The staff was friendly, it was easy to have a healthy meal at the restaurant, it was a reasonably priced hotel very clean close to the airport

Vert basic but comfortable for 1 might. Clean towels & bedding.
Good - cheap, good location if you self drive, clean.
Bad- soap/ shampoo dispenser was broken. Door hook fell off when we hung a towel on. Taxi company reception recommended to us did not tirn up for a 430am pick up.

Merci pour tout!
I arrived super late for my reservation (like 2am) but they had my room ready for me to immediately crash before catching the free shuttle to the airport.
Fluffiest bed I've ever slept in, although maybe it was the pillows. Either way, legendary!

Sorry but there is absolutely nothing ok about this hotel. The room we we're offered was downright disgusting, dead flies on the floor and a smell of mould. We were not the only ones complaining at the reception, the (friendly) employee promised to take up refunding our prepaid room with his manager, but even after a repeated inquiry no word yet. Just don't go here.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!
first off I arrived at 11.45 am to what I was told was a 24hr reception. Oh no No one was there! I had to shout a man who was staying in the hotel to open the gate. To which he tells me reception closed at 7.30pm and no one will be coming. I walks over to reception it’s locked and in darkness and nobody is answering the number that’s on the reception door! After 30 mins (12.15am) the man who let me in says they are not coming until 7.am. So I was left to sit in the dark on a step all night by myself having paid for a room I couldn’t check in for! I was scared and cold abs it was one of the worst nights of my life as a young female traveling alone. When someone did turn up they didn’t speak English and wasn’t even bothered I couldn’t check in! Literally not concerned one bit. I will be taking this further with hotels.com as they say your safety is our priority! Was I wasn’t safe and anything could have happened to me. Also my card hardly worked so I was conscious to end my working day to get back incase I was stranded on the sidewalk again. I have never in my life stayed in a hotel that is like an American hotel in the Texas chainsaw massacre! I felt like I was in a horror movie. Honestly I’ve never had to write a bad review in my life but for you’re own safety do t book this concrete jungle of a hotel.

to go there from train station, you need to pay a taxi because if you go by bus, you need to change 3 different buses and walk 16 minutes. the taxi charged her 35euros.
it is not a hotel, it is a motel. The room is not worth even 10 euros. the bathroom has nothing to shower. if you only need to sleep for a few hours it is okay. the photos have nothing to do with the real situation there.
unfortunately there is no one in the reception area at night which is actually a 1x1 desk. when my daughter arrived at the place she wondered if this really exists or if you are in an American movie of a decade old.
My daughter asked them to arrange a taxi to take her to the airport in the early morning which is a 5 minute drive away and the reception told her that it would cost around 12-15 euros. when the taxi arrived (you have to walk out of the parking lot to get it and the distance is long enough - it was night there was no one around and it was quite scary) the taxi driver spoke only French.
when my daughter paid for the taxi on arrival at the airport, she noticed that the taxi charged her 30 euros for a 5 minute drive while the agreement with the reception was different.
it was too late to do anything. we made a complaint to the application and we are waiting for the results.
just avoid staying there is not worth it.

The hotel is far from the airport and for most of the time there is no one at the reception desk to help you. Rooms are ok and clean, good for a one night stay.

Don’t stay here. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets etc. They assigned us another room that did have clean sheets, the blanket however had cigarette burns and was dirty. Also the bathroom towels were grey and the shower was dirty. Then I turned on the light a cockroach ran across the floor. Since it was very late and we had an early flight we stayed the night but did not shower and used our coats as blankets.

Good for 1-2 nights. Not for longer stays otherwise your room will be checked(not only by staff) It's not a hotel for holidays. Better speak French if not it will be difficult. Have a car or pay taxi. Local connections terryfing in surrounded area.

Less than 10 minutes from the Marseilles airport. Had a triple room for about 30 Euros including parking. Minimalist style with one bunk bed, no luxury, but clean. Exactly what I expected.

Worse hotel ever. My room was full of insects, I escaped.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

LE SEUL AVANTAGE DE CET HOTEL EST QU IL EST SITUE PROCHE DE L AEROPORT.
SINON ON NE PEUT PAS APPELER CA UN HOTEL C EST LIMITE UN TAUDIS
AU FIL DES ANNEES LES CHAMBRES SE DEGRADENT ET NE SONT JAMAIS REMISES EN ETAT
LES BENEFICES C EST BIEN BEAU MAIS LE RESPECT DU CLIENT C EST MIEUX

Old small room. Had a serious ant infestation. The breakfast was small and looked awful so we had breakfast at the hotel next door. The bathroom was tiny and the shower difficult to use. Pretty sure they don't wash the comforters. Front desk staff was not at all helpful. They refused to print our boarding tickets. I wouldn't stay here again.

This property met my expectations based on other reviews. It was like a trucker's motel. Not much to say. Old, kinda smelly, beds with pot holes, line of men waiting to check in. Parking is in front of your room if you are on the ground floor. Photos are more flattering than the actual room.

Proximity to Campanile where we had Dinner with a 15% discount on the Bill for Customers from Première Classe.
Very Friendly and Helpful Staff.

It was so refreshing to have a wonderfully nice desk clerk! She was patient, friendly, nice, accommodating and so on and so on! The stay was just a sleep stop and it exceeded my expectations. Would definitely think about staying here again if I return. It's not so far from the airport. The room/bathroom was small, but her service made up for all of that.

Easy check-in at 9-45pm. Small but adequate room for 1 night. Breakfast at 5 Euros was very good..

The room is perfect to crash after a day of sightseeing. Yes the bathroom is really small, but at least you have a private one. There is housekeeping everyday and breakfast on a budget. For us it worked perfectly.

This place does exactly what it says on the tin, clean comfortable room reasonable buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Its not in the middle of Marseille but for the price you cannot complain.

Our room had insufficient or inadequate Air conditioning which was very noisy.

Not suitable whatsoever for a family.
Very difficult to check in - auto facility not working.
Having to locate a security guard at 9pm with children in tow after a long flight was just not a good start to our holiday.
Didnt really feel safe either, which is important when with your family.
Would not stay again

This is very simple and basic hotel , mainly to spend a night near the airport but keep in mind there is no free airport shuttle and a cap to the airport will cost you around 25 euro , altough it is less then 5 minutes drive !!!

This place is like a Formula 1 Motel. Don't be fooled by the discount, you get what you pay for.

The hotel is out of the way and the staff is not helpful out all. They won't call a cab for you and no matter how cheap the hotel is, it's not worth it.

We stayed in marseilles near the port and decided to move to a hotel nearer the airport because our flight was early morning and the taxi fare was quoted at around 50 euros.
We found it difficult to find the Hotel, the receptionist didn't speak English. The only place to sit in the room was on the bed. On arrival we we given a voucher for 10% of the bill in the adjacent hotel restaurant instead we got a free drink, the taxi fare to the airport was 30 euros

Cheap hotel in a motel style, rooms are basic but so is the price. cost to the airport 15/20 Euros Good place if only staying one night if you have an early flight or land late.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay - and were very glad it wasn't for longer! The air-conditioning didn't cool the room down or ventilate it and the iron shutters on the windows suggested that it wasn't safe to leave the window open. A stuffy, hot night not to be repeated.
1.0 / 5.0
hotel has an automated check-in system ie no help on hand. interior was like living in a small portocabin. booked as an overnight to be in close proximity to airport but it cost 30euro to get to the airport at 4am and its only a 3mile (5min) journey. Difficult to get to this is not a good option for older people or families and denfinately not to be stayed in for longer than 1 night.the last bus from mareseille to virolles is 8pm the last bus from vitrolles to the industrial center is 8.30pm you miss this its a 25min walk to the hotel.
