The staff was very friendly but the room itself wasn't very clean. The tiny elevator only worked sometimes and it too me getting stuck in it once to only take the stairs to my 6th floor room for the rest of our stay.

Wasn’t informed the hotel was self-catered, rooms weren’t cleaned prior to arrival and hotel charged €12 a day for regular cleaning. Staff were simply unhelpful and not interested in anything you had to say.

Horrible stay had to move rooms and even stayed out to another hotel for 2 nights

Stay was great, hotel stuff is kind and helpfull.

There were some beetles and ants in the room. The toilet and shower worked poorly. You must pay eur 50, copy the passport, sign the house rules etc. You will be fined under certain conditions and will be notified of the police in case of any breach of the house rules. The hotel is located at a remote location for shopping the best at Valletta. But the staff is basically decent and things work pretty well. One employee said the hotel was really two-star. But it's an old hotel that needs refurbishment to get up.

Hotel wasn’t as good as it looks in pictures, you have to always leave your keys at the desk when you leave which there’s probs and cons to but for the price can’t really complain breakfast isn’t great either but once again for the price it’s not to bad

€35,- per night, this was a good arrangement. Not everything was perfect, but for the price it was quite ok. People at the hotel were nice, and out of the hotel a very good night life. I'll come back again.

The hotel is in need of paint and general love. The noise from others guests which were groups of school kids was shocking as they ran up and down the corridors late at night. The hotel weren't interested in addressing this matter as it was for 2 nights on the trot and even though i had booked 3 rooms for 4 nights they didnt show any interest when I said you have allowed the tennagers to run into the hotel shouting and screaming. The gym is not free and the indoor swimming pool really cold and the bar is in need of decor and also a bar person who wants to serve people would possibly be a bonus as well. In the end we were working in Malta for the week and went to other bàrs and restuarants instead . Highly unlikely we would stay at this hotel again as other workers we were with stayed at nicer hotels nearby, so disappointed really and the hotel lost out on money from us.

The cleaning was terrible, they dont even trade The towels. The breakfast Impossible to eat. The Staff on the reception try to gelo but they dont know how.

Booked through Expedia, but because booked the same day as the stay, they claimed they could not see the order, so asked to pay again with the assurance that the double payment would be refunded.After 3 weeks no refund I sent them an email, but no reply either after 1 week.The rooms curtains dont fit, so in the morning you will wake up by the sunlight. The airconditioning was a poor single unit moveable one that was super loud and hardly cooled.The pool area was nice, but a bit crowded. You have to like the party atmosphere with a drink and some music.

When we arrived, we were not told how to find our room or what amenities were available, when we did eventually find our room we were in for a shock , dirty falling apart , disgraceful, when we returned to check out , we were not asked why or how they could resolve it as it was less than an hour after checking in, staff even rang us a taxi to the airport!Very unprofessional and will never stay there again and will be making a complaint to get our money back as we were not offered alternative accommodation or our money back , worst experience Ive ever had of customer service during my stay at Malta over the last seven years , avoid at all cost if you want to enjoy your holiday!!

This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel. It's in a state of bad repair and the rooms are from the 80s. Mold around bathrooms and hospital style corridors. After visiting the room I immediately checked out.

Nice and large rooms, our room was also very quiet. The location is awesome, right in the city center where are loads of places you can eat and have fun. The hotel pool is also very nice and big. I strongly recommend this hotel

Hotel is barely inhabitable, where to start... elevators out of order, poorly flushing toilets, stained towels, paper thin linens, dirty pillows, non functional tv and power outlets, locks on balcony door broken, shower head from 1930’s, no shampoo or lotions, front desk clerk demanded room deposit in cash as card machine struggles to connect, (I’m sure the staff do this and then share the unclaimed deposits amongst themselves as you can wait an hour to get to the front of the queue), required to drop off room key when you leave the building, halls smell of bug killing spray, floors dirty, shouldn’t even have a star rating, I could go on but re-living the experience through this review isn’t worth it... the photos and other fake positive reviews drew me in on taking a risk with the budget rate. The ointment to stop the itching from the bugs bites negated any savings. Staying in this hotel isn’t worth the perceived savings, no matter how you try to justify it.... just choose another property.

decent hotel, we got it much cheaper so can't complain. Suitable for young people, lots of night clubs around, could be noisey during nights. well connected to other places in Malta.

I'm not particularly happy with this venue, I arrived after midnight and despite sending an email notifying them that I'll be arriving late they claimed to have had no rooms available at the hotel and placed us in a holiday home across the street that was disgusting, then I notified the staff that I did not want to stay there and was moved to another room in the hotel that they claimed was full which was not a pool view as requested. You have to leave the key at reception everytime you leave the place even to buy water around the corner, barely any Of The facilities listed are available and it did not look like the pictures, Wi-Fi is terrible I'm using my mobile data, the showers are faulty, the balcony door doesn't close, our front door was faulty you have to fight with the door to get it opened sometimes. MOST WORST OF ALL it's freezing cold and I went to reception to ask for duvet they give us little wool blankets, I spent my nights freezing so I had to wear a jumper and leave the heating on struggling with the noise of it but if it wasn't on I froze, I've now got a cold, thanks. And to top it off I'm trying to sleep and nurse my cold and the housekeeping are so loud banging and shouting at the doors “housekeeping” at 9am. And to top it off, we went to the sauna which was amazing however there was a cockroach there both times we went. It was disgusting but when we did alert staff they did respond promptly. The staff are very nice though, and location wise it's good.

it was offal you didnt send booking to them I had to with six house to get a room and it was wrong room I book 4 bed I had 2 bed room I had to pay for an other room for 2 nigh

This is a budget hotel that offers good facilities. Two outdoor and one indoor pool, bar with large TV screen, gym (extra cost for the use of) and a coffee shop. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay in January 2009. The accommodation is acceptable but a little tired. They don’t claim to be a super deluxe hotel and it is not. The rooms are basic.The rooms were clean enough and cleaned everyday to a good standard. The rooms that do not face the pool area may experience a little noise on a Friday and Saturday from the bars along a road which is around 50-100m away but there are only a relatively small number of loud bars (around five). We are not talking the main drag in Magaluf although it could disturb those people that like things nice and quiet. The food was acceptable and there was plenty of it although it was typical for a Mediterranean hotel and aimed at British tastes. In summary if you are looking for basic low cost hotel which you will use as a base for exploring Malta then this should be fine plus it has an excellent pool area if you want to sunbathe and have some pool time. If you are looking for a bit more luxury then this hotel may not be for you.

NO air conditioning, appalling service at reception. We refused to stay going to the sister hotel nearby where, we were told, they had air-conditioning. Even worse service here and NO air-conditioning. Experience of this hotel/resort - dreadful! We will never ever touch it again. It wasn't even that cheap.

Mktoväsen på nätterna-kan du INTe sova alls även om du använder dig av öronproppar. Ett ställe för ungdomar som fästar dygnet runt. Ett raggar ställe. Stället är inte värt äns halva priset av det du betalat.

Ingen som helst vilja finns att använda sig av den potential som hotellet en gång säkert hade. Har vid få tilfällen om ens något känt mig så ovälkommen som gäst till ett hotell. Lägg därtill riktigt obekväma sängar, högt, mycket störande ljud från lokala nöjeskvarteret som gör det nästan omöjligt att sova samt obefintligt intresse för service hos personalen så blir mitt råd enkelt, Hitta ett annat hotell när du ska njuta av underbara Malta.

hotel is big, looks fairly clean. my room was quite spacious with a huge balcony which would be great in the summer, bathroom was big too but i don't think they cleaned the bath well. shower was very painful; there was only one hole on the shower head. cleaners had no manners; everymorning they opened my door to say "room service" despite my screams that i was in the room sleeping. bed wasn't up to the standart; there was a hard board under the matress. i have stayed in better 3* hotels in europe, but the price was very reasonable in this hotel.
