Nice cozy hotel...only problem is you have to communicate via WhatsApp to the front desk

The staff was very friendly and hardworking people. We enjoyed the traditional Mexican setting. We are very upset and disappointment how local government shutdown the hotel in the order of hours left staff without a job. We appreciate the staff's effort under this situation to relocate quests to other hotels. Our thoughts and sympathy are with the hotel staff.

The only problem I find was some Boucher they said they make for the food to eat the restaurant it was a little pricey,
And the doors are not seal the noise on the hallways the doors need more sealed around so no noise going inn to your room,
You can hear clearly what people are saying outside on the hallways, maybe more insulation.
That’s all I got to say thank you 🙏

Perfect location to stay in San Cristobal, including convenient access by car. Rooms appear to be no-frills but are spacious, clean and do have everything you need. Our room was noisier than you would expect for this downtown location, but other than that had a great stay.

We had a late check-in because the highway bus was quite late. The hotel knew we were coming because he called me by name when we arrived. It then took a further 15 minutes before he gave me the keys. And that was only when I told him it was 11:30 p.m. I was exhausted. This hotel needs to be prepared for their clients. I would not stay here again.

El hotel su personal y ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones son muy buenas. El lobby, requiere mantenimiento. Si eres sensible al ruido las habitaciones que dan a las calles, el ruido es fuerte.

Lovely, charming, little boutique hotel in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas. You're literally within walking distance of every landmark in town. But the best of the best, is their service. Believe me, it's par to the level of service you would expect at the most luxurious properties in Dubai or London. I want to thank specifically to Isabel and Leonardo that went the extra-mile to make our stay truly comfortable and unforgettable. I'll definetely be back!

The hotel is located in down town near all the restaurants and sites. Beautiful hotel and the service was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, the only inconvenient was that it got very cold at night and the bed just had one blanket.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted for our vacations, it’s was homey with a traditional Mexican look! It was a spacious, it had running hot water and a little balcony with a view to the city street! The staff was amazing as well! We got into the town earlier than we had planned and they let us check in early, they also took care of our luggage after we checked out so we can do our last tour free of charge! And when we returned they help us with our luggage and found us a taxi to the bus stop! I honestly don’t leave many review but I really want to share my experience with this amazing hotel! I would absolutely recommend !

Our 1st room had a very nice view, but there was a problem with the water to the toilet, They upgraded us to a beautiful suite, with balcony, living room with fireplace and giant candles by the bathtub. 1 block from center square, shops, restaurants and free parking

Great location, clean and functional. Outstanding!

Very close to the center and restaurants. Be ready for noisy halls as sounds seems to travel easily into your room. Towels worn out. Bring your own facial towels. Bathrooms are dated. Water takes while to drain from sink. We had hot hot water the whole week at all times. 6-8 pm complimentary coffee snacks Mexican bread. Personnel very nice. Attentive and helpful. 2 bottles of complimentary water everyday of the week.
