A gem of a hotel in Benidorm. Food cleanliness staff you name it it was great. Stayed before and it never disappoints. Reception staff were fantastic well clued up and resolve any issues immediately. Food quality exceptional. All diners in the evening had made a real effort and looked lovely.

My mattress would need to be changed, and the pillows are not very comfortable. Aside from that, everything else was good. The staff is very friendly.

We spent November Fiesta week in this hotel. Couldn’t fault the hotel from check in to check out. We had previously stayed in another RH hotel, The Canfali and hoped this one lived up to its smaller sister, whilst it didn’t quite have the same personal touches it was still a lovely hotel with friendly staff in all areas. Cleanliness was faultless and everywhere was sanitised thoroughly, well within the covid guidelines Definitely worth a visit and so handy for the beach and only a 5 minute stroll into the centre of Benidorm for shopping and tapas.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location in front of the beach.50 m walk Nice and clean beach with sand. Full board and a nice buffet with good selection of different freshly prepared food. Highly recommended

Fine if you are of a retired age , we are a well travelled luxury 4/5 star couple in our early 40’s . We rate this 3 star, checked out after one night but manager did refund.

Room overlooking car park no sun delivery van turned up at 6am every morning and an electric motor hummed all night long. Quilt on beds very heavy so had to take them off. Breakfast was good but evening meals not up to 4 star standard.

It was in a perfect location, very nicely decorated, comfortable clean rooms, great food, with a good selection and the staff were very friendly and happy. The maids do a great job keeping the hotel so clean. We will definitely be staying here on our next Benidorm vist!!!

Excellent stay again at the Corona hotel. Staff and room was all good and the upgraded bathroom was a very pleasant surprise. The only negatives were the small indoor swimming pool and non heated outdoor pool.

Initially we weren't happy with the room due to noise from work being undertaken outside. However when we mentioned our disappointment to reception, we were moved and enjoyed our stay much more.

Excellent stay at a beautiful hotel. Went with a friend for a 3 night stay. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and plentiful. Room was great size with 2 very comfortable beds. Kept exceptionally clean. Staff were really friendly in all areas. Indoor pool and spa were a nice relaxing space. Bar was relaxing with no drunken louts. Hotel in ideal location, far enough out of main area to be relaxing but close enough to be able to access resort shops and bars. Would definitely recommend for an adult holiday. Would go back again.

Unfortunately my wife, 87, had a nasty accident when the bathroom stool broke and she fell heavily on her back. She has had aches and pains since then. We reported this to the manager who changed the stool and wrote a letter covering this.

Well situated between the old town and the newer section of Benidorm, this hotel is perfect for our little short trip. Beach is close by and very well kept - a vast long stretch to choose from. I would definitely recommend booking there although not for the lunch nor evening meals as there is a myriad of good bars and restaurants around the hotel.

Good all round 4star hotel, just off seafront,sea & beach views from balcony, go for higher floor rooms. Food varied & plentiful, service fine,very clean everywhere, entertainment not at all bad, staff very pleasant. Great position for both beaches and old town. Overall a good holiday. Stayed for 3 weeks.

Lovely hotel close to the beach and also close to restaurants and shops. Very family friendly my five year and one year old thoroughly enjoyed themselves. My husband and I was able to relax and enjoy our holiday. I have been to many fine hotels but this is the first time I have come across a hotel with such excellent staff service, from the front of house to the dining room staff and even the room cleaning staff were professional and extremely helpful.The food was tasty and we had a variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel. I am not one to write a review but I felt that I just should because of the pleasant time our family had. I would highly recommend a sea view room...........the sea views are stunning

We went to another hotel last year and this hotel is by far exceptional. Would recommend and will definitely go again. Buffets super with variety and staff so friendly and helpful. Bedrooms and beds so comfortable. We had a sea view room.
