I have not stayed in a motel in years. (Where you park and walk into your room at the parking lot.) I was apprehensive, but the room was really good! It was full, yet no noise from the other guests coming and going. I was truly, happily surprised! The owner was pleasant and helpful. It was truly CLEAN! The beds were so comfy and the pillows were great. I will stay there again!

In town for a wedding and this property was recommended by the bride and groom. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly. If ever in the area again would definitely stsy here, and recommend to orhers.

The place is clean. But, the entrance light didn't work, the mirror had a long crack and the codfe was horrible. Last yeae they had tacos feo breakfast, not this time

The room was very clean but it needed updating. The bathtub had places that were wearing off. The breakfast was mostly cereal and a few pieces of fruit . There were a few muffins but no hot food.

Honestly wasnt expecting much for the price. Check in was a little uneventful, got a key slide across the desk and a point to the vicinity of the room. Got to the room and the AC unit was completely off, since it was August in Texas the temp in the room was 90 degrees. It took hours for the room to cool off. We had some plans that evening and got back to the room late. The Wifi password was not posted in the room so i called the front desk and was told it was written on the key paper. I tried to explain to the guy it was not and he said well the office is already locked up there was nothing he could do. The good thing about our stay was the bed was decent. Spent the entire next day out in the heat, came back to the room late again only to find that maid service came in, changed the AC setting to 80 and it was once again HOT in our room. Maid service, moved our bags around threw out snacks not yet eaten.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 night with 4 people in a room. Amazing staff. Accommodating. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean. Cheap. Conveniently located. Literally how motels used to be. Very surprised and very pleased! Would absolutely stay again!

Let me start by acknowledging that the hotel manager and his son are two of the coolest people I have met! However, that is not to say there were no issues. There was the loudest banging on the shared wall coming from below me that I have ever heard. When asked to switch they could not accommodate. I had to call expedia and leave early. Also the staff would knock on my door multiple times to ask if I wanted to extend or am leaving when there is a perfectly working guest phone. Overall my experience was mediocre and if it wasn't for the niceties from the staff the review would be one star.

Old but clean cute place to stay especially for the price. The room had two queen beds, a little dining table, big bathroom counter top, and bathroom. Very spacious. The only complain I've got is that the shower smelled like a mildew a little. They are two-story building. If you need a room downstairs, be sure to aske for it in advance. I had a knee issue, so I asked for a room downstairs to avoid going up and down on stairs when I checked in. But I was told I should have requested when I booked it and could not switch.

This place is where I book my Godson when he comes to help on the farm. He says the staff is always friendly and helpful. The water is hot, and the bed is comfortable. It has everything he needs for a comfortable stay and the price is just right for me.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Coach Light Inn. It was very easy to check in, room was very clean, water bottles waiting for us, with a kitchenette, plus microwave and refrigerator. Beds were very comfortable. Nice, quiet area and the black out shades made it nice and dark so we could sleep in comfortably. Thank you for the nice stay.

Was in our room for less than a minute and we’re covered up to our knees in fleas!!!! The carpets are infested with fleas that attacked us immediately when we entered the room. I have never been so disgusted with a motel in my life. To top it off, the owner showed to concern when we brought this to his attention and asked for a refund.

We were very happy with our room. It was very clean & spacious. My only complaint is the parking lot. It is very hard to move a one ton dually without hitting another vehicle.

This is our third time to stay here, and we will be back. The carpet is old and the bathroom floor sticky, but overall it’s a great value for the price. Bed is comfy, roomy space and freezer on refrigerator! Breakfast is just adequate, nothing special. I wish they would provide tea bags.

Easy check in. Room clean & roomy. Full fridge in room w basket of peanuts/water for guests. Bed comfortable. A/C cooling but not sure how it would hold up in mid August. But for one night, it’s great!
