We’ve stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family. Staff is always friendly and professional, rooms always clean and we love the bedding. Breakfast is prompt and plentiful.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. We were in the 3rd floor and the elevator was out most of our stay. I have knee issues and my husband has broken ribs. The trips up and down the stairs were laborious and painful for us.

Soundproof is not true at least for the joint connecting room when they are not connected. The facility needs updates and staffs are nice but not helpful when the neighbors were so loud very late night (12am) and early morning (6am). Even though they offered me changing room for my next visit which I don’t know when, the rating in hotels.com failed it again. I will consider RV or better hotel chain.

Cleaning should never come in at 8 am when you pay 145.00 before tax for a room and check in late the night before. Check out isn’t till 11 so absolutely NO need to come in at 8 am and scare the absolute crap out of kids and adults still sleeping

I liked everything about the room, except for the shower head. The water pressure was absolutely inadequate. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Very good service levels provided by friendly staff.

At some point, either staff or someone else came into our room went through our things and clothing items were missing. And then the staff accused us of lying about it. We had people beating on our door all hours of night, and the staf was very rude when we tried to report the missing items.

The breakfast was fine. The staff was accommodating. What I didn't like was the first time we stayed, there were dirty, BLOODY sheets on the hide-a-bed. The second time, there were just dirty sheets, again, on the hide-a-bed. We only stayed there because there were no other options in town. Now I know why. Gross.

The hotel is nice. Unfortunately, they put us in room 143. It’s the last room on the 1st floor. The door to exit hotel slammed over and over till 1 am and started again at 5am. It was impossible to sleep through that.

Took some work to figure out the AC and heating controls. Had no idea they were now controlled by a wall thermostat instead of the face of the unit like it had been before. Nothing in the guest welcome and features brochure that I could find. Had to make a trip to reception to get clued in. Otherwise was one of the best accommodations we’ve had

This was my first stay at the property and I will not return. First off I was placed in the most awkward hotel room I have ever seen. As a female traveling alone I felt very uncomfortable in this room. Even though the front desk tried to "sell" this room from the very beginning as a fun room that will feel like I'm not even staying in a hotel room. I soon requested to be moved, which even though they seemed a bit put out they complied. The room I was moved to was much better, felt more like a traditional hotel room and I was much more comfortable. Unfortunately it was extremely loud. I know there isn't much you can do about this but the road noise was just awful. The fridge, best I could tell, made a heck of a racket for some time and the heat unit was very loud when it turned on and off. The room was right by a secondary exit/entrance door so I had the pleasure of hearing that slam on and off all evening. Overall not my best hotel experiance.

The hotel overall was clean. Our room had beer cup under the edge of the bed and trash. It was very loud. The hotel is next to the highway and you can hear the trucks all night long. The people next to us had loud music until 3 am and the people above us were stomping around until around 1 am.
