Love It

No cold water to make shower tolerable. Very hot for first couple of minutes and then hot gradually cooled until cold. Never experienced anything like that before. “Free” internet was not functional. Would not book again.

I got there to check in and there was a bar with drunk people at 5pm. Then, we tried to go to our room but the keys didn't work. The receptionist tried to fix 4 times. I gave up and asked for the refund because I was hot and my son was hungry and tired.and we just went somewhere!!

Bed is so good.

the front staff lady was very nice to us. but he room smell like humidity and we saw a couple of roaches in the room , won't be staying here again,, carpet was dirty.

Personally, I had a wonderful experience with booking, and from check-in to check-out. Staff were nice and accommodating, room was clean, affordable. I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint would be that they didn’t clean the room the entire stay. Even if all they would have done was throw the trash from the cans and bring clean towels. I would have been fine with that but they didn’t.

The room was freshly renovated and clean, the bed was a very comfortable with lots of pillows, the shower was amazing, the water stayed hot and the pressure was great. They have a nice pool and the staff was all very friendly. Overall a great experience and I will stay there again.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Upon checking in the staff needs to let you know where the breakfast room is and the times. I went to the room to check it out and was not happy with the damage in the room. The room was clean. Damage on every wall. I went back to the front desk to let them know. I told them I did not want to be charged for any damages. They didn’t go to the room and check it out. They said I wouldn’t be charged for any damage. I was not offered another room.

Convenient property located close to the freeway and food facilities.

1s time I ever complained about not ever having no COLD water. Both hot and cold were the same. 2. Times no room clean up for towels etc out of a5day stay.

It was the most awful experience I have ever had at this hotel, I have stayed in the past and it was not this bad. The first room I was assigned to was dirty when I opened the door, the next room has soiled laundry outside the front door that stayed there for the duration of my stay, the room smelled of old cigarette smoke, had toilet paper in the corner and blood splat on the bathroom wall. It felt unclean and unsafe. I came down with a flu virus the evening after I checked out. I do not recommend this hotel

Price was reasonable. Called front desk about the internet being down. They hadn't heard.about the issue. Did nothing to resolve. No ELEVATOR

The fire alarm went off in our room. Could not figure out why because we did not smoke. The only thing we did when we first arrived is take a hot shower. My girlfriend took one first i went in after her.. and i assume because of the steam the fire alarm went off. The alarm was extremely loud! Unbearable the front desk person came to our room asked us if we were smoking, we said no. She then went on to say the onky way the alarm will sound is if we are smoking in the room. And if the fire department arrives they charge the hotel so in turn we will lose our 200$ deposit because thats what the deposit is for to cover these incidents. I was very upset and said we did not smoke we only took hot showers! And she walked away! The alarm continued for what seemed like forever! Nobody came to help turn ut off we had to figure out how to do it ourselves.... finally i covered the alarm with my hand and that worked! Checked my bill and it looks like i was charged the 200$. Not staying at this location again.

Great price for quality

It was fine. It was a little chilly, and the heater didn’t work. I’m glad it was only a little chilly. The property texted me a pre-checkin message where I gave a copy of my photo ID and credit card for incidentals. I had to give both again when I checked in and now I’m worried about identity theft. The desk person seemed a little confused when I mentioned the text. I told her the name of the sender, Canary, and she assured me it’s okay. But, I’m still going to monitor bank and credit score statements.
