia as we were rolling into town, not realizing the hotels firm no cancellation policies with third parties. Expedia reviews seemed positive at 9/10, but upon arriving, we noticed signs all around the parking lot warning about auto theft and break-ins. Upon further research with other apps we noticed several negative reviews warning about theft and break ins. We were planning to bring everything in with us and hotel assured us they have video security on the parking lot so we thought we might try it. Checking into our room, we noticed that beds have not been made and there was housekeeper tips left on the nightstand. Obviously the room had not been cleaned. Front desk apologized and offered us another room on the second floor. This room was clean but meant we would have to cart all the cargo from the truck in further. When the keys to the second room did not work and we had to return

I booked the wrong day. I booked the 15th and it was suppose to be 8th. She said she was going to cancel booking and make reservation for correct day. She did not cancel the future booking and would not remove charge charging me twice. Hotels.com did nothing and the hotel charged me twice knowing I wasn’t going to stay on the 15th. So I was charged for the 8th and the 15th.

I was charged for 1 night the day before I arrived. When I got here I figured I would just be paying for 2nd night. No, they charged me the full 2 nights and said the 1st amount was a hold and it would be refunded in a few days. After paying they then told they were charging me another hold charge. I was very upset as all this was coming out of my checking account and leaving me nothing for the rest of my trip. I am out over double I was supposed to pay for room this weekend. They said that is just policy for everyone. The terms and conditions on the website say you can be charged for 1 night if you change or cancel after 4pm the day before check in but that was not my case. I feel taken advantage of.

This was our second time here first time was amazing! 2nd stay the room we had was not so clean the sheets were stained and smelled as if not washed in a while. They smelled of dirt. I will start by saying the staff were excellent. Location is quiet and convenient. Clean rooms. The bedding on both queen beds had hairs on them but I was too tired to ask for another room or to change the bedding. Overall I would've given a 4-5 star rating. However, the breakfast made me very sick. The scrambled eggs had the consistency of a wet sponge and even got a mouthful of water when I bit into them. I've never in my life experienced eggs like that. The sausage did not taste like sausage either, more like cardboard. I tried to go for a boiled egg instead but they looked yellow/green on the outside and I was only able to take one bite. I tried a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese was sour. The only edible part of the breakfast was the bagel and the waffle. But again, I got very sick, which is not good when you have a graduation ceremony and party to sit through, then 5-hr drive back home.
