Hotel staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious...beds need an overhaul..they are very saggy in the middle and creaky sounding

It was dirty it was loud shower didn’t work phone didn’t work tv would go off and on randomly I informed them they did nothing about it no towels nighttime manager was so so so rude and unprofessional

Room was clean. 1st room we were booked into the tv and phone didn’t work. Was upgraded to a suite. Room was also clean and comfortable! Didn’t use our membership so had people above us (kids played soccer…didn’t complain! So can’t complain now! We were kids once also but our parents wouldn’t allow that!) Pool water was cold! Floated maybe 5 min at most! But it didn’t smell like chlorine so it was clean!

Best part was the breakfast attendant! She was absolutely excellent. She was by herself, and was extremely fast refilling anything that was empty, was clean, and very polite, when I told her we used the last of something! 😊

The cleaning lady was so loud on the morning yelling anout her co -workers , how they do no work and she does out all. And she was using fowl language. Completely woke up. And she did not stop all morning until I had to just get up and leave

It was average at best. It wasn’t filthy, but also wasn’t cleanest. We chose to not swim it the pool because the water was super cloudy and looked just looked dirty. Some of the tiles in the room were broken and the ice machine was broken. The property just doesn’t seem to be very well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful though.

The entire property was ran down. From potholes in the parking lot, to the stained carpet throughout the hallways, to the dirty rooms. The staff was even being stingy with linen. I requested 2 flat sheets for the couch for my daughter and was told only one sheet is allowed. If it had not been for the power outage at our home i would have left and went without a refund. I highly do not recommend.

The bed was comfortable but the property is tired. The bathroom had a lot of mold in the shower and the shower curtain was all moldy along the bottom. No hand towels, no additional roll of toilet paper and the body soap was empty in the shower. Would definitely not stay here again.

Although some parts of the hotel were a bit run down, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet for sleeping and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was a great selection and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Would stay here again.

First red flag is when we arrived the parking lot was filled with huge pot holes and broken concrete. It was very difficult to maneuver the luggage cart without our luggage falling off due to the wheels hitting the broken concrete.
Unfortunately, this was just the start of the problems that we encountered. Our room was filthy dirty. The carpet was stained, pet hair on the desk chair, stains on the fabric chair, shower tile had mold in it, toilet seat was ready to fall off, and hair on the bathroom floor!
When I went down to the lobby to voice a complaint I witnessed approximately 30 bugs swarming all over the floor in the lobby. To say the least our experience was highly upsetting. This hotel should be condemned.

Only one elevator made for extremely long wait time. The staff worked very hard to make everything pleasant but were defeated in their attempts by a very dated hotel that is in desperate need of renovation.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We had the suite with the jetted tub and king sized bed and that was the most comfortable bed I've ever been on. Neither of us wanted to leave.

I had a problem with the Keurig coffee maker and found the water reservoir was filled with coffee grounds. Worst shape I ever had an in room coffee maker. The shower/tub could have been a little cleaner. There were no Kleenex's in the room. Other than that it's safe and convenient to where we needed to. The Hyatt nearby was in a lot better shape

Somehow, my reservation got canceled. I made the reservation same day. The front desk person did an amazing job of reinstating my reservation. I had a confirmation number and receipt of payment. I didn’t receive anything from Hotels.com about the reservation being cancelled. The hotel itself receives 5 stars.

Upon arrival, I thought the hotel looked very nice and updated. I had a long wait to check in due to a customer dispute during her check in. I got in the room and there was a used wash cloth hanging in the shower, no conditioner or lotion in the attached container. I booked for 5 people, I had 3 towels, I called the front desk and went down there a total of 3 times asking for more towels, but NEVER received them. I unfolded the pullout couch and there were multiple large stains. No sheet blanket or pillow to use for that. I called down and only received a pillow due to no extra sheets or blankets. The sink in the kitchenette backed up and I was unable to get it to go down. Paid $50.00 damage deposit on Friday, now Monday and haven't received it back yet.

I never got to stay. They cancelled our reservation. Hotels.com tried to help but the hotel said they had no room to rebook. Just beware that some branches of the chain will try to pull a deposit before they should and when it is rejected will cancel the reservation. Unfortunately hotel.com could not find us a comparable room in the area. Long night driving home in the rain.

The first room they gave us, it had an active water leak coming down from the ceiling. The second room they moved us to, the shower did not have a liner on the curtain so whenever we used the shower half of the water would be on the floor. The toilet seat was broken, the TV had no signal. Overall the staff were very friendly but the actual location needs to remodel.
