Absolutely amazing area to stay at , I don't think there was a single thing I could think of that wasn't a 5* experience from the art to the rooms to the dining I absolutely loved it and will make my way back again the next time I am in the area. (My wife loved the cheesecake so much that she asked about it for breakfast lunch and dinner so needless to say the food was amazing I preferred the restaurant at the hotel to any restaurant I have been to here in pisae and that speaks volumes by itself.) Thank you again

Lovely hotel! Unfortunately we got there late so missed the cut off for dinner! Great sized room (we had the executive suite), easy parking and close to the airport! The only qualm being that breakfast was served in an area without air con so in 36 degrees a bit uncomfortable!

Hotel Ranieri was very convenient. It served the needed purpose.
It was plain for the most part. The TVs were really cool.
Parking was simple. Man at the front desk was businesslike, but not friendly. Functional.
2.5
Comfortable and clean rooms, with friendly service. The restaurant is unbelievably excellent — dinner and breakfast were creative and delicious.

I would not recommend this location for various reasons. First, it’s not that close to the leaning tower, about 15 min drive (1 hr walk). There’s not a taxi station close by, you have to walk about 10-15 mins. The first room that I was given was infested with spiders. We were upgraded to another room, and when we went to turn on the AC we were notified that because it is winter that the AC was turned off. Staff at the front desk had a bit of an attitude. Mind you, we stayed here at the end of March beginning of April which is technically spring. It was highly inconvenient that we had no AC. The bar downstairs closes at 11 and the restaurant closes at 10. there are no stores within walking distance.

The lightening architecture and centrality was great
The dining was great as well

Wet modern hotel with decor like a spaceship. We had a wonderful dinner in the outdoor patio and there was live pianist playing. Very pleasant and good food

Very nice place with a pleasant and attentive staff.

Clean, modern room with good amenities. Bed was very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was amazing. Elevated fine dining in a uniquely designed setting. While close to the airport, the quickest route is by taxi which the front desk can call for you but depending on need, it can be a wait. Uber is not an option.

like almost everything but the bathroom light. The bathroom light automatically turn on when you enter the room which is not pleasant when you go to bathroom in the middle of the night.

The property is lovely and we would recommend it as a place to stay if visiting Pisa. It is a way out from the centre so a bus or taxi is recommended.
Our only real disappointment was one member of staff. One evening we were attending the Opera at Torre Del Lago and the Opera finishes after the last train back to Pisa. It is not possible to pre-book a standard taxi for a return so you have to ring about 30 minutes in advance. We asked the hotel reception if they could phone a cab about 30 minutes before the opera ended to come and collect us. They said it was not possible. The hotels all have a special data point which calls a cab directly to the hotel and they cannot programme it for a collection elsewhere. We asked if they could call using a standard phone and they said NO! When we left the opera there were no taxis available and we faced the real possibility of waiting at the train station for 5 1/2 hours through the night for the first train back. This would have got us back to the hotel between 6:30 and 7am the next morning. Luckily for us an hour after the opera finished we were able to phone a taxi. It was a difficult call because the locals are not great with English. Why the hotel could not call from a landline or mobile and secure a taxi for us is beyond me. We could have been back at the hotel for 1am and instead it was nearer to 2:30am when a taxi that took us all around Pisa had 116 euros on the clock and I refused to pay. Eventually he settled for 100 euros.

Great breakfast buffet. Easy to access from the highway and free parking available on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. We forgot something in our room and were able to get it back

Very nice hotel in Pisa, it has some untypical 60’s space age styling but it’s new and clean. Room very spacious, good breakfast. The location is a bit off city center but it was fine for us as we went to see the Tower area by car.

Pleasant stay in drivingdistance from Pisa. Reception very kind, and clean rooms. A little that we had to order breakfast items through a glass wall, but that is probably the way it is now.
