As a cheap hotel, my expectation was rock bottom. I just wanted a bed in an air conditioned room. Somehow, they screwed it up!
I arrived after a long drive to a sign apologising for the lack of a/c in French. I had to ask the receptionist if this referred to the rooms too. It did. On one of the hottest days. Wonderful! This alone was a pain and I was stuck without the room.
Once getting to the room, the keycard stopped working almost immediately, which led to several frustrating trips to reception, after which we discovered that the door would open itself sometimes sans card. I had to hit the supermarket before it closed and got very annoyed by the constant issues. I eventually got a new room. Great!
Except the fan wasn't working. There was only one socket in the whole room and the soap was empty. Okay, it was cheap, I can't expect....wait, what's that? A beetle infestation and the door also didn't lock?
Not just a few beetles, but tens of them creeping through the door seals and getting everywhere. I even awoke in the night to find two on me! I also had to angle the bed against the door to stop it from being opened.
The next morning, I mentioned the infestation - resigned to the fact that this was the worst hotel experience of my life - and I've stayed in cheap hotels in third world countries! The girl on reception presented a print out with a beetle and a cockroach and asked me which it was. Apparently they come out in the heat. Just not at other nearby hotels!

This is very definitely a budget hotel. Very cheap and very basic. The air conditioning unit didn't work, but the TV did. The beds were a little lumpy but the linen was clean. The toilet/shower pod was showing its age but was clean and everthing worked. It really was just a place to rest our heads on a long journey so it was as expected.

some rooms are better than others. it's very basic but okay for a stopover. Lot of noise from the nearby roads.

Room was in poor condition, bed was uncomfortable. Could smell cigarette smoke from other guests.

Very pleasant and very hospitable is the charging option for e-cars and PHEV.

I didn't appreciate that the front desk lady didn't mention I could self-check in, in case I would be late, since they have limited hours at the front desk. She was kind of rude all time. Even when I checked out, there is not excuse on language barriers, being polite and friendly, and have empathy super pass speaking language. I was charged twice, apparently because I checked out late, funny thing is that they charged me on Feb 2nd around 4:30 am (I paid with my CC on their machine), then at 8:30 am same day, for a reservation for Feb 1st. So it doesn't make sense, they are abusive charging. I tried to reach them out, but they were sarcastic. They never mentioned they charged me twice for the same day when I said I may stay there again on that day, they said, I should book again, even though, they knew I already paid for that night as well, that was BS. I won't recommend this place, and I am reporting them for stealing, scam. They should let me know on site I was already charged for another day, and I could stay, so basically they wanted me to pay the fee of three days when staying two, or two days when staying one.

Décevant.. Pas propre, vieux, mal isolé, ÉNORMÉMENT DE BRUIT INTÉRIEUR ET EXTÉRIEUR.. HORRIBLE. LITERIE INFECTE. PETIT DÉJEUNER TRÈS TRÈS MOYEN. PERSONNEL MOYEN.

Great for a one-night stay - value for money . Continental breakfast buffet at 5euro per person included yoghurt, bread/baguette, spreads, juice, tea/coffee. Comfortable bed. Shower/toilet space is tiny. Okay for one night.

Overall excellent value and helpful on arrival to help get checked in using the self check in machine.
A little noise from the motorway but not an issue.
On the occasion we had noisy neighbours in the room next door who woke us at 3am
Otherwise, perfect for our stopover to the south of France.

Was given a ground floor wheelchair 2 bedroom. The wifi was very very slow .Had to use my mobile phone data. The room for a wheelchair person had 2 electric points. The one on the desk was in 6 inch from the ceiling whilst the other was at the entrance to the bathroom. No electric plugs besides the bed.
There was a shaver only plug in the bathroom.
Breakfast was all you can eat for 5 euro. This consisted of choice of 2 cereals, selection of breads which you can toast or some already toasted.A vending machine to choose different types of coffee or just add water to selection of tea bags. There was selection of jams with butter salted or unsalted.Yogurt or an apple compote which I liked.Kids half price.
Self parking but gates close around 9.30pm.
Only 1 restaurant nearby.
Given the choice I would go to their Sud/South hotel which has more places to eat nearby.
When I went to their sud hotel twice already it had better wifi too and the electrical plugs were on side of the desk or next to the bed too

Cheap hotel with thin walls so can hear next room.Wifi in this Premiere Classe Nord was very slow.It was windy and the noise of the wind coming through the door kept me up all night.Got given 3 bed room which had a bunk bed above double bed.It did say mind your head. With 3 bed there was only 1 desk and no shelving but the rail next to ladder to single bunk bed had clothes rail. There was only 1 restaurant nearby compared to Premiere Classe Sud Clerment-Ferrand.This hotel is 1 star ok for overnight stay.Breakfast was 5 euro for adults and half price for kids which had selection of bread with jam or butter which had a toaster.2 cereals, orange juice and a machine to service different hot drinks like coffee. There was yogurt and an apple puree too.I prefer the Premiere Sud because wifi was much better and had more places to eat around hotel but same breakfast

For the price, it wasn't bad at all. The room is on the small side, but was overlooking quiet neighborhood, so was quiet. The other side might be noisier.
