Great hotel

This property is located in a unique location, in front of a beautiful lake and mountains. It is a beautiful place to spend several days. The employees are very kind. The restaurant's food is excellent, they have a good chef who prepares exquisite dishes. In my opinion it is the best hotel in Bariloche.

Excellent hotel. Its location allows for a spectacular view and is also close to every important site. What gives the hotel its uniqueness is the excellent service. Thomas, Ignacio and Michaela are the crown jewel

On our arrival to Be Jardin, we were initially disappointed by the fact that maintenance was being carried out on the pool. Not only did this mean we couldn’t use the pool (which was the differentiating feature that made us pick the hotel) but also that the courtyard smelt of paint fumes. Not ideal but equally not a big deal. However, we later realised that our bed was covered in ants (see photos attached) from what was clearly an ants nest behind the bed. The staff offered ant spray as a solution and when we eventually pushed for an alternative room, the only proposed remedy was to repay the price difference in the rooms . We eventually negotiated that the hotel would charge for one night (rather than two) at the more expensive room rate. However, the biggest issue came on the day we left. We were told on check-in that if we wanted to have an earlier breakfast than the stated times, that could be arranged. Given our flight time, we asked for a simple breakfast at 7:30am as opposed to 8:00am. This was laid out as requested and whilst my husband noticed that the pastries were slightly stale we thought nothing of it. However, following my husband eating a filled pastry, he then proceeded to have violent food poisoning for the entire 12 hour flight home. On challenging the hotel on this and warning them of the risks of food poisoning in this instance, they did not apologise and instead told us that fresh pastries were only provided at 8am.

Very nice hotel very well kept beautiful view of the lake. Everything under hotel responsibility was outstanding. The only issue we had and as non smokers the toilet room smelled a lot like pipe smoke. Very penetrated, good thing it is only in the toilet room!

Hotel muy bonito, en gran estado a pesar q debe tener ya algunos años. Vista extraordinaria.

Small property with a beautiful view on to the lake. The hotel is filled with art, and the public areas are gorgeous. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. We also ate at the restaurant one night which was really tasty. The rooms are large and comfortable but are starting to look a bit dated (would for instance update the TVs, sound system and the wifi was on the slower side). We nevertheless really enjoyed our stay at Casco Art Hotel and would recommend it.

Beautiful hotel on a stunning piece of property. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was beautiful and the prop was kept in good shape.
It seemed like there were many amenities that they had but simply weren’t communicated. Maybe a language barrier? For example we saw people paddle boarding and wind surfing on the last day from the property but didn’t even know it was an option. Also they serve eggs at breakfast but only if you know to ask for them. No mention or menus
They also make a big deal about having a pillow menu, but when we asked for the pillows we were told they only had one of each special pillow across the property — which seems odd. .
The pool was pretty dirty but we didn’t spend much time there.
The staff and Kevin in particular were very friendly and attentive when it came to food and drink.
Really nice hotel — but certainly could be a great hotel with a few improvements.

Hotel was excellent! Front office staff, restaurant and housekeeping could not be more helpful. All very professional and friendly. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Restaurant and bar outstanding. As a relatively small hotel, all staff went out of their way to know guests names and provide impecable service. Everyone there we met spoke excellent English. Physical property in a perfect location right on Bariloche’s Lake Nahuel Haupi. Fantastic sightseeing in area! Overall, could not have been better! Highly recommend to other travellers!

This hotel needed to be stellar since we endured the 18 hour bus ride from Mendoza to Bariloche. My travel companion, aka my boyfriend, was not keen on the bus ride yet we had been assured by a friend who had been to the lake district two years prior that surviving the ride was worth the abounding beauty present at Bariloche. We met the challenge and indeed we were not disappointed, but actually grateful we could experience this special place. This hotel was perfect! The concierge/front desk team were brilliant. Natalia handled my needs/requests while I planned our time there with her. On the evening of our later arrival, we ended up staying at the hotel for an early dinner. Nicholas and Lucas, servers, were outstanding! They could not have been better. Positive, Professional, and Pleasant. Nicholas suggested a very nice wine. The art collection is magnificent and above all the pieces of tangible art hanging on the walls and placed in the gardens (sculptures) the natural beauty of being situated on the lake is absolutely stunning. The time went far too quickly for we liked it THAT much we could have stayed for far longer... next time.

El Casco Art Hotel is a well-appointed hotel which is beautifully situated on the shores of one of the major lakes in the Bariloche region. The facilities are excellent and the staff are very helpful. As its name suggests, it also provides a very good setting for displaying the works of many local artists which adds character to the setting.

Great inn, wonderful staff and chef. Be sure to dine at Butterfly and don't spend more than ten minutes in the town.

Bueatiful boutique hotel with great staff and spectacular location on the lake. Convenient to all local sites.
