Comfortable stay with fantastic breakfast, fun with alpaca, and nice restaurant.

The place the property is located has a pretty nice mountain view. There are few activities to do within the property arranged by the management which is good. The only frequent issue i had is with the room access card which kept locking out which is pretty annoying.

Do not think twice about staying here. The rooms are great, the grounds are beautiful, including an on-site observatory, and the staff is world class.

This place is A1. The views from anywhere in the property are spectacular. The staff are also the best, super friendly and helpful. A lot of things to do on the property, feeding the Alpacas, Cebiche making classes, Pisco making classes etc.
Special thanks to Luzbelinda, Yonel, Rocky and Yasmin.

Excellent resort, highly recommended. Food was excellent, they had a small market on site for Alpaca wool products. Lots of amenities for kids including feeding Alpacas, movies, board games and an observatory with a telescope and planetarium on site! Very helpful staff, especially Javier. I hope he gets a promotion!

Gorgeous property. Super comfortable bed and up to date rooms.
Would be a great place for families. Only issue is the restaurant is mediocre. Food looks fancy on the menu but isn't the best ingredients. Also the included breakfast was not good. All the meat items were of the lowest quality. Everything appeared to be purchased as the lowest cost option. Too bad, because everything else was fabulous.

The breakfast was very chaotic and the amazing staff couldn’t keep up with all the people. Also, they ran out of coffee and never brought a new carafe.

The property was extremely peaceful, calming and clean. The grounds were maintained very well. The observatory, alpaca petting, bonfire and hammocks made the stay even more pleasant. Excellent staff catered to all our needs. Especially Rocky and Aliana were very hospitable.

As a Peruvian, I’m very sad to leave a bad review for such a hyped hotel. We had an amazing trip to Cuzco including the service in general, and 2 other hotel stays. However, I gave Casa Andina multiple chances during and after our stay so they could rectify. But management was clueless. They will charge everything immediately though, and you’ll pay US pricing, cause nothing else is around for miles, which could be a good thing. Nonetheless the attitude and negativity from most of their employees was evident. The long waits to get a “Hello” from someone, or a server inside an empty restaurant! It made no sense. One thing is certain, you’ll get charge premium pricing nevertheless your experience, and you won’t hear no apologies, because they are right. Lots of wasted potential IMO.
Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else. We went running back to real premium service in San Blas after 4 nights of waiting for the good service to manifest somehow.

This is the kind of hotel where you would like to stay for at least a week to enjoy the restorative peace of the grounds. Surrounded by mountains and beautifully manicured grounds and hammocks for stargazing. Spectacular property. Its also a good base from which to take a train to Machu Pichu or go explore Valle Sagrado.

Great property, wonderful staff but the main problem is there is no climate control in rooms! It was super hot and they had to bring a fan

Very nice hotel in the sacred valley. Really enjoyed out time here

We absolutely loved this hotel. The quality of the room was outstanding, hotel grounds were gorgeous, and they even had baby alpacas that we got to feed. We wished we had stayed longer to enjoy the views and relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant was a little pricey for dinner, location was too removed from the closest towns to walk, would have had to take a taxi. That was the only drawback, was the distance from the towns.

Great Place, service needs improvement. Not impressed by the restaurant’s service.

Very pleased withour stay at Casa andina in Valley Helped to adjust to the altitude sickness while we were on our trip to Machu Picchu the urubamba train station is close by and we could easily catch a taxi and get back to the train station to get to Machu Picchu other attractions like salt mines are also close by the staff very helpful especially people at the concierage like Anthony Daniela and other people like Xavier. my six-year-old daughter had a good time playing with the alpacas and baby cows the breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was very good

This hotel was such a surprise. I was a travel agent years ago in Peru. I would have never suggest this town to visit never mind spend several days there. Casa Andina Premium Sagrado Valla is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. For the money you get a 10. The property is beautiful, the rooms are large, the beds are so comfortable, the food is excellent. And the server Belinda was the best made us feel very welcome she needs a raise. I will continue going back for years to come since I’m a missionary to Peru. It’s the best resort in the area for the money by far. He stayed there because the altitude is much lower than Cusco. This gives you a few days to acclimate before you go onto Cusco.Or you could just catch the train there and go to Machu Picchu. And just visit Cusco and I have to put up with the altitude and breathing difficulties that can occur. Listen to me when I tell you this place is beautiful. I have traveled around the world and this is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

The hotel was very nice, the decoration is amazing, very comfortable. The rooms are heated which is nice since Cuzco is cold and heating is not typical in Peru. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The Spa is a little small and the hot tub could be hotter but the massage ladies are amazing. We did the couples massages and left feeling totally relaxed and helped our sore muscles. The staff members are so well trained and eager to help out. They are very friendly, polite and give you all the information you need. The bell man Rocky and Yuri are so cool and friendly. The moment you walk in they help you with luggage and greet you with a coca leave tea. They are always giving you advice and they are very patient.
