I chose this hotel to take my grandchildren on a getaway and because there is a swim pool. Turns out the pool heater was broken and the pool was very very cold! We weren’t informed about that until we checked in. Then at between 5:30-6:00 am the fire alarm went off. The desk people didn’t know what to do. We were told not to evacuate. But with the alarm kept going off everyone was awake and up. So that ended any kind of relaxing vacation. On the upside, breakfast was fine.

Service was quick and responsive . Room is tired and and has a lot of old Marks on it but was clean . Bed was comfortable and a good variety of pillows where others really don’t have a pillow game this place stands tall. Breakfast was fast and hot.

This hotel charges premium prices for limited service. I got two paper cups for the Keurig and one sheet change that I had to specifically request over 14 nights. The hotel was noisy and poorly managed. I work in the Vernal area around 2-3 months a year. I won't stay here again.

The man who works the front desk was so nice and helpful! We loved the pool. We used their breakfast room for a birthday party and it was perfect! This was the second time we’ve had a birthday party there and it won’t be the last. Loved it!

Front desk lady had a attitude. My reservation was for 2 rooms and she said it was only for one. She said I would have to call Hotels.com that I made reservation under. When all she really needed was the other person’s name the other room was under.

Great location, speedy check in. One elevator which can be a hassle if it’s booked - having to wait. The rooms are clean, the tv is old, the showers need updating, the shower floor made noise every time you moved around. Overall a good stay.m

Hate to give a sour review but our last day of 6 was the worse. We extended our stay by 1 day. Because of that they did not clean our room, they changed the hours of breakfast without warning to any guest so we missed breakfast the last day, and the wifi password and keys did not work. Needless to say, towels and toilet paper required another elevator trip and so did returning from a missed breakfast (did McDonald's though which in a lot of ways a Sausage McMuffin with Egg is always better than a hotel breakfast) and another elevator trip for new keys, not necessarily in that order. Otherwise, clean and friendly people. Just a lot of oversights. BTW, Housekeeping was the best I had ever experienced when they did it. OK, they missed a day. Oh well. I'd go back.

Everything was great except for the loud young child in the room above me that sounded like it was jumping off the furniture late into the night and then as soon as it returned from an early breakfast. Surely the parents didn’t get any sleep either… sadly neither did I. Parents need to be thoughtful of the guests around them.

The internet left a lot to be desired. Maybe it was just our room being at the very end hallway of the top floor but the wifi had very poor signal, kept dropping out and when it did work it was very slow. The hot tub had the worst bubbles ever but was hot. Everything else was great. The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.
