This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town of Gallipoli. It's a peaceful haven in a perfect location and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of seating areas on various levels. The staff are amazing! The breakfast staff, especially Alessia and Alessandra looked after us really well. The reception staff were excellent, especially Antonio. They even sang to me on my birthday! We travelled as a group of four and all of us really enjoyed our week here. We would definitely return.

Gorgeous property with super helpful staff. Loved the roof top area for breakfast but they should have a bar up there as it is not currently used at night.

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. It was clean and well located, with a beautiful roof top terrace and stunning plunge pool for those warm days. We would be back in an instant!

Very clean hotel and very helpful staff. Complementary transport from parking area as well as to and from beaches. Only complaint is that the bathrooms in both of the rooms my family was staying in had ants.

I will always think back to the holiday, also because of the hotel.

Accommodation, position and cleanliness were all to be commended. Service was well below par which left us very disappointed.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location for historical centre, restaurants and beach. Check in seamless and all staff excellent. The courtesy ‘kart’ to collect us to and from train station was an added bonus.
Only observation was that in the room we had (Anemone) the space around the bed was tight, however this would not stop us booking again…..we loved it!

we loved this property and exceeded our expectations on all levels. parking was 3 Euros per day and a 5 min. walk from the hotel. Rooftop patio for sunsets was great. AC worked well and shower pressure was great. Super convenient to many great restaurants as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Exceeded our expectations on all levels. Painted ceilings in the room like the Vatican! Fabulous location and staff were all outstanding. Parking was 3 Euros per night and a 3 minute walk to the public parking lot.

We had a bad experience with the room condition at the arrival: bathroom was dirty, we requested 2 twin beds but we had a double bed.
Parking is a real issue, I really don’t recommend this place if you are planning to move the car often.
Staff is not very well informed on what is going on in the area and not good in problem solving.
Besides this, the building is really nice and central in the old town.
Breakfast is good.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, the staff very friendly, great location. The one thing we wish was better were the beds. The mattresses were very hard and not enough pillows.

Great hotel and staff!

Great location and quiet rooms. Great rooftop terrasse for breakfast and drinks. Rooms are very dated and not really comfortable. Many of them are on 2 levels hence an issue if you want to go to the toilet at night. During our stay (April) weather was bad and rooms were terribly cold and humid. Bathrooms were tiny and freezing cold.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Old Gallipoli

Front staff indifferent about issues…noise… Air conditioning… Television… Parking… No call from the general manager when I asked the front desk to contact me…. Also this is the only hotel on Hotels.Com that didn’t reply to two messages directly to the hotel on the Hotels.Com website, all the rest do… it makes a difference when you’re trying to find parking in an overcrowded seaside town with an advanced message with questions…. We are world travelers and stayed at this hotel for six nights three years ago and did not have these issues… things have changed….

Loved Relais Palmieri!!! Hotel is extremely well placed in the historic centre of Gallipoli - parking was offsite but extremely easy and they picked us up from the parking (although easy to walk to - when u have luggage)! Hotel was just adorable - plenty outdoor sitting space to enjoy the weather and comfort of the hotel. I liked Gallipoli but loved the hotel!!!!

finding parking is terrible. city police loves to issue tickets to tourists. without a car you would miss the best beaches. town overcrowded by young and even drunk tourists. a chaos. the city is overwhelmed by young noisy unrespectful tourists. in the streets zero respect for covid measures.

In my opinion only the location and breakfast are 4 stars. My stay was only 2 nights but TV, House phone did not work and the bathroom smelled really bad for the entire time. Although they offered a room upgrade, they did very little to fix the issues. The property is beautiful and clean but it comes short when considering details.

This was a great location for exploring Gallipoli. The property is beautiful, and the many terraces are great for enjoying a glass of wine or watching the sunset. The room was very small and only had one small window, so the room itself felt very dark, which was my only complaint. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a deluxe room. At first I was a little bit disappointed for not having a private balcony/solarium, but the size of the room compensated. The location is great, central and very quiet. You need to leave your car outside the old town, but it's a fair compromise - in the evening, there is plenty of choice there (clubs are out, though). There is common terrace with nice views of the old town. Pay tv channels available. Only one pitfall: we were offered a shuttle service at arrival from the parking to the hotel without mentioning surcharges - and in the end it costed 25€: pricey and unexpected*

This was one of the best places I stayed during my 2 week vacation. It was very clean with excellent amenities and the staff were very helpful with every request. It was in a perfect location with breathtaking views from the rooftop sitting areas (there are multiple). The included breakfast was always local and fresh food and I made sure to never miss a breakfast! At the end of our stay, they transported us to the train station for no charge. If I every return to Gallipoli - I will only stay here. I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

The Grecian sytle property was beautiful. Rooms were nice. The top deck is a perfect location to enjoy the sunset.
Great selection on the breakfast buffet.
The only challenge is parking. The public parking lot is very crowded,.even at night.

Arrived to be told we were liable for a fine for driving onto the island and to remove our car immediately. There was a parking area over the bridge and walk back. It was 10 euros , only took coins and no they did not have any change. We were told to go and buy a coffee next door to get change. When we checked the bedroom there was a empty room with a bathroom to one side and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine floor where the bed was. I have limited mobility and there was no mention of the ban on car traffic on the Island or the spiral staircase. We did not stay. The front desk staff were young, inexperienced and did not grasp the problem of the stairs or the lack of information about transportation.

Amazing stay. Staff were unbelievably helpful. Room was superb and hotel just fabulous. Breakfast really great on the terrace and staff serving the coffee really attentive.
I don’t want to leave a great review because more and more people likely to stay so next time we come it maybe fully booked 😂
But seriously great place

Friendly staff and lovely riad style building. Would have loved a kettle in the room so that we could make tea/coffee and somewhere for us both to sit in the room other than on the bed. Breakfast ok - no hot food, but that seems to be the case in most Italian hotels. Fruit would have been good.

Hey beautiful white boutique hotel perfectly located walk anywhere. Superior room was one of the best you’ll find in Europe, spacious, clean, well decorated, balcony view, comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, perfect water pressure. The staff especially Sirena and Davide were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful . breakfast on the upper Terrace is excellent compared to other European standards.

We had a room on the lower ground which we asked to be swapped as the smell of damp and mold was unbearable. We were given a temporary room; which was half the size of the room we booked online, we did not have space to keep our suitcases open and no wardrobe but just a pole running across the TV. Forced to pack all our staff once again we had to wait till 3pm for a room to become available. This was of a good size and damp free but the shower was not draining and blocked, no one to tell since the reception staff leave at 11pm and we took a shower before going to bed, before leaving we realised that our water bottle we kept in the fridge was not been refrigerated, maybe the fridge was not working. The wi fi in this hotel is very very poor, no kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms. The staff never informed us that they provided a free of charge service to bring us and our suitcases up and down the pier where our car was parked but we drove through narrow allies to get to the hotel upon arrival and departure and we risked to get our rented car scratched (of €3,000.00 excess); I only realised when I saw other guests using the service but it was then too late. The breakfast on the other hand was decent. Not a good value for the money at all, it has been very stressful.. disappointing!

Great hotel, we loved our room (on 2 floors) and the whole experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifuly cool to escape the hot sun.

Stunning, authentic hotel Old Town Gallipoli! The staff were friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them! Our room was on the top floor (there were lots of steep steps so request a lower floor if mobility is an issue) we were not disappointed though, our room was beautiful! It was spacious with a vaulted ceiling and four poster bed. It was immaculately clean with great attention to detail. The terraces were lovely, especially the roof terrace with its stunning views! There was plenty of choice of freshly baked foods at the buffet breakfast. Parking was at the harbour car park, which was within easy walking distance of the hotel. We used the shuttle service to the beach, which we would recommend. We felt we found a little gem of a hotel and would definitely recommend it and would stay there again ourselves! Perfect!!!

A beautiful, dreamy establishment within the old town. Great staff and very welcoming. Loved it!!

Staff were lovely. Hotel very nicely decorated and interestng layout. But our room was bit basic, a pretty shed ontop of the roof - not enough storage for clothes. Bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very narrow, if hubby was any bigger he would not have been able to get into the shower and he is not huge by any means. No where to hang wet towels, the hooks seem to have been put up in the shower??!! I have a feeling other rooms were better but we did not see them.
Breakfasts were ok, but again pretty basic, would have been nice to have some more interesting bread instead of little white rolls. Some museli as an option would be good if you dont want cheep cereals. plus an option of cold meat or cheese would have been welcome as not everone wants jam or cakes.
Would not be sure about recommending to friends, which sounds awful as it was so nearly perfect, apart from minor things, which when on holiday you hope to be better ! Internet not very reliable, but i dont think that was the Hotels fault.
