Wonderful stay for a family reunion. Well stocked and comfortable! Short walk into town. Not much parking for visitors but two spots for us worked out well. Highly recommend!

Great location. Nice little condo for sure. Really nice grill on the deck. Wifi is rough. Couldn't stream a movie or watch a game without buffering every couple of minutes. Really got hot in the unit despite out best efforts to draw shades/create good airflow.(2 of the 3 fans in the unit didn't work which probably could have helped the issue). In any case, we had a great time.

Beautiful quiet property. Simple and cozy place. Bed was not the most comfortable but that may just be me. Overall I’d definitely stay again and it was enough room for the whole family.

The condo was great but the floors seemed to have some a “grit” or dusty substance on them? Otherwise it was comfortable and provided fair value!
4.7
Easy in. Easy out. Everything is within walking distance. The only negative thing I can think of is the walk uphill from town. Lol
Wonderful place. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to vacation in Breckinridge.

I love the area. I love the fireplace. Cleanliness could have been better. Dusty… someone else clothes was in the dresser. The lay out of the frig made it difficult to put in and take out groceries. It takes 20 mins to to warm up the oven to 400 degree. But I still enjoyed my time.

Overall this is a great place! I would stay here again.
But if I’m being picky-this is not what I expected for a ski in/out location. You have to walk down the drive, across the street and there is a path between buildings that leads to a run just above the snow flake lift. Snowboards have to walk that whole path, skiers have to pole.
Then to get back there is no easy way. To get to the same trail you have to take the snowflake cat track a long way! Snowboards have to walk most of it. Skiers have to pole a good portion. Not good for beginners or kids.
The next closest takes you to the bottom on the snowflake lift. Which leaves you to walk a good distance uphill either on the street or up the run. We ended up waiting for the bus to get us up the hill. Coming back was exhausting every time!
Then you gotta go up stairs to this 3rd floor condo.
The heated floors are great.
The freezer is against the wall so you can’t open the door the whole way.
The sheets on the king bed were the wrong size and didn’t reach from head to toe but did go from side to side-very weird.
The guest bathroom had almost no water pressure so we all used the master bath.

Both bedrooms and the bathrooms are located downstairs. It was VERY cold downstairs. The heat comes through the floor in the upstairs. (radiant heat. No vents). If you like sleeping in the freezing cold you’ll love it. If not, you might have a hard time sleeping.

Communication between the property owner was clear and precise. The wifi is available for limited access. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This place was so peaceful in an awesome location. We loved the place so much we extended our stay an extra day! So much to see & do within walking distance. This was our first trip to Breck and we will definitely be back.

We were booked at Los Pinos but had to be placed elsewhere at the last minute because the owner had to have the property to stay in. The transition went smoothly and we were able to save some money. We were well taken of and won’t forget it. Thx to all involved.

The location was better than advertised! We were able to ski in/out and were only half a mile from Main St. The skiing was amazing and we couldn't have been happier with the Breckenridge Resort Managers. They allowed us to check in early and fixed the TV without us having to ask.

Can not fault our stay; however, we would have appreciated being notified of check in arrangements prior to arrival. Would have saved alot of time.

My husband and I found this condo for a great price while searching for a hotel near Breckenridge. We were expecting a hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious condo that felt very "homey" and welcoming. It was nice and clean with comfortable beds, kitchen, washer and drier, garage and fireplace.
The only issue was finding the office to check in. We arrived early and began the search which proved to be a good idea because we first went to the wrong office and they only allow check in between 4-5pm. They do allow early check in for an additional $100... When we arrived at the correct location the lady at the desk said we were too early and took our phone number to call us when it was ready. Make sure when you book, you know who the property manager is and where they are located, there are a few.
Other than the issue checking in, we really liked the condo and would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Our unit D24 was spacious and newly remodeled with everything you would find in a typical home. Quiet location close to Main Street but not really within walking distance.

We decided at the last minute to go to Breckenridge. Because of the US Pro Challenge bike race many places were already booked. When we found this condo on line we wondered about the accomodations vs price and were pleasantly rewarded. We were able to walk down to town for the festivities and up to the slopes for a hike. The staff at the office was efficient and helpful.

This was a 5-night stay for my two teenage sons and me -- family vacation. We had a three-bedroom, three-bath unit with a kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and small deck overlooking the town. Plenty of space, generally in good condition, overall a very nice place for us to relax and enjoy the downtime in between summertime Colorado activities (fishing, rafting, ATVs, biking). We used the kitchen extensively including the dishwasher. When we arrived the unit was very warm from the afternoon sun, opening the windows helped cool it off (I did not see any air conditioner).
It's a short (10-minute) walk downhill into town, and there is also a free shuttle service every half hour (which we did not use). Overall a pretty good location though not as convenient as being right in town.
There is no daily maid service and you have to check in off-site. We did not know where to check in when we arrived and it took three phone calls to find out where to check in. There was confusion about where to check in as both Breckenridge Property Managers and Wyndham had our names on their lists with different units. Hotels.com needs to do a better job of coordinating with them and giving guests instructions on where and how to check in. Also, the first set of room keys we were given didn't work and we had to drive back down to town to get a new set, which after a long trip was rather annoying -- but after that it was all smooth sailing and we enjoyed our stay.

More like a 3 to 3.5 star accommodation. Main bathroom is very small, only a shower. The tile grout was moldy.
The bedrooms were toward the street, so noisy since there is no AC. Pool was not on site, only jacuzzi.

These are located within shouting distance of Beave Run Resort. Nice Amenities, well maintained and very comfortable! Would highly recommend these units and the property management staff was very helpful and friendly!
