The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others.
Some of the items were just about to break which worries me as you have to pay the £100 deposit. The sofa felt like it was about to go. The freezer door wouldn’t close to we had to jam something in it to make it close but the place is still perfect for what we needed it for just some relaxing and the air cons good too.

Nice location, close to the beach, nice views , many restaurants around

The place needs a renovation because it has potential. Cockroaches in the bathroom but that is a common problem in the region.
Friendly and helpful personnel. The place is near the centrum of the city. 1o min walking. The area is good. Good parking space.

The apartment was spacious and in a nice quiet area. The pool area was nice however small. The beach was nearby and there were nice restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

I requested transport from the apartments we were emailed to say a taxi from the apartments would pick us up but it didnt arrive.after half an hour searching, the airport we got a taxi .reception.didnt seem to no anything. Apartment was basic thought there may have been tea making facilities, we had a apartment facing the swimming pool , but they emptied it on the 2nd day so no swimming for us as it stayed empty. The staff in reception were really nice , and it is a lovely resort , people friendly, but just wish we had upgraded, so we could have had a kettle .

Clean amd tidy. Staff very helpful. Nice private pool and very near small beach and Marina. Just no frills but price based on that! Plenty of local restaurants

Hotel a little tired & grounds & car park need tidying, it’s on a working marina people & vehicle traffic so some untidiness of area. Apartment very clean a little dated but very much value for money . Very handy for beach & city centre.

Ok

The walls in this place are paper thin so you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing. The noise from the boat yard is terrible sometimes. The place needs a lot of TLC. I thought guest could use the big carpark for free but I was wrong. Had to pay for 10 days parking.

Bit of a Marmite apartment to be honest. You can't fault the location - excellent for exploring and dwontown/the beach are within walking distance.
It's next to a paid public car park which always had space (although getting in and out can be tricky as all the beach goers abandon their cars so they don't need to pay for parking).
Our apartment was OK. It was noisy outside until the early hours as it's a complex of 6 of so buildings, and if you have someone above you, there is practically no sound proofing (sure we had vampires above us as they were moving furniture around all night every night).
A previous guest had punched a hole in one of the wardrobe doors and overall maintenance was sadly lacking.
For the money we paid, I expected a better overall standard and for things to have been maintained better. I appreciate COVID has had an impact, but if you want to attract customers back, you're going to have to up your game.
Won't be staying here again, but good to know about the car park.
Again, for others, they may not be bothered about the noise.

A 3-night stay; 1-bedroom apartment. The hotel employees at check-in greet customers with an unacceptable, arrogant, condescending attitude. 3-day experience went downhill from there. WiFi was not working and staff had to come set up a new sign in. It worked for 45-minutes. After that WiFi was not working for the entire stay. Free WiFi? No, call it NO WiFi.
Along with a disgusting stench that filled the apartment every day, it was even more stomach turning to find cockroaches in the apartment every day. Staff (outside) explained that it's been a problem since recently fumigating the complex. Obviously, that didn't work out to well.
"New normal" for our pandemic world means no daily room cleaning service. Plus, all garbage needed to be bagged and taken to the outside trash by the customer. Acceptable. BUT, the hotel left a broken garbage can in the bathroom that needed to be opened by hand! Shameful! The bathroom is small and old. The toilet does not flush properly. Hot water for the shower lasted no more than 2 minutes.
It was unsettling to see what little regard the entire staff has for the coronavirus pandemic and the mandated safety protocols. Outside workers don't wear facemasks and are social distancing lazy. The check in staff are behind a Plexiglas like divider at the counter, yet two employees sit behind it with NO facemasks, and sitting right beside each other. Safe? Fail!
Overall, a terrible experience. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

We only managed to stay one night. Little resemblance to the pictures. Small bedroom, no wardrobe no tea or cofee facilities, in fact no facilities. The matress was old and sank in the middle, the bed cover was a sleeping bag. The bathroom smelt damp, you could hear water running down the pipes and you could hear the people next door going to the toilet. There was no terrace and the harbour repair yard was next door and work started early. At night it was noisy as people walked through the complex as a shortcut. Could not recommend this less.

The property is right on the marina with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It has a private pool area as well although the water was freezing ,but it was December so not a surprise. For the price we paid we have no grumbles.

Right next to the sea and marina marred by the fact we had booked room with two single beds and got a double so had to use the fold down bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Some good places for breakfast/beer adjacent too. Apartment all abit basic but for the price good value

I Visit Torrevieja 3/4 times a year and this is first time staying at the Marina, I was in room 10 and requested to be moved due to smell in the shower coming from the drains, I was then moved to number 9 next door and problem was the same but I just said its a short stay so ill stay in the room. room number 9 also had problem with ants in kitchen draws and benches, was ok for short stay but I wouldn't stay again as in need of lots of work.
Staff were helpful and tried there best.

Stayed here a few times now and love it!! Great to have a kitchen. Love the Marina and bar, a great place to stay just out of town.

We had a two bed sea view apartment , which was lovely and clean and very spacious . The apartments are perfect location , just a short walk into town or along the seafront to bars and restaurants, but to be honest we used the restaurants and bar within the complex most of the time . The breakfast at Moby Dick was delicious and only 5.50 Euro including a coffee, and Dinner was also delicious. The Ship is a lovely little English bar, the staff and locals are so friendly , we had some great evenings here .

Nice and a very affordable hotel, close to the beach, has two swimming pools and comfy big rooms.
A bit cold now in November. There should be heating in the bathroom and the rooms in the apartments aswell.
Nice, big balcony!
Would stay there again during the spring and summer!
Its around 2km from the city centre!

This hotel is convenient for beaches and shopping/eating out.
My husband is quite disabled and some handholds in the bathroom would have been very helpful.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the apartment was clean and tidy although the facilities for cooking were very basic.
On the whole we enjoyed our holiday and would return to this venue.

So we booked a cheap break, so we got what we expected in terms of the hotel, we were in a ground floor apartment, which was basic but clean. Location was fantastic as you are literally on the edge of the marina, with the boats being within a few strides of your door. Balcony was very small.

The staff were helpful and pleasant, but the room facilities were very dated for the room rate paid.
