Room could do with a lick of paint ..Bathroom not great around shower area.Dirty/mouldy..Bed uncomfortable..

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable! But I must confess that I was upgraded to a much more grand room than I booked. Not sure why but I was grateful! I also had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and everything was delicious. I also loved the location of the hotel, right on the river. Close to the city center but in an area more quiet. Really wonderful.

Clean room, lovely big comfy bed, only niggle, nowhere to put towels in bathroom , no towel rail , or shelf , had to just lay them in the floor of shower , definitely needs even a hand towel rail

Good food and rooms top notch
Thank you

Beautiful hotel, I stay in lots of Hotels on Business and this one is right up there with the best, the attention to detail from the staff right through to the Rooms, Bar and Restaurant was First Class, was only there for 1 night but will definitely be back with my wife next time, wonderful setting overlooking the river, thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable,

Booked here as was taking part in Loch Ness marathon. The location was perfect and that's about it. Upon checking in I was charged the total cost of the stay again despite being confirmed I'd payed. The room was ok however there were patches of mould on the ceiling and in the shower and our room wasn't serviced.
The hotel seems nice enough, but overpriced compared to others I've stayed in in Inverness. Nice bar, basic mouldy room.

Brilliant rooms, friendly staff and the brewery does very good beer. I will be staying here anytime I come to Inverness

WOW what a beautiful place to stay!!!!
Large suite room with a gorgeous bathroom! Restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Loved being able to walk out the door onto the Ness Bank!

Nice hotel. Rooms good size. Ok breakfast but nothing fancy.

Try and not stay in room 917 in the Waterview section. Last room at the back of the building right above where they roll service carts in and out. Very noisy room with the carts and music. Takes the toilet 3 minutes of filling after flush and very noisy. Ok hotel but definitely not worth $340 a night.

This was by far our favorite place to stay. The location was amazing, the beer fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to the Glen Mhor on our next trip to Scotland. Such a unique place in Inverness.

Great stay!

Excellent and helpful staff. Great location. Large room.
3.9
Great place! My only negative comment might be that guests should be able to see the distillery for free and not be charged 31lb.

Fantastic hotel - will definitely be recommending to any friends going to Inverness, and will absolutely book yhere again if we ever return to the city. Great staff, lovely rooms, delicious restairant and loved the fact that it's attached to it's own distillery. 10/10!!!

We had a Romantic room with view of the river, and it was lovely. Dinner at the Waterside restaurant was also excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Inverness. The hotel was minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants and was conveniently located for a drive anywhere in the Highlands. The brewery attached was an added bonus, as well. Our room was spacious and quietly overlooked the river for a great view. Also, this was our most comfortable bed in all of Scotland!

Hotel was nice. People were nice. Restaurant and bar were excellent.

The hotel is in a perfect location on the river and very close to town. I thought it quite expensive for what it is, but that just seems to be Summer prices in Inverness as everywhere is half the price out of season. My single room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The room was very warm so I didnt sleep great, but at least I was able to open the window. Breakfast had a good choice. The sausages were a strange texture (quite rubbery) but as the breakfast was only £3 extra it was still great value and everything else was fine.

Lovely hotel, we only stayed one night as we were in Inverness for an event, but I’m really glad we chose Glen Mhor. Brilliant value for money! The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We had breakfast included in our stay and honestly it was brilliant - breakfast was served until 10:30am and check out was 11am which was the first time I’ve not been forced to be up at 7:30am on holiday if I wanted to eat. It’s in the perfect location on the side of the river and I highly recommend staying here

Gorgeous property

A lovely place to stay!! Staff were friendly and gracious. Food at Waterside Restaurant was delicious.
3.9
The service and the dining area and bars were excellent. The only thing failing in this wonderfully positioned property are the hotel rooms. These days people expect more than basic magnolia emulsion and cheap carpet. Such a dissapointment when the overall experience was so positive. Upgrade the rooms to an acceptable standard. Charge for a 3 star hotel but deliver in all areas.

What a great place this is!! Between the restaurant and the brewery it’s fantastic. We were treated to live music out on the patio at the brewery which was a lovely surprise. The staff at reception were helpful and welcoming.
Our room was quaint and immaculate.
I would highly recommend you stay here.

Felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Good location.

Interesting hotel in fabulous location. Location makes it worth staying. Room was nice and clean. Quite a few steps. Didn't eat in restaurant.
3.9
Unique to stay at a hotel that has a brewery and distillery on the same property.
3.9
We stayed in the Waterside with a river view and it was gorgeous to look out the window! Super convenient and easy to walk into the town center!
3.9
Great place to stay in the heart of Inverness. Walking distance to everything, safe area, incredible people & staff.
3.9
The hotel was great. The brewery, distillery and restaurant was adjacent and fun. The only issue, if you have a problem with stairs …reserve a bottom floor!
3.9
We stopped here on our honeymoon road trip and got the romantic room. Wow! It was romantic! The view of the River Ness was stunning, and the hotel and Waterside restaurant staff made us feel so special. Loved the brewery options too! Next time we will stay even longer in Inverness.

Room was just above the restaurant. Room smelled like fish. Breakfast was ok.
