The room was clean and comfortable. The tv didn't work and we were not given the wifi password. The fridge leaked and made a huge puddle on the floor which was weird since there was nothing in it.

They were very nice during check-in. Breakfast was good but could use jelly and a working drink dispenser. Room was nice, cabin-like with high ceiling. TV is Samsung TV, lots of channels but no locals or sports. Great location.

Not what the pictures look like when the it comes to the property. Also what we received for a room was not what we had booked. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was questionable as we were itchy after our stay here.

Great accommodating staff and great location! Walkable town and Island Creamery is a minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy, the cleanliness is ok too. Keep in mind that people go to the beach there, so there is sand. Some things on the room are falling apart but they aren't essential and the price is great and so is the staff!

If you need a place for a night and aren't going to spend time in the room then this is ok. If you're staying for more than that this is an older motel that is in need of updating and it might not be most travelers choice for longer stays.

Good pool, decent breakfast (waffles and many options) and convenient to a lot of places on Chincoteague. But the room was musty/ damp smelling, we found an old toothbrush in the bathroom and the bathroom was dated and in need of upgrade. The room was on the ground floor and you could hear loud noises upstairs and in adjacent rooms all night. It was honestly fine for a one night stay but i wouldn't do any longer.

The hotel staff were kind when checking in and the office was clean and organized. The room was somewhat outdated but clean. However, it looked like the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned. It has hair and dirt and crumbling grout. The shower also had dirt and soem stains. The pressure and hot water were fine.

They were able to give me a 1st floor room, 120. It was clean and comfortable with a mix of old and new. Bed was comfortable. Had enough towels, little soaps, shampoo etc. blow dryer. Single serve coffee pot. TV worked by couldn't watch it, weak wifi. I used my own streaming on my laptop via hotspot. Good restaurants in walking distance, ice cream shops. Sandy Pony donuts right across the street. Good continental breakfast in the lobby. I'd stay again. (I tried to add pics below and the button wouldn't work...)

I absolutely loved this hotel ! It felt extremely homely and it was nothing extravagant but definitely fit my budget and exceeded my standards. Hotels.com makes this hotel look underrated however I can disagree. The staff is very friendly and respectful. If you ask they will help you with your every need. They do have a pool which is open from 9a-10p and do offer breakfast from 7a to 10a ! The hotel is hard to find if you select more than two people just to throw that out there and I blame hotels.com. This hotel even maintained the outside everyday of my visit and you don’t see that often ! Highly recommended if you are considering the stay just do it and you will not regret it. Keep up the great work !

The staff was excellent, the room was very clean including the beds. Nice breakfast. We were happy with everything except for the swimming pool it was not as clean as it should be ( lots of sand in it and black spots on the walls and steps) other than the swimming pool we still give a 5 star review because we didn’t come to play in a pool we came for relaxation, peace and quiet and the ocean ❣️ We would come back and stay at this resort

Didnt get checked in till after 4. Room was filthy. Lamp cords were damaged and spliced together with two different cords. Outside decking was very unstable. Was there maybe two hours and got an emergency call from home and had to leave. Had to pay for one day but got refunded the rest. Never again.

Cheap price but not nice accommodations! Room very old. People next door were smokers so when they stepped out of their room to have a cigarette , the smell came right through the Gaps around wall air conditioner unit and door frame. Walls very thin, if air conditioner was not on, which was loud, You could hear the whole conversation. Both beds were sunk in in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Outside pool was dirty.

This is a highly overpriced motel with little to offer but a pool . I mean it really didn’t have services including extra blanket , towels and only one small garbage can . They allow drunken people to sit outside your room at night and the top lock in the room was broken . The checkin was very slow and confusing , not at all helpful to me . I was going to the pony swim and asked for some info , they handed me two sheets of instructions that were poorly printed and I could not read . I’m so disgusted with this place , the floor was dirty and the place was very dated

The staff was super friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. However, you could tell the place was worn out. Outdated furniture, there were gaps at the threshold of the sleeping area and the bathroom area. It felt like I did not get a $ 300-a-night stay.

The hotel is cozy. The pool was great with a decent open and close times. Breakfast had a good amount of choices and is one of the first hotels I've stayed at that had good fresh fruit. The only negative we encountered was not having housekeeping in our room for the duration of our trip, although whenever we asked for anything we needed, they always had it and were quick to deliver it. The hotel was just too full for the staff to keep up with.

STAY AWAY. We booked this property thru Orbitz. The hotel NEVER stated anywhere on the website that the front desk closes. We drove all night and ran into bridge traffic. Got to the property and there was not anyone at the front desk. Pitch black. We had to find another property or sleep in the car. The hotel called the NEXT day asking about checking in. I explained what happened and the front desk acknowledged they were closed but refused to give a refund. I am disputing these charges but will never booked this facility or thru Orbitz. This should have been stated ON THE HOTEL site.
