Peaceful and beautiful. Great villas and a really wonderful atmosphere. Staff very friendly and did everything and more to help with all requests. Highly recommended.

Service was excellent. Welcome gifts a nice touch. Location great. Swimming pool was not heated but they did try and fix this.

Beautiful place, much better than expected. Very relaxing setting, great quality building with good kitchen, comfy beds, loved the heated pool. Although away from Playa Blanca it is just a short drive and you can walk it along the sea front. Great quality food for breakfast. Staff were excellent. Had a babysitter for one afternoon who was brilliant. Spa tiny but lovely and a great massage. I can't wait to go back.

Lovely villa and complex. Our pool was amazing and the staff were really kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location by the water and in a quiet, newly developed area west of Playa Blanca, near the lighthouse. Convenient parking. Your own private pool which is well maintained and a real bonus during the pandemic. Daily cleaning service. Well equipped kitchen. N.B. If you want daily refills on the packaged coffee and tea in your villa, you need to order the breakfast package. We stayed in a deluxe villa but we toured a rustic villa and it is also quite nice.

What a fantastic place Villas Kamezi will be when all the work is complete! The location is ideal, especially the ocean villa. The place is currently under refurbishment which was a bit of a shame. The staff were helpful, the restaurant, spa and organic shop are all excellent additions to a lovely complex. Can't wait to return!

Really lovely accommodation and spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful too. Easy to get to Playa Blanca by taxi for €6. We will go back to Kamezi

Absolutely love our stay. The staff are so efficient and any requests are promptly responded to via a tablet you are provided with on arrival. Our four bedroom ocean front villa had stunning views, a large pool and jacuzzi as well as a hammock which my teenager loved. Slight issue with ants initially was dealt with immediately and no other problems all holiday. Villas cleaned each day and also offer a turn down service each evening with a chocolate on your pillow. The villas is quite rustic internally which we liked And spacious but the kitchen and bathrooms need upgrading. I’m sure this will happen in the future once the spa and restaurant opens. Most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in away from home. There’s a shop on site and you can email ahead of your arrival for provisions to be placed in your villa which is handy if you are on a late flight in. Another excellent stay to celebrate my 70th and we will definitely return :)

Villa Kamezi is amazing. This was our first time staying in a villa and it was perfect.

Very nice place, staff were very responsive to our every need. Loved the little shop that baked fresh croissants twice a day. Very suitable for my husband who has mobility issues.

Great villa, location and facilities, perfection.
It was my second visit and not our last by any means.

Incredible place and hospitality. Best designed and well thought out property I’ve ever stayed in. They’ve thought of every detail to make you comfortable and relax straight away: orange juice machine, nespresso machine, outdoor speaker, firelighters for BBQ, outdoor shower, beach towels, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer etc. Away from the bustle of Playa Blanca but close enough to walk to for bars / restaurants although we loved the restaurants that were closer in the other direction. Fab location and we hired bikes for the week which meant we could explore the island more easily: El Golfo and the vineyards in Geria are a must. Would love to stay at Kamezi again, came back relaxed and refreshed.

We loved the privacy and location of the property. We enjoyed the pool and sea views. We also hired bikes which was great.

The staff is nice, but the villas are worn. The beds are stiff, the bedding is old and worn, the kitchen tools are old and sometimes not clean. The internet works fine in the main living space with the transmitter, but is spotty-to-non-existent elsewhere in the villa. The place could use updates including more powerful wifi transmitters. The area is nice and quiet. You will need a car to get around the island from this location. Overall, it was fine. But it could be really nice if the owners invested in some updates.

Lovely relaxing drip to the same complex as last year best villas in the area by farRight on the sea front so ideal for the fishermen and beautiful walk up to Playa Blanca or down to the Lighthouse (hotel there that does sell well deserved cocktails)There are a few shops and restaurants 500m from the villas where a fantastic restaurant called Faro ( lighthouse) will serve you beautiful authentic tapas and fresh sea food, small but locals eat there so it is very good

We visited in March 2017 expecting a cheap and cheerful villa. We were very pleasantly surprised however. The villa we stayed in was excellent in its layout, location and was perfect for our needs. It surpassed all our expectations. The staff, especially reception, are extremely polite and helpful. The villas are very well designed with sea views and privacy. Amenities such as an on site supermarket helped make the villa ideal whether you wanted to stay locally for a day or stock up on some basics. Every single day waking up to the view of the sea and the pool (though pool heating is extra per night) was a pleasure. We would definitely go back and had a fantastic stay.

Manrique style and overall setting beautiful. Easy to walk to local restaurants

Generally very good with very friendly and obliging staff. Décor quite simple however even although the villa was cited as having been recently refurbished there were a couple of very obvious areas which needed a coat of paint. The rear garden was quite a sun trap and whilst we didn't suffer from any noise from adjacent villas I do wonder whether this and the absence of air conditioning would be problematic in high season. Despite these minor criticisms we would certainly consider rebooking but only out of high season.

Absolutely amazing, we loved it here so private and the pool was amazing.

This was a bit of a last minute booking but what a pleasant surprise. The reviews were good and it did not disappoint. Lovely villa in a small complex in a quiet area of Lanzarote, with a pool. There is an on site shop and its only a quick stroll to the coast (rocky rather than sand). A longer walk ~20min, takes you to Playa Flamingo were there is a sandy beach. We hired a car which was good for exploring but many people were using the local taxi's or buses to get about.

Had a great stay. Lovely complex on the sea, on-site supermarket & very friendly reception staff. We unfortunately were put in a villa for 1 night (their best one) & then required to move for the remaining 4 nights. We were compensated with free pool heating . Some of the villas are newly refurbished, ours was not, the bathrooms & showers were poor but everything else was still great. WE decided to stay 2 additional nights. Unfortunately all the villas were booked but reception were great & booked a nearby hotel for us. a

Brilliant! So relaxing. We opted for a 3 bed villa with ocean view. Couldn't fault it and plan to return next year.

We have been to Playa Blanca before and stayed at a 5* star hotel at the other end of the bay so opted for a "quieter" location this time purposefully as wanted peaceful time with private pool. Heredad Kamezi is a beautiful cluster of 35 individual villas located by the seafront by the Lighthouse. If you enjoy walking, there is a seafront pathway all the way to the Rubicon Marina - takes about 1.5 hours leisurely. The nearest restaurants are about 15 min walk away. The complex has its own onsite supermarket that we used every day. FREE wi-fi and we chose to have pool heated (pool towels provided free). Regular maid service. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Villa had all we needed. If we went back we would prefer seafront villa but we knew in advance that we didn't have it so not a problem. Our party was two adults and two children (11 & 12). Our parents couldn't make it last minute and we had 4-bed villa. Our villa, in my opinion, was suitable for 6. Eight would have been a squeeze. Overall a lovely stay, competitively priced and so peaceful.

Saw the great reviews for this place and they were definitely not exaggerating things, this is a really awesome place to stay at! We arrived with two small children and asked for some arrangements with baby beds etc, all of this was taken are off and without having to pay anything extra we were upgraded to the largest villa! The villas are really big and the garden and pool are perfect with kids, sheltered and with the pool heating on it was really warm and nice even for our 9 month old baby. The hotel area is really well managed and the staff quickly handled any queries we would have. The maid that cleaned the villas was super friendly and loved the kids, and the staff in the on-premise supermarket was great too. Theres free wifi (somewhat poor coverage in a few rooms, but no big deal) and lots of TV channels if youre unlucky with the weather. Theres no real beach but a lovely path along the water. Several nice restaurants 10 minute walk away, or 2 minute drive. Overall great place, would love to stay here again!

The hotel is located on the water with just a walking path between you and the water. Just open the gate, walk 15 feet and you are on either the rocky beach or a nice sand area provided by the hotel. Many joggers and walkers pass the hotel but there is a lot of privacy so don't worry. We had a large, 4 BR villa on the ocean with a pool. We were in the Edison villa. Everything was great. Clean, functioning, well maintained. Heat the pool as there is a breeze and can get chilly. The pool is never HOT, but it takes the chill off. We found the overall island very cheap. Gas was cheap. The grocery stores were very cheap as was the local shop in the villas. A bargain! Walk to the British cafe and have a very cheap English breakfast. We were expecting expensive island prices but we were very surprised. I would return here in a heartbeat. Loved this hotel and quiet location.

My wife and I stayed in a 3 bed villa at Heredad Kamezi Villas, in July 2011.
We arrived at 1900hours at the villa to find the reception closed! So with an envelope of instructions we made our own way to the villa! Initial thoughts where disconcerting! We where both hungry and the shop in the complex was also closed( opening hours 0830-1800)! There was no welcome food pack apart from a bowl of fruit.
First impressions of the villa where how spacious and clean it was. We stayed in the Robin Williams Villa. (all villas have famous people's names!)
The reception staff where extremely friendly and welcoming, the cleaners too where very thorough in their approach.
The complex is perfect if you are after a quiet relaxing break. All villas are private and well maintained. We had the pleasure of using a 2 bed villa also(hot water not working for one day) we used the Ken Follet villa, and found it to be MUCH SMALLER our 3 bed! So our advice is pay the extra and go for a 3bed!
The sea front and beach are on the door step of the complex, and shops and restaurants are a short walking distance away. Views out to sea are amazing at night and there is a lighthouse nearby to add to the romance !
We loved the complex and villa and highly recommend it.

The villas are oustide of town (so car more or less essential unless you want to rack up taxi fares) and - for the moment at least - are an oasis of quiet. However it looks as if most of the empty lots in the area are likely to be built upon soon: so things might change. The villas themselves are top quality: all mod cons, and all with private pools. Interior decor is also very attractive. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet & sophisticated break.
