We loved your hotel. It was a little difficult to get to as the square was flooded when we arrived. It is a beautiful hotel, and we were very comfortable there. The breakfast provided was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staff was wonderful.

The view from our room was spectacular. The hotel and rooms are as elegant as the view. When you wake up in the morning you absolutely know you're in Venice. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. It's truly a beautifully run facility.

What a gem on a middle of a busiest area of Saint Marco square. We love it so much to the point being g sad to leave . We stayed in a room 306 facing two almost floor height windows to Basilica St.Marco and its square . Stunning views and very quiet inside . No problem to sleep whatsoever. Beautifully appointed room and bathroom .Great AC !!!
Amazing experience! Will stay again in a heartbeat!!

This property made me feel like a Queen 👑

Absolutely beautiful, perfect location, and amazing staff.

Victoria checked us in and she was very friendly and thorough. She also helped us with directions to various places. Alice helped us make our queen bed more comfortable by providing us with a mattress topper - Grazie Mille Alice.
The room itself is small but decorated beautifully and ver clean. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is loud and noisy but things do quiet down after 11:00 (23:00). The hotel is steps away from Saint Marls Square which is perfect.

So close to StMarks Square. Staff was awesome

Property is located 20 minutes from train station- you have to take a water taxi or vapparreto (water bus) outside train station and then walk 10 minutes to hotel. It is right next to Saint Peters Basilica, in the square, its beautifully decorated and service was excellent. This area is buzzing with tourist so if you want a quite room - then pick another property.
Beautiful property that I will certainly come back to

Fantastic hotel in Venice center. Balcony on the san marco square. Spectaculer view. Suggested!!!

Loved the location, literally around the corner from San Marco Square. The room was functional, stylish was old, but ok. The bathroom was big and fully equipped. The only issue was that the people in surrounding areas were very loud at night.

If you want to be a couple of steps far from St. Mark Square , this is your hotel! . Lovely decor , romantic, elegant, a must! . Highly recommended for couples in a romantic gateway!.

For the price, I was a little bit disappointed. Great location being right in the square, but the bed was basically unsleepable and the pillows were terrible! It sounds silly, but we expected the noise because we were right in the square but the beds need to be updated and with more than 2 pillows if they are going to be as thin as paper. We also weren’t told about breakfast or the mini bar/fridge in our room, but I guess that’s our fault for not reading the details when booking.
I have to say though, the decor is very Venetian and cute! Loved that aspect and the view from our balcony!!

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The check-in was quick and easy, the staff extremely professional and friendly, the location is nothing short of perfect, the room was stunningly beautiful, clean and comfortable and the view...!!!
It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to have a hot drink in the morning or the evening, but that's not a big deal.
The breakfast (which is actually served in a sister hotel a couple of minutes away - perhaps because I visited in winter?) offers a great and tasty selection.
I guess that in summer when Venice is busier, if there are people hanging out on San Marco square late at night it might get a tad noisy but unless you're a very light sleeper I can't imagine it being a big problem.
Overall, this is a gem and there is no doubt whatsoever that the next time I'm Venice I will stay there again.

Room View exactly on San Marco it is amazing. Rooms need to be fresh paint but overall it’s amazing.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the center of Piazza San Marco. Tall ceilings, dark carved wood throughout the room, heavy drapes color coordinating the wallpaper. The bathroom was very spacious, water pressure in the shower was excellent and AC worked flawlessly. The decor- from the elegant chandeliers to the wood floors and bed frame- It has the venetian old style I was looking for and it is incredibly quiet for the location. We had 2 windows facing the Piazza and never were disturbed after 2100. The windows open fully to a narrow balcony yards away from the Basilica. Staff was friendly, multilingual and accommodating. Excellent hotel!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location couldn’t be better. Took a hot minute to find it at the beginning but after, it was the perfect home base to go explore Venice. Easy to come back to to use bathroom, room was so cute and comfortable. I absolutely would come stay here again. Nothing negative about my stay at all!!

Great location and staff

The hotel is adorable; one of those old hotels with old-style rooms. We absolutely loved the decor. The room’s size was okay and the toilet was nice. The room in general is clean and nicely organized. The toilet was villeroy and boch toilet, which is definitely not something you can find easily in Europe. There is someone in reception throughout most of the day until 10 pm. When we checked in we were told that checkout time is at 11 am but we requested an extension through Expedia and it was granted until 12 pm as most hotels throughout the world checkout guests at 12 noon. We also have a baby so it is hard to checkout earlier. The view from the hotel is amazing as it is like 2 meters away from St. Mark’s Basilica! The challenges with this hotel are: 1. No lift! So if you have a kid, or a wheelchair or too many suitcases it is a bit hard. They, however, took our suitcases to our room. 2. You’re not allowed to use an iron in the room, which is a challenge because as a tourist your clothes are folded in the suitcases for a long time so they are all wrinkled and you need to press them before you wear them. 3. We asked if the hotel can iron our clothes since irons are not allowed and they said that we need to provide the clothes at least half a day in advance and the prices are ridiculous. 14 euros to press 1 dress! Yes 14 euros, no mistake! 4. You have to ask them to change your bed sheets or else the will not change them! 5. No coffee machine in the room! This is quite weird as

You simple can not beat the location overlooking St. Marks Sq. The property is truly magnificent. The staff is awesome and super helpful, including helping me pay a parking ticket I got in Florence. I will definitely be returning.

This was the perfect location right on the corner of St. Marc's square. Everything is within easy walking distance. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
4.6
Other than the lack of an elevator this place is nearly perfect. Old world charm and character done with exquisite taste and quality in an outstanding location. The only problem is street (plaza) noise due to its location right on San Marco Square. Bring earplugs for sleeping and it’s not an issue.
We loved it and would go back again for sure.

Great little Hotel , great central location
4.6
Loved staying here right next to the Basilica and the Campanile. The staff was so nice in this tiny hotel and I loved the room with its beautiful wood paneling and old world feel.
4.6
Excellent location, just off St Mark’s square. Safe hotel, always locked. Beautiful room and exceptionally helpful staff.
4.6
Fantastic location, loved the room and suite bathroom.
4.6
The location was terrific. Room was lovely. No elevator and no USB ports in the room. Old, but charming.
4.6
Bed linen and beds could be improved, aside from that everything was great
4.6
The hotel is perfectly located for touring Venice, next to St Marks square.
4.6
Great location and feel. It was diificult to find the first time. The only signage is on the door and the entrance is basically in an alley.
4.6
Wonderful, comfortable rooms with an exceptional location, the most helpful and wonderful front-desk staff, and the most beautiful and well-equipped bathrooms in Venice!
