Had the best time with my man amazing morning view

Beautiful hotel, many amenities! Only one thing, loud music we heard all night until 1 or 2:00 am. In our room, music playing somewhere in the pool area.

We checked in and were put in a room as far from the elevator as possible. It was a long distance and some warning would have been appreciated. There were no toiletries in our room and we had no soap to wash our hands. On our last day the hotel room had 0 hot water for showers. The room was big and clean and spacious but I was underwhelmed since we had paid so much for a “resort and Spa”

This place is a gem. I’ll never stay on the strip again.

Very pleasurable, it was easy to find our way throughout the casino and the room was perfect. The restaurants available were impressive and T-bones Chophouse was great!

Great hotel. Little surprised a couldn’t by a day pass at the spa just to soak in the steam room. It was 7:00 when I went to the spa, told to come back tomorrow. Bummed out I wasn’t able to have a quick 15-20 min steam at the $50 fee because the spa was closing at 8. But other than that great beds, great rooms all really great.

I just needed a room to change in so I wasn’t there long. Very clean!

Positives: Nice property. Excellent cocktails. Servers and bartenders were very nice. Superb restaurants. Excellent spa.
Negatives: Charged for early check in (by 2 hours) for a room that was ready (I asked if we'd get a refund for checking out early---we left at 7 AM---they said No. Just tacky). Also refused to honor Hotels.com Platinum benefits, despite agreeing it was listed on the website ("you'll have to contact them because my manager said it's wrong").

My family and I decided not to leave the resort since there were so many fun activities to do there. We watched a movie at the movie theater, lounged by the beautiful pools, and even bowled a few games at the alley. There are also many places to eat. The hardest part was choosing where.

Beautiful room with view and cleanliness!!!

Always a pleasure. The only negative was the room was far (i mean far) from the elevator.

We had an amazing stay at Red Rock. Mercedes at check in was super nice and very helpful in getting ya the lay of the land. JoJo in security was kind enough to help us to our room and checked on us the next morning. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely amazing!
We enjoyed the outdoor mall next door and visited a few of the shops. Very close and convenient.
We had the Ramen Bar brought up to the room and it was delicious. We also had a Cannoli and slice of Cheesecake from down stairs. All top notch.
Would love to come back for another stay!

Perfect place to decompress. In room dining was great! Other amenities: Pool and Spa were phenomenal! Will definitely be back.

First off we were very disappointed by the pool hours, which apparently only open from 10am-5pm. Kids were super excited to swim, but by the time we checked in at 3pm and got to our room and changed we only had an hour to swim before it closed for the night. It wasn't even cold out! This was extremely disappointing, especially after paying a whopping $50 resort fee! For what? An hour of swim time before it closes, and maybe 30-45mins to swim before you have to check out in the morning?
Second, the rooms were very dated and thr bathroom was kinda dirty. The pillows were very lumpy and hard, making for a rough nights sleep. The mini fridge is unusable, since it's only stocked with items for purchase and no room for leftovers or your own drinks.
Lastly, parking was confusing and locating the check-in and correct escalators required having to ask strangers for help. This is first and foremost a casino, so if you plan on getting to any restaurants, etc, plan on long walks around the casino areas. Definitely not kid friendly. If you're traveling with kids, avoid this establishment.

Very nice hotel, great place to stay.

Way overpriced! The hotel is getting very dated and the rooms need to be updated. Service was mediocre and Staff was a bit grumpy this time.

Amazing! We’ll happily come again!

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We decided to self park and the signage directing us from the garage to the lobby was poor. Signs to the casinos were plentiful, but that wasn’t the reason we were here.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We got upgraded to a VIP suite because they ran out of standard rooms… WOW! I was blown away by the whole experience… we got to check-in in a private area and they even gave us access the VIP elevator. The room was AMAZING from… the views to the amenities and it was spotless! Highly recommend upgrading to a VIP room, it was an unforgettable experience.

The room comes with a bar and stocked fridge. No room to store your own drinks. To have the drinks removed it cost $25 and that is to only remove the tray with drinks on the counter. The fridge they lock remotely. The property is nice and offers lots of family friendly amenities and it is close to red rock for hiking and sight seeing.

Probably one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. We had a great view and the hotel was clean, modern, well kept, not smoky, great tables and slots. Staff were friendly and there were many places to eat. Overall, we had a great experience!

The dining options were fantastic and the spaciousness of the room and bathroom was really nice. The things I didn't like were: 1) the walk to our room from the elevator was long. A bellcart was not available so we made two trips to the car to gather our belongings which included an ice chest. 2) Good thing we brought our ice chest because the refrigerator in the room was filled with beverages for purchase and left no space for our own beverages.
3) Shower and sinks were very slow to drain

Close to red rocks conservation area too. Great location when you don't want to be on the strip.

Casino is nice. Hotel is superficially nice. They're were strands off someone's hair in multiple areas of the large bathroom, so felt like it wasn't really cleaned. Most disturbing of all though is the walls were surprisingly thin. I could here my neighbor talking in what sounded like a normal volume. Crazy for such an expensive room at a newish hotel. Also they had this nutty system of billing you for anything you picked up from the minibar for 15 seconds, wether you consumed the item or simply placed it back after reading the label. The sign with this information was incredibly small and not prominent. All in all, I left with the feel of a place not making it and desperate for income. I won't be back.
